This place is horrible, will ne er spend my money there again ever. I suggest never going here...

Dirty restroom, dirty employees, handing food and refills over another associate, lazy Senior Management team, slow internet (about the same speeds as dialup) blocked parking in the way of the drive thu & management doesn't care. Cashier joked about herself being sexy! Wish We had a new owner...this place is sad!!

So slow; takes forever to get your drive thru order, no matter what time of day/night you go.

The chicken nuggets were old and they did not have apple pies. Cashier said there was a 12 minute wait on apple pies.

The food was good. Very hot and freshly made, but had to wait 20 minutes. That caused there to be a large crowd of people standing and waiting.

One of the worst McDonald's. Service is terrible. Employee didn't wash hands after using restroom.

Food is good but sometimes the drive thru gets backed up.

Absolutely horrible service!! Waited 20 minutes and still never recieved my food. Another customer had waited over 20 minutes. Ended up just getting a refund and leaving. I only ordered 2 mcdoubles and a fry.

My Daughters And My Son Plus My Grand Children's Love Eating There cause Its Good Place To Eating And The Kid's Love It.

Needs new technology for deaf that order easy than writing

I was very disappointed in the service, the food and the over all management. Took us 20 minutes to get our food, the the food was not cooked thoroughly. Took it back and they forgot about us.

Instead of a second drive thru lane a third window to return wrong items should have been put in.
If you have food allergies I highly recommend going else where

Food was decent but took forever and was HOT in the dining area. We ate in the play place because was cooler. We were there for over an hour, which is way too long for fast food.

All i came in there for was a sausage biscuit and hashbrown but it took them 15 minutes and she apologize but left the sleeve off the hashbrown just threw in the bag

As usual it was very slow getting my food always seems to be so unorganized. If I didn't like McMuffins, and mcdoubles , I would go to Hardee's. Sometime I go there to get my wife a real bacon biscuit, the service is always nice and much quicker. Good luck on making it better.

Was in drive thru like 8 minutes and Ppl at window were nit friendly

Worst and slowest service ever. visited McDonalds today. There was a van full of people in front of me and apparently they had a problem with their order so I waited in line behind them for several minutes thinking this will give them time to cook my order since I had asked for a quarter pounder without cheese. The van pulled off and I pulled up. I placed my order at 1:41 pm. After a few minutes I was asked to pull forward and they would bring it out soon. At 2:00 I finally parked and went in. It took 20 minutes for me to get a quarter pounder meal. Burger was not good. I dont think there were any condiments at all on it. Poor management.

Friendly staff and good service. Loved the play area for my granddaughter. Drive thru stays busy and staff seems to handle it great. Great food.

It was horrible, the tables was nasty, the floors had dropped food on it and the most disgusting thing ever fly's in a eating restaurant, awful

Personnel are not friendly at all. Last couple of times people at drive thru were so rude that person at pickup window appolized

Today it took 1 hour to get our food plus we were skip 3 times told the workers their respond was just ok .
Then our order was not correct.
My kids favorit place im going have to think twice before i take them back.

I give one star cause the milkshake machine is always broken.what else is new.

I stayed in drive thru for 20 minutes. It's supposed to be quick, hence, drive-thru, needless to say, I hardly ever go here.

My kids have fun here, clean play area doesn't smell funky like other McDonald's play areas do! Good service and food is always right! I can take the family here for mcdoubles and share large fries and get a drink else where with food More

They were extremely slow and sloppy with there service. Was no tea and they completely ignored there orders . Standing around talking to each other.... Won't be back .... I don't even want to give them one star for their review

Always have to wait too long & they frequently get the order wrong!

When I ask for a medium iced coffee, it is always the smallest size cup and they tell me it's the medium but I know that is not true. Then they make me pull off to the waiting parking spot and they forget about me. I love McDonald's breakfast but this McDonald's is the worst one I've ever been to.

This McDonald's always messes up our order, and very rude and kind of hateful when you tell them they messed up your order... not recommended

New style ordering system, or order at counter. I like the touch screen system. Very cool. Check it out for yourself

I placed an order inside, and my order was taken outside and brought back in. The employee asked what I had. I told her my order number was 168. She said she didn't have a receipt. Staff arguing behind the counter, very loud and unprofessional. Most of the drinks inside was just carbonated water.

Too cold in play area. Cashier said can't turn air down and had to keep inside door shut to keep flies from going into play area from the cash register area. It is cold outside and there is NO flies out now. Especially at 7:30pm at night.

Why would you have two areas to place your order and bnb only one window to pick up your order.

The air conditioning was not working so it was 110* inside. The restroom was filthy and so was the dining room! The cashier was nice, but the person handing out food was rude and acted like was being asked to do something that wasn't her job when I asked for some ice for my drink because there was no ice in the self-serve soda machine. In general don't go inside to eat! The food itself was OK so drive thru if you have to!

Of course I asked for a plain burger and get one with everything on it.

25 minute wait for food doesn't constitute fast food. Poor management, counter staff under trained for dealing with public. "Ran out of Big Mac's". #fail

I don't know why y'all put two lines because u just can keep up with one line. Tonight I stayed in line almost 30 min waiting on ten pieces chicken nuggets & one large sweet tea that is desussing. Philadelphia miss
