When I arrived at the store, 3 staff members were huddled up in the mccafe having a good chat. Two looked over at me then turned away to finish their conversation. I stood there a good solid couple minutes before anyone served me.

Purchased a full cream hazelnut/vanilla cappuccino with extra froth. Was given a watery flat white yet again!! Was also overcharged for the coffee & toastie special. When I pointed it out to one of the staff, she said oh I don't know and walked off (didn't even get a manager for me) I had to wait yet again to be served

The service & coffee really sucks!!
