Ever since you guys got sued over that hot coffee you haven't served a hot meal. Most of your business is with drive-thru so once you give that person at the drive through a lukewarm meal by the time I get home it's a cold horrible mistake! I'm 62 I remember what McDonald's really taste like! And God forbid your advertisement used to be to get changed back for me Dollar you're lucky to get change back from $20! Does anyone even remember when they actually cooked instead of warm up and steamed up your meal!
