Terrible told one thing and they never kept there word asked me to send a etranfer to a private email address. Just terrible service wouldn't buy a tomato from them. Top it all off they sent in the paper work to the finance place but I never got a vehicle and the financial place took out the first payment without my consent they are not very trustworthy stay away

The owners of this business should be ashamed of themselves. I was in their store as a potential customer, and I saw the way that they interact with their own employees and they are dripping with contempt and condescending behavior. I had some unfortunate things happen in my life. I didn't think I would ever get a vehicle. Well not for another few years. My truck was getting old. Stressing me out. They told me don't worry we will get you approved. Not only did they but at a much better rate then I ever thought I am now the proud owner of a 2017 fully loaded dodge charger. Thank you guys. These people went above and beyond to make sure we were pleased with our purchase. When we went for a test drive there was a mechanical problem with the truck and they didn't have time in the shop to do the repair that day. So we came back a few days later and the truck was repaired plus a few other things were done to make sure that we wouldn't have to do anything to the truck in quite awhile. Since we were from out of province they even helped us with some of our travel expenses. Very Pleased with the service and the truck

When it comes to customer service the are not on the ball. I always have and still get a shady feeling from them. I wouldn t buy bull$hit from them if I was a tomato farmer. Sorry I signed on the line! I love my Suzuki! BUT....
1. They smashed my new car through a third party getting my undercoating done. I had to wait a month to get my car back.
2. It came back with dents and scratches. No one knows so they must of been there!
3. I was never entered into the customer system so no one knew I was a customer.
4. Getting answers on my warranty was pretty much self service.
6. The $1000 protection undercoating is a joke before my 5 years were up my parts were rusted... and I am waiting for answers.

Overall good experience. Staff were polite and easy to work with. Salesman was on the edge of being too pushy but was ok generally. Remember it's a used car lot...so you have to do your due diligence. Get a third party inspection, don't get pressured into buying something you don't want or cant afford.
Bought 3 vehicles from Metro Preowned and found them to be knowable and helpful in finding me a vehicle that met my needs. After driving the vehicles for a period of time the service dept performed any regular maintenance required with my vehicles. This was a positive experience. I received professional work that exceeded my expectations.
Received a call for a potential purchaser for my truck from Kijiji it ended up being these guys, stated that they were interested in purchasing my truck for the asking price, and also let me know that we could work out a deal if I wanted to get a vehicle to replace the truck. I showed interest in two different vehicles and told them on multiple occasions that I would be doing ONE of THREE options, buying vehicle A or B or both of them at the same time if the prices were right, ended up going with Vehicle A because the price wasn't working for vehicle B, ran some numbers and was firming up the deal but needed some info from service to make a concrete final number (which were closed due to the time), get a call the next day saying "if I don't purchase both vehicles we are not buying your truck" after already getting the offer on vehicle A, AND placing a deposit on it, walked in to see if I could talk to the manager and resolve this issue, but he wanted nothing to do with any further negotiations unless I just wanted to purchase the vehicle for cash and not have my vehicle traded in, or purchase both of the vehicles. received my deposit back for vehicle A and was informed that he will contact me that night to smooth things over...there was no contact from them, poor business doing the bait and switch and extremely greedy for trying to force offload 2 units to the customer, I wish there was an option to give less than 1 star, extremely dissatisfied by this whole ordeal
Outrageously high prices for high mileage vehicles! Honestly just another car loan shark looking to prey on folks with poor credit. There are much, much better options around if you re in a situation looking for a good reliable vehicle.
We will never again go to these people. We have been screwed around more than once. They are constantly making excuses when they make mistakes. They have a so called new manager named Kim and she is very ignorant and doesn t seem to grasp that a customer is upset due to her mistake and doesn t even have the gull to give a proper apology then throws in a customers face that she could have kept quiet and screwed us out of more money. Doesn t grasp that they should have done it properly the first time instead of making a bad and poor experience for the customer with the amount of times we had to come back. Honestly she shouldn t be a manager due to her poor customer service skills. Instead of making the customer upset she should have made it right but she didn t. We will never go back to these people as they can t seem to keep staff either

Bought a Grand Vitara and after a few days pcv valve was bad, salesman Said he'd reimburse cost, fixed it myself 75.00$ called salesman and was told he didn't work there anymore. Living 100 Miles away took family shopping to The city on a Saturday this summer stopped in and talked to the sales manager. He agreed to reimburse the cost but finance office was closed for a cheque to be issued. Took my information and told me a cheque would be mailed to me. After months without a cheque I decided to try again... maybe he lost my information...stopped in the dealership and he wasn't working so another salesman told me to write down my name and problem and he'd put The letter on his desk.. more month's went by and nothing.. Will never do business there again..When a dealership can't even reimburse a 75 dollar part it means that once they have the sale and your money....goodbye!

