Not a lot of customers go to the service center since they open the XFINITY Store in Flowood.
So this is not a place that usually gets high reviews because you are there to pay a bill, complain, or another unpleasant task. I was here to exchange equipment. The line was long but was efficiently dealt with. The customer service people were quick to get things done. Generally the people in line were happy.

I've been trying to cancel my account with comcast for 4 months every time I call they act like its done. Then they hang up on me or my call gets "disconnected" they never transfer you to a supervisor or call you back either

Quality: POOR! They lied to me in a voice mail, saying that our router might not support their "new" services after 12/11/2012, indicating that we needed to get a new one for "free," but paying $9.95 for shipping. I ordered the new router, then found out that they were charging me an additional $15.00 per month for a new service that I NEVER ordered! I plan to go there tomorrow and return the new router and switch back to our previous service. They have only one competitor - AT&T. We used to have them, and they were EVEN WORSE than Comcast. There is no competition here in the Jackson area. AT&T and Comcast are working together to ensure that all of us have high prices and terrible service.
Wow, AT&T must make a killing in this city! I called to check on pricing and was quoted twice the price that it says on the website for half the service. When questioning the price I was told "if you knew then why are you asking me". GG Comcast, I will be going with another service. Perhaps a few training sessions for your employees on things like selling techniques and customer service might keep you from being voted the worst customer service in America. In case anyone reads this before trying to get Comcast I had heard multiple complaints of poor customer service, incompetence and unavailability on the technical side. Still I gave them a chance and called them up to see if they could redeem themselves. If your sales people can't even sell me something I'm trying to buy you have a problem... May Google fiber or hell any company with a clue send you plummeting into bankruptcy.

My Internet has been out for over a week and I still have four days before anyone will come out to try and fix it.
To early for attitudes but...the attitude was settled quickly...but service was quick
JACKASS people, I wanted to discontinue the service, but these thugs without my knowledge signed me up for 2 years of f#$%#d up service without my knowledge, supposed to be 50mbps, but awfully slow, federal investigation is required with regards to speed limits manipulation by comcast,, i think they manipulate ur internet speed.
so we took comcast service nd didnt had any social for that i called 100 of times but i got no answer.. I went to service center nd talked to JANICE but she was talking so rude as if she is doing a favor to us.. nd after all that i decided to cancel the service nd she was like thank you jesus as if we did something wrong.. i never wrote a review anywhere but i was so pissed that i decided to write it.
The staff were friendly and helpful. For some reason my order wouldn't go through, and it took way too long to get it to work. The staff tried everything and explained what was happening. It had something to do with Xfinity's new modem.
I hate that I even had to give them ONE star. I guarantee no one can beat my "experience". If you can, I will be very surprised. Its a long read but worth it for laughs. And in the end, Im getting screwed out of $200. But the best part is at the end. As if the $200 wasnt enough, that was just the buttering up for the big one.

Quick Background: I moved to Tulsa from Jackson MS two months ago. I called their service center (not the 800#) and they said that they will send me a special box in the mail so I can return their equipment. Now skip ahead 1.5 months as I remembered about the box I never received and saw a $200 fee on my account.

First wave of customer support. 1.5 technicians. 45 minutes. 40 on hold. First tech took my info and then forwarded me to Solutions department. They picked up after 20 minutes and hung up

Second wave of customer support. 4 technicians, 1 lost manager. 2 hours. First technician did the same. Took my info and sent me to Solutions again. Solution picked up finally, some guy who barely spoke English. Could only speak what was on his script. He didnt understand what I needed and sent me back to the regular customer support. They repeated step one and sent me back to solutions. Next guy seemed like a winner. Confident, was an American, Liked the Carolina Panthers. He could not help me out with the $200 because he cannot track a call made to a service center so he told me to stay on the line as he went to speak with his supervisor. 20 minutes later he says he could not find him, but to stay on the line and he will transfer me to the supervisors voice mail. Voicemail was full......could not leave voicemail. Call ended.

