I think this McDonald's is the best around sometimes wait is a little long but, the staff and the food are the best. The food is always fresh and hot when you eat it. Makes me want to come back because it is so good. This McDonald's is why they have served over a billion hamburgers. KEEP UP YOUR GREAT JOB I THINK YOU ALL ARE THE BEST!!!

Surprisingly the food was nice and fresh and you can tell they changed the oil in the fry vat because the fries weren't brown and hard. I usually go to the East Haven one because even at 2:00 am there food is fresh and I live in Branford. 4 stars this time

Food is still horrible!! The only thing good there is the soda. I'm still trying to figure out a good time to grab food with out it being stale or old.

Only thing I eat from here are pancakes, fish and fries...

You would think a manager would know a little about customer service. Well, not here. The manager here is rude and inconsiderate and needs to get a job in a mortuary where her customers can't see her crabby face.

Terrible service. Cant get salt, pepper or ketchup without a hard time.

This s a very modern, clean McDonald's, with touch screen ordering and a clean, small play area for kids that features light up tables and touch screen computer games (no more climbing gyms)..
