McDonald's Pearl, Flowood, & Philadelphia, MS Review

Ordered a caremel frape. When I arrived at the pick up window I could see my empty cup sitting on the counter. The cashier asked me to pull up and wait. After 12 minutes, I went inside and my cup was still sitting empty on the counter. I guess they were trying to refill the machine and no one knew how. They finally got it going and fixed the grape and couldn't figure out who it was for. They never asked if they could help me or what I needed while I was inside. I finally convinced the it was mine. The girl handed it to me and never said a word. The customer service was nonexistent!!

Every. Single. Time. They forget to put something in my bag. Then act like im wrong when I got the receipt in my hand. Seriously the worst staffed restaurant in America. Pathetic. Mouthy teen delinquents. I will never go back. Seriously you guys, don't even bother. There isn't an iq over 70 on the whole staff.

Never get an order right. Always have to wait to long

as of today, service has always been an issue here but waiting 20 minutes for food while other people, who ordered after me, got theirs in a quick response.

They didnt get any of my order right. I asked for extra pickles on my burger and instead got no pickles with tons of ketchup. The happy meal didnt have any sauce, even though they asked me what kind over the speaker and at the window. Also, I didnt receive the drink for the happy meal. I waited forever for my food and it wasnt even right. Its Exactly why I hate McDonald's.

Service is terrible both in drive through as well as inside. The workers spend more time socializing with each other than actually taking care of paying customers.

Worst experience ever!!! I went through the drive through, and they did not put a lid on my drink, so when they handed me my drink it spilled in my truck! Lastly, I ordered a Fish sandwich and and they filled the whole box with tarter sauce. There was more tarter sauce than sandwich!!!!

Food is okay, but the service is not so good. They have a tendency to mess up the order.

Workers are EXTREMELY lazy! Anytime I order something there is always an excuse to why I can't get it. "Ice cream machine is down" "no McMuffins made" "no apple pies made" . Service is horrible

Why are condiments not easily accessible?

Slow service! In line 29 minutes AFTER placing order at drive thru. Order was correct though.

Went thru drive thru & waited 15 minutes for a sausage McMuffin at 9:30. Upon going inside was at the counter for over 5 minutes until someone asked me what I needed. At least 3 on front, 2 working drive thru and 4 in kitchen standing around. Worst McDonald's ever

My normal breakfast place. Has kids play area as well.

The food was good. They were VERY busy. So the wait was longer than usual. Still, all in all, we enjoyed our lunch.

I honestly believe I will no longer eat here again I can withstand waiting 20+ minutes, getting my order wrong and having missing items but when it s a constant combination of all 3 that is it. I don t believe anyone from this town truly wishes to eat here at this point but they are in the perfect location which is all it takes and if you don t take my word for it their review is currently sitting at a whopping 3 stars so I don t think many people will disagree with me.

WELL, We paid 16.50 for a deposit for a party package there for today. Nothing else was said other than how much it would be.
SO, We get there on time maybe a little after 2 and NOTHING IS SET UP so we patiently wait, meanwhile, some of the workers act like it s a problem to be setting it up anyways. Then, we go to order the food for the 6 kids and they proceed to THEN tell us that the minimum is 8.!?.!? So we found out we were going to have to pay for two extras because there was nothing they would do about that EVEN THOUGH they NEVER told us anything about that before we paid almost a 17 dollar frigging deposit. So we decided, instead of paying extra for two more kids and they couldn t do anything about it after it being their fault cause they didn t tell us, that we would get our money back and go elsewhere.

THENthey have the AUDACITY to tell us that we can t have our money back NOR can we have the cake or anything that was on that table! So can u tell me if I couldn t do either of those options what I just paid 17 damn dollars to McDonald s for???? This ain t no charity!!! You got me messed up!!! So we ended up being stuck there, where we at this point was afraid to even eat there because we didn t want someone meddling with our food, because we had already paid 16 dollars and some change that we couldn t get back or take the crappy cake or anything for whatever reason!!!

Worst service/ visit ever. Moral of the story, 1 NEVER do a party at McDonald s And 2 definitely don t go to THIS Mcdonalds!!

Food ok customer service needs a lot of improvement

Absolutely horrible place would rate negative or zero if could. Waited 30 minutes in drive-thru after being pulled up. Finally went inside to check on the order and or get my money back and the manager finally decided to make my food after they could not find it. Checked my order and they still got it wrong. Will never return to this place.

Love the kiosk to order. But, drive thru is always a long line.

We usually don't stop at this location because the drive thru is always so backed up. However, on this particular trip, we decided to dine in. Huge mistake! They weren't busy at all, but the young people were standing around while all the older employees waited on us. The manager was super nice. The food was prepared quickly and accurately. Those were the ONLY positives. The dining area was filthy. One employee was eating a meal near the restrooms (where we were sitting). He was snorting and snotting phlegm as he sloppily chewed through his meal. My husband and I both visited the restrooms to wash our hands prior to our meal. It was more disgusting than our fellow diner. The last thing to comment on are THE FLIES!!! They nearly carried us off. We would have been better off sitting in our car, which is exactly where we headed after trying to eat for all of 5 minutes.

Always at least a 15 min wait even when they aren't busy at all

Food is nvr fresh cooked ; at this location : its always been sitting there for a while!! Tired of it ! Kosciusko is much better at preparing it fresh as you order !

I truly loved it. Great customer interaction. The lady taught mevhow to work the self service machine. Not like the Carthage McDonalds who got angry I needed help...kross

Got two McChickens. The first one I ate 2 bites, mind you it was hella sloppy and messy. I spit some out, it was so gross. So I wrap it and put it in the bag and grabbed the other. It was the exact same, but probably more sloppy. So I tried to just eat the bread on that one. The workers were all walking around and talking to customers like they don't have much sense. I also had to go get a janitor because there was a guy in the messy bathroom that asked me to ask for toilet paper. Poor guy. But he should have checked first for sure. -5.5 stars on that visit.

No McDonald's is really great but this one is on the list of the worst. We walked in this morning and it's obvious the air conditioner isn't working. There was no type of fans set up. We ordered our food at 10:12 and did not receive our food until 10:40. When we did get our food, one of the sandwiches was missing the egg on it. The only reason I am not giving one star is because the food that was correct was warm.

Drive-thru is always long but record time service with hot food fresh fries

Stopped for a meal late night. Food was so cold even though they parked us. The young lady had a piss poor attitude. Eat elsewhere!
