Here's a summary of my experience:

1. Ordered in drive thru
2. Paid in drive thru
3. Waited in waiting bay for my order.
4. Had to move my car to the car park because drive thru was blocked with cars waiting for their orders. There was atleast 5 other cars in the car park waiting to receive their drive thru order.
5. Watched employees walk from car to car asking if the order they had was theirs.
6. Meanwhile the drive thru waiting customers are still piling up and now there are 2 confused employees trying to find the right car to match the order.
7. After finally receiving order, it was missing burgers and drinks.
8. Drinks finally arrived but burgers did not.
9. Waited a further 5 to 10 minutes for the missing burger.
10. Meanwhile the car park is still piling up and customers are honking horns out of frustration whilst confused employees struggle frantically to match the order with the parked car somewhere in the parking lot.
11. Finally got the missing burger.
12. Got home with the order, the food was cold, everyone waiting was frustrated and we lost our appetite.
