McDonald Army Health Clinic Review

I am grateful that this place took care of me for so long, but we had to leave because of one mistake. Well, make it THREE. So, my first experience was when I had gone due to.. well.. I don't want to get into the details, but, they said it was due to 'puberty.' I went to get a second opinion, and they found I had two different infections. The other time was when I was having horrible stomach spasms, and every night I would be retching horribly. At first, she gave me anti-acid, but, that did nothing. Then, she gave me Miralax, and that screwed up my whole bowel tract. We got a second opinion, and over these 10 months, they found I had H. Pylori.

Diabetic and called several times because they didn t refill my meds. It s been over a week and I still don t have any insulin strips or my other meds. After 21 years active duty I guess this will be my demise.

Pharmacy doesn't open until 8a and then you have wait around for hours in a large group of people. This has to change. Why can't patients give the pharmacy rep their prescription then wait in their vehicles. When it's our turn to pickup the meds we receive a call or text informing us that we're next.

A toddler with a pretend stethoscope would be a more competent medical professional than anyone here.

Dr. Palmer is awesome. She always takes care of me when I feel sick I know I am in good hands

If you need physical therapy, do NOT recommend Mrs. Jessie Shannon. My daughter had to go for her back and she left with an ankle brace. It was absurd. Then said that she must see my daughter once a week, but office does not allow young children to go to the back therapy room. What am I suppose to do with my young kids? Leave them at home? Office is not accommodating and therapist is useless.

3rd floor staff is great. Everyone cares about your appointments.

We have had NOTHING but great service and experiences here. We drive a good distance and pass 2 other facilities on our way because we have had such positive interactions. The pharmacies are fast, the doctor's we have are caring, and the facility as a whole is great. Pediatrics is awesome! Family Health on the 3rd floor had it's own dedicated pharmacy and the providers are excellent!
