Would not take my order at the counter, said I had to use the self serve board.
3 things
1) I'm in my 50s I just want to deal with a person
2) There was no one there, so it wasn't busy
3) I walked out without ordering, went elsewhere
4) Toilet was running nonstop
Hire some staff, don't be cheapskates!

Love the team at this store.. they are a little slow at times but they do their best.

The best McDonald s in the area by far.
Great service and I don t think they have ever gotten my order wrong.

Food was fresh but it took a bit long to get my food

Terrible in most aspects; customer service (esp. the asian manager, he's absolutely rude towards both customers and other staff), food is almost always incorrect or comes with issues, today it seems they're promoting a junk food diet by only HALF filling the pre-packed fries, even my 4yo asked me why there were very little fries today in his happy meal, waiting time is horrendous and speaking from a business background, it's no surprise, as it's obvious through observations during wait time how useless the aggressive asian manager actually is in the practical tasks + coordination, no wonder there are constant mistakes and or items missing in the prepared orders, chaos is a given with such terrible management.

Easy to order with either via counter or on the screen or on the phone. Didn't have to wait for too long. Tables are clean

Food is usually good but if they make 2 cars wait for their order, no one else can get out of drive thru!

Fast friendly service every time. Good local fast food joint!

Fries are always nice and hot but for some reason the order is 95% messed up (SMDH) when going thru the drive thru so one star less on this review. But I'll still go there. Much love Bass Macdeez.

Get on good with the staff very friendly towards family

Staff not friendly (smile)....most look like they don't want to be at work.

Very poor service. It took 20mins to get 2 medium mc chicken meals. They prioritize the drive thru and the uber eats orders and then they get to the customers who are waiting in the restaurant. my advice go through drive thru

never really turned down by a Mcdo branch! nothing negative to say about it!

Not sure is it because of short staff as order takes longer time then it deserve more often, apart from that it is just like others McDonald's with its good and bad sides

Two times went to this terrible McDonald s in Bass Hill they gave us wrong order, the staff there work based on speed not accuracy, the manager needs to run the store better.

Food was hot, good service and clean dining spaces.

Very good service by the girl with thick eyebrows and the blonde girl finalised my order however was too filling couldnt eat it all had to take away it the burger fries were hot and nice. Lovely atmosphere with very good service even the barrista's were helpful by taking my fries and bringing me fresh ones. All round great effort by all staff bravo. After eating three quarters of the angus burger felt very bloated and uncomfortable. Needed 4 hours of water drinking to feel relieved at approximately 5pm.

Constantly getting orders wrong. Very very slow service.

Here's a summary of my experience:

1. Ordered in drive thru
2. Paid in drive thru
3. Waited in waiting bay for my order.
4. Had to move my car to the car park because drive thru was blocked with cars waiting for their orders. There was atleast 5 other cars in the car park waiting to receive their drive thru order.
5. Watched employees walk from car to car asking if the order they had was theirs.
6. Meanwhile the drive thru waiting customers are still piling up and now there are 2 confused employees trying to find the right car to match the order.
7. After finally receiving order, it was missing burgers and drinks.
8. Drinks finally arrived but burgers did not.
9. Waited a further 5 to 10 minutes for the missing burger.
10. Meanwhile the car park is still piling up and customers are honking horns out of frustration whilst confused employees struggle frantically to match the order with the parked car somewhere in the parking lot.
11. Finally got the missing burger.
12. Got home with the order, the food was cold, everyone waiting was frustrated and we lost our appetite.

McDonalds Bankstown Square food court...Worst McDonalds in Sydney....

Ok needs to be cleaned toilets always dirty and stinks staff need to smile

24/7 maccas, during the day, excellent. However at past 12 am, the service degrade, very long wait time in drive through.

Always get my order missing the rest of my order and cold!!

Great hot fresh food great staff like Lansvale McDonald's it's one of the better scheff based McDonald's

It was so bad so slow and dirty drink. I found a long hair in my drink . The manager denied it when I complaint, and he took the cup and woshed it then he said :" no hair there "

The food is always super fresh every time i go. Staff are always greet you and are smiling.

Worst customer service , they always out of something, the drive thru customer service is a joke those workers need to be taught how to speak to people properly. Disgusting

Never get your right all have to wait more the 5min

Very slow service, rude staff and weak managing skill from manager.

Place was clean but no frappe at this time not happy

Got home 3km to find double bacon burger with no bacon had to go back again. NOT HAPPY.

Drive through doesn't have a menu and no way to get them to show it to you, aside from the 8 most expensive items, you're meant to remember everything else they sell

Not very good as where as i had a nice donut my best friend had a latte and he only got it filled half way (he took it back and got another one) he was very happy after that.

Order your own food on the touch screens. Eat indoor or outdoor. Playground for the kids.

Charge more than official McDonald's advertised prices, inconsistent quality depending on which gronk teenager is working in the kitchen.

It took 20mins to get a mcflurry in store on a Friday night and even then the serving size was less than a soft serve cone. Disappointing.

Very friendly staff at this one. Location is neat, warm and clean.

Mc Cafe burns milk (burns your mouth) and hash browns was frozen in the centre. Not coming back.

When I arrived at the store, 3 staff members were huddled up in the mccafe having a good chat. Two looked over at me then turned away to finish their conversation. I stood there a good solid couple minutes before anyone served me.

Purchased a full cream hazelnut/vanilla cappuccino with extra froth. Was given a watery flat white yet again!! Was also overcharged for the coffee & toastie special. When I pointed it out to one of the staff, she said oh I don't know and walked off (didn't even get a manager for me) I had to wait yet again to be served

The service & coffee really sucks!!

Not so great, the burgers and dry and tasteless. I don't recommend this McDonald.

Don't get anything with lettuce taste like plastic only at this maccas
