Lady at the window was beyond rude. Tried asking a question and she put a finger up at me and shut the window and left me sitting there for five minutes. Gave me the wrong drink then when I got home there was hair in my food and my fries. I gave the food to my dogs I was so grossed out. Granted I got my money back but still there is absolutely no excuse for it. Whether youre a regular crew member or a manager you need to wear a hat. I won't be returning.
