McDonald's Pearl, Flowood, & Philadelphia, MS Review

They have a bad habit of messing up my order but food is usually ok

For a tourist from the Caribbean this is the WORSE McDonald's ever... Not one clean table at 9:45 am .....no cutlery for my wife to eat her pancakes ....the only thing I enjoyed was the young lady who took our orders and the food she was happy to be at work...unlike the order employees they were not happy to be at work ..mean while the manager is sitting in the kids area booking a Cruise on her laptop pretending to be doing work ....could hear her clearly..... That's the big issue there if the root is bad the entire tree will be too... If this was my first McDonald's experience this would have spoil it for every other McDonald's..

Ordered mcdouble in Dr thru was told to pull up and wait had to wait 20 minutes

Worst ever. Sat in the drive through for 20 mins and still didn't get to the window. I ordered coffee.

Food is great, orders are usually right, most of the employees are friendly

The only I give the 3 stars is because there is no way they should be as slow as are in the drive through. Also some of the employees have an attitude

We nearly received the wrong order, and the fries were unsalted. For some reason, McDonalds never has lemonade. Anywhere. Stay away.

Dinning area not clean store smells plumbing problems

It is not one of my favorite places that's for sure. Very disorganized, flies EveryWhere. Long lines. Extremely inconsistent. The only thing I ever order there is water. Just telling the truth.

Fries r never fresh and food is made sloppy on top of a ridiculous long wait time

Waited in drive-thru line for over 20 mins they repeated order twice and once at window still got it wrong food was old and tasted nasty worst experience ever!! I do not and will not ever recommend this McDonalds!!

Poorly trained and unprofessional staff. There was seemingly no air conditioning at the time of my visit. The food was slightly under par even for McDonald's.

The air was not working so it was very hot in there it took me 20 min to get my order an it was still wrong when I got it philadelphia McDonald's is not as good as they use to Be they are going way down hill

The food was good but the milkshake machine always needing cleaning, if ya'll would do you jobs instead of talking than it would be a 5 star rating.

Sat in the drive thru for 10 minutes and traffic never moved. Parked and went inside and one person at the counter. Three employees came from outside the door and from smoking. A door that customers go through ! Management has been at this same door doing the same thing!! I ve seen them numerous times! I ve called to let management (owners) know this but nothing has changed. Slow service, smoking employees at entrance door, all reported and still continues. Apparently the owners of this store could care less. I read an average of 15 minutes in the drive thru.. ha, longer than that!

Avoid this place if you can and if you have to have MickeyD s, make the drive to Carthage or Louisville. Most days this place is filthy, full of flies, unconcerned staff, and extremely slow service. As of July 2018, this restaurant scored a B on a recent MDH inspection.

This place is like the f***boy of restaurants in philly, always takes too long and leaving you half satisfied. Oh, you want a medium fry? We're only gonna fill you up halfway, just like a f***boy.

Not a big Mcdonalds fan, but I'm liking the new coffee.

I like the new system of ordering and paying for my meal.

I have never waited so long at a McDonald s, ever. This was not just the one time, it s every single time I visit. You can get in line (which is already wrapped around the building b/c of the slow service) and I promise you will sit in line for over 25 minutes before you pay, sometimes before you order. A few times I ve went inside thinking it would be faster but they act like you re invisible. They just stand and joke around and just look at you like what are you doing here? This is every single time. This is the slowest McDonald s I have ever been to.

Service could be a lot better and more accurate with order

This McDonalds is okay! I have had worse. The food is pretty good and they were pretty fast. Not too much salt!

Place was Filthy! Not to mention my order wasn't complete.. Then when they did make my Bilzzard the cup was half empty & sprinkled Oreos on top...

Food was cold, they also didnt get my oder right. When i asked for the correct orfer the manager acts like she doesnt want to correct it. She acts like she doesnt care! Poor Service!

I don't care for the new service counter. What once worked now is slower than before
but it now matches the drive thru.

They have been better, but now they seem to be slow on completion of your order. No friendly service., very little eye contact, no smiles. Even cursing loud enough for customers to hear. The food is okay if you like McDonalds food. I have made a effort to try to determine who the manager is and literally could not. I believe that the lack of leadership is probably why everything else is the way it is. I will continue to eat there as long as things don't get any worse.

Went through drive thru to get a sundae it melted had to ask someone to get it for because she was just standing there

The number order was mixed up and it took 50 minutes to get the food.

Service was horrible. The night cashier in the drive thru was rude and disrespectful. Food was cold and we waited in drive thru line 15 minutes.

McDonald's is McDonald's reguardless of location.. Always a kid favorite