We purchased a 2014 chrysler 200 from Trevor today and not only was he super friendly and personable but he went above and beyond what a car dealer normally would. He helped with tips to better our credit also. He worked hard to get us a vehicle and explained everything so well that most places hide. We bought a 2015 Chevy Cruze that recently kicked the bucket. Alex and Bruce got me into a 2016 Nissan Rogue with in hours, I literally drove away the same day. I was worried about not having anything to drive to and from work but with their hard work they were able to have me back on the road within hours. In October 2012 we bought a used vehicle with this dealership. Within weeks breaks gave up and the vehicle would not even stop at a red light. We brougt vehicle back to suzuki service department 5 times since October and each tme we were lied that problem was fixed. We just took vehicle to a local mechanic who advised that vehicle should even never passed a safety inspection that Suzuki did few weeks before they sold us the vehicle. There are estimated thousands of dollars in repairs. Their managers are uncooperative and unwilling to resolve the problem. Next step is filing a complaint with Motor Vehicle inspector so they investigate this dealer who is scamming people by selling vehicles with fake safey inspections.
We recently purchased a vehicle from Buy Metro Pre Owned. Our experience was alright. We didn't feel pressure to buy anything, and overall our experience was what you should expect from a used car. That all being said, there are a few things I want to point out about our experience that were either misleading, or flat out lies. First one is minor, the vehicle was advertised as having 150K on it, when in fact it had just under 160K on it. More than just a few simple test drives. The second is a bit more serious. The vehicle we bought had an obvious oil leak. I'm a handy person, but by no means a mechanic, and I figured out right away where the leak was coming from. They assured me their "Journeyman Red Seal" mechanic's went to school for this kind of thing and would look at it. They had the vehicle for 3.5 hours, and came back and told us it was a "messy oil change". This was a flat out lie. The entire front of the engine is covered in gooey, sticky, black, burnt oil, in some places 1/4 thick. That leak had been there for awhile. It was no "messy oil change" that made such a mess, yet, their red seal mechanics said for sure thats what the issue was. I got the proper oil cooler gasket for $25 and fixed the leak myself. The third thing is we asked to see the carfax on the vehicle. When the sales person showed it to us he said it had a front end accident claim for $1200, and a $900 insurance "estimate", and just happened to skip over a third accident of to the rear for $3500. A car fax isn't hard to read, in our case the summery section had 3 lines, and the sales person chose to read two of them. Finally we owned the vehicle 16 hours and the (4X4) light, and an air bag light with a ( ! ) came on on the dash, which means service immediately. I can't say with certainty they knew this was an issue, but it does seem highly suspicious to me. Overall, its a used car lot. There may be issues with their vehicles they legitimately do not know about, and some of their vehicles may be in great shape.. My advice is that if you do want to buy something from them, ask lots of questions until you're happy with the answers. Look under the vehicle, pop the hood even if you don't know what you're looking at. Look for leaks, rust etc, and get a Carfax on the vehicle!! As stated, our experience was what I expected from a used car dealer. Wasn't terrible, wasn't great.
Unbelievable! The BEST service I have ever had. Within 24hrs of filling out the online form, I had a phone call, several texts, a vehicle picked they thought suited me and the financing complete. I drove it off the lot the same day I did the test drive. ( all within 24 hours) I was stunned and speechless.Not a single headache or eye twitch...LOL. Even programmed my bluetooth and put my Nova Scotia sticker on the window for me.They did everything for me, and I am so thankful and grateful. Thanks so much!! I love my SUV. Great choice!!
Look for another dealer as they sold me a truck and in the first week of having it the leaf springs fell out The door handle comes off the door After repairs I have a door that will not open from the outside and this shows that a correct inspection was not done

I bought a car here with my girlfriend in Oct of 2016. In November of 2016 we realized the car hadn't been safety inspected at time of sale, and was making some rough noises. An end link had failed and they replaced it. A few weeks later a man in a truck spotted the little BUY METRO sticker on our car and literally rolled down his window to warn us about how terrible the service department there is.
Wouldn't you know 2 months later that same sway bar link failed while I was in New Brunswick for work. I had it replaced properly by a dealership who of course charged me for the job. Buy Metro basically told me to pound sand when I took the invoice to them. Considering I HAD TO PAY for A BAD JOB THEY DID and they wouldn't even do a DAMN THING, I would never recommend this place. Absolutely does not stand behind any work they do, and barely stands behind what they sell. No wonder there aren't many Suzukis driving around Nova Scotia if they have to be serviced by these guys!

Bought a BMW 4 years ago. They slapped a safety on it. I had the car checked by an independent shop, and they failed the car with worn ball joints. Will never step foot on this property again.
I just bought a car from them and i wanted a different car that i bought but the manager let me know about a better deal. The car i bought was cheaper and had less km, so it's not about making more money it's about customer satisfaction. I'm deffintly going back when I'm ready for another car.

Bought a premium used car from these guys and in one year I had to have the car painted due to rusting like a old rail road spike dafter calling and complaining I had to pay four labour they'd cover supplies for 300$ I said "Nah" had it done right for 300 at torque auto. Within a week I had them do warrenty break work which was great till grinding started and I had to replace pads rotors and calipers...ball joint... tie rod... 5 months later and now it is a full year old check engine light is flashing currently been lending my new truck (thankfully bought else where's ) to my wife waiting to get time to trade hers in because it won't go over 40km... nothing covered under warrenty not even when a 2015 starts to rust out in 45 days. Haven't called about this recent break down because i'm sick of fixing this car and was very unhappy with there paint response so I took my business to my regular mechanic. Turns out the hood and fender are from a different car didn't show up on car fax they didn't say anything but once a expert shows you it's noticeable lol. they don't back there vehicles and they sell junk at a good price buyer beware ...
Wouldn t recommend this place at all, they make fun of their customers once they leave the showroom. Also they lie to their customer and employees! The only thing that is good about this car dealership is the Parts/Service Department

Never again! I traded in a vehicle for another and five months later I discover that I'm driving around with a plate that hasn't been 'linked' to the vehicle because of their mistake on paper work. I have never even had a parking ticket and now I lose points on my license and have a fine to pay! Sales manager Byron was most arrogant about the situation. What ever happened to customer service??
