Paid extra for 1 quarter pounder with no onions added extra pickles and ketchup. Was pulled into a space to wait for a dry, shriveled beef patty half thrown on an old stale bun. Ketchup was all over the box. I didn't order anything fancy and had to wait for garbage in a box. Nice work guys!

Very friendly staff and regular customers still come and sit just for the friendly courteous service and interactions...

Horrible. Rude employees. Very unprofessional. Leaned on counters standing around horse playing. One cashier was told to take next order in line and she says "I'm waitin on her" I will not be back to this location. I was filling my drink and another employee just pushes past me to fill a cup with tea. Very disappointed

Stay away from this place !! Worst service in Philadelphia. You'll be sorry if you stop here !!

Would have given 5 Stars they can't seem to get the mobile app to work properly

We only use drive thru. It has been newly renovated and looks great. Has two drive thru lanes. Food is usually great.

This McDonald's is terrible..they take so long to take your order and they almost always get my order wrong.

This this the most awful McDonald's ever. We go thru the drive thru and they tell us they are not taking orders thru drive thru. REALLY?!! What the crapp is the drive thru for? PHILADELPHIA, MS WORST MCDONALD EVER!!!

Though they were really fast (for noon rush) , and very friendly, the food did not seem as fresh as it should be. Our order was correct, but they made the shake probably when we ordered it, with 4 cars ahead if us, so it was melted a good bit but still tasted yummy. The inside was look after pretty well, since it was full of customers and restroom was tidy(reason for inside visit lol). I would visit again and hope for items not staged. Oh, and a large fry is something you pay extra for, ours looked like mediums in a large container. I guess stretching out for other orders, not something I wouldn't go back over, just saying I will look close next time before driving away. At most McDonald's I am just concerned with making sure the order is correct :-) Happy Eating!!

Drive threw was quick today. Only waited 42minutes for 2 McDonalds and a fry.
Nice going to a fast food restaurant where the employees hate there job more than someone would hate there in laws. Long story short. Make the drive to meridian, you'll still end up getting your food quicker

Love everything about it.good young people working there which is great for them and their their spirit is just very high there they know their job they served us well and I appreciate them

Slow never get your order right half of the time and never want get the toys right for happy meals gives my son girl toys after I ask for a boy toy and hardly gives apple slices maybe two at the most they never want to do their job something has to give get your act together or get a manager that wants to make it a better place and it's hardly any white people in their and half of the workers in there dont want to do their jobs

we use the drive thru on a breakfast run for eight people while out of town for my birthday and the young lady got everything right. She rocks

It's too many people in this town, two lanes and service is extremely slow regardless.

Like all of the McDonald's in the nation, you'll find the best sweet tea on the planet at this McDonald's. Seriously. The best.

The big Mac was good, but they left the extra sauce we paid for off one of the burgers and didn't toast the middle bun

It's always busy ,but these the hardest working crews in the fast food business around Meridian, MS. There is usually a line but they work fast and are accurate with there orders.

One cashier open on a Saturday afternoon. Miserable!!!!

Slow service, food lukewarm. Ordered the new Smokehouse burger. It's definately NOT worth the price.

Drive through line was pretty long - 17 minutes, but staff was super nice!

It would be a good place for a manger it 23 minutes to get threw the drive threw what good two order lanes if you end up one lane It is know faster

It was clean, the restroom was clean and the employees were well behaved and polite.

Really slow, told to pull into a parking spot where they forgot some of the order. Had to go back. My sandwich was old tasting but the rest were okay.

The food isn't great, the employee aren't very friendly, but if you're short on Money, it's the cheapest place.

After waiting for over 10 minutes for one of their new "bacon" burgers, when I got to the car it had no bacon. I went back in and received a quarter pounder with about 1/4 of piece of bacon. I left in fear the next one would be spit on or something even nastier like you see on TV

Horrible service attitides are aweful and dont dare say they got your order wrong they don't like correcting it. Air conditioner inside restaurant don't work hasn't worked in over a week been in multiple times hate that location.

Always a wait. Waited 10 minutes in drive thru after placing order and still had to pull into the "waiting for drive-thru orders" stall and wait another 10-15 min. This is a regular occurrence here. Very poorly ran.

Very busy location, always check your order cause they will leave your items out and get stuff wrong

Service sucks they play to much and they food be cold. Should be hott