Third attempt with customer support. 2 technicians, 1 lost supervisor, +1 online customer service rep (talk through typing on computer). another 2 hours. Same steps as above. First one took info sent me to solutions. Next one also could not get a hold of supervisor so he left a note with him to call me back. Then he sent me to the online rep to be able to have them send me a box in the mail so I can return their equipment. And he cut off my services finally. Still cant do anything with the $200.
->While waiting for the online person to start their session with me 30 minutes into it the lost supervisor calls me. Cannot confirm I ever called (even though I have it on my phone bill and told them I could send them my bill showing it). Nothing they could do. Pay them $200

Service has been solid for the past few months but their customer service is absolutely terrible. We've had an exposed (not buried) cable running across our yard since installation. We've had 3 appointments to have it buried and all of them were no shows.... not even a call.

I called Comcast and could not get help and was told to go into a service center. They customer support was polite and knowledgeable and I started an account in 15 minutes. My main frustration is that I had to talk to an agent on the phone for 45 minutes to activate my modem.

Comcast/Xfinity is the worst internet or mobile connection service available in the country. They increase the price without notice. They have increased my internet plan by almost $30 without any formal notice and they did this for the second time in the last 6 months !! I will never recommend Comcast/Xfinity to anyone !

Should be no stars-but not an option. Go with another provider. Promo was $30 p/m, called to set service up for my apt while in graduate school- rep who set the acct up assured me that it was indeed $30 p/m. Every bill since the acct was set has been $40 p/m, the december bill never arrived in my email inbox (or a mailbox)-so i ve been charged double. When I paid this overcharged bill-the rep said that the promo and set up rep were only partially correct (so NOT fully honest in advertising or dealings). I ll be switching to any other provider ASAP.

I have never been to this service center but Comcast customer service over the phone needs some serious help. I was on the phone with them over 1 hour and a supervisor was supposed to return my call. I have yet to hear from anyone. They charge way too much for service to be so bad.
I have had to contact Comcast customer service 7 times over the last couple years because of a recurring modem rental fee.....when I OWN MY OWN MODEM!!!! They promised the last 4 times it wouldn't happen anymore but it keeps happening. The worst part is they merely credit the amount they OVERCHARGED me and do not attempt to properly compensate me for this RECURRING headache! Not to mention, their prices are absurd because there is no real competition for them here!

Comcast is sadly the best cable out there. They trap you in with great deals for the first year or two. Then they lower the boom on you when it's time to renew your contract by not offering you any decent deals figuring your gonna stay because their the best. Only way to get a better deal is to actually leave the company and come back later. They also don't service you very well once you're a customer every system change they require you to bring your equipment in instead of setting up a time and doing a reinstall. They also used to be really good at not having outages due to weather and such but theres been more and more of those. With them its plain out carrot and stick trickery because they know they can because they are the best.
I love the ideal that Comcast came out with a pay as u go plan what a great ideal it work great 4 us who r on a budget.

An absolutely disgusting business. It shocks me that this company even still exists. Worse possible business ethics out of any company I have ever dealt with. If you pay for 60mbps internet speeds don t expect more than 30. When you call and let them know they aren t providing the service they promised they try and say it s a curtesy for them to credit you a measly $20 out of $100. The fact that they don t even call to offer you that to begin with and you have to call and raise hell for an hour just to get re-imbursed for the service THEY FAILED TO PROVIDE is sad. It makes sense to remburse someone for half when they BARELY provided half of the services the promised but they are such con-artists they can t even do that disgusts me. I m on the verge of filing a class action lawsuit and anyone interested message me. They have gotten away with screwing their customers FAR too long. The fact that they have a monopoly on internet services most places is SAD. I can t wait for the day a decent Internet provider with actual cusomer service comes in and takes every cent of business from these thieves!
The payment machine was not working correctly it 30 to 40 minutes to get them to fix it but you could not PAY THEM CASH BUT U COULD PAY THE WITH CARD OR CHECK
