There is not a such thing of patient confidentiality at this place. Absolutely worst Medical providers.
Example-go in for pain in my leg. Provider-must be a pulled muscle. Me-go to BetterMed and find out I have a broken Leg. Anything said to and provider will be told to command. Violating HIPPA.
I will say after the recent change in sick call it has been so much smoother. There are three providers there and the sorting of patients is more effective. Only complaint I have is access to care. I do not like that appointments are so hard to come by.
This is the most awful base hospital I ve ever been to. They NEVER answer the phone!! The pharmacy wait time is RIDICULOUS! You nearly have to go off post for EVERYTHING! This place should just be shut down completely! If you or your kids are sick, just don t even bother calling or coming here. RIDICULOUS!
Love the Kenner Clinic. Been going there for four years, zero issues. Great job staff!
This is a great facility. I have had many and every time has been great. Always professional and kind. Never have to wait for an appointment and results are receive quickly.
First time at Kenner clinic for pediatric and was very pleased! Great staff, very helpful gave me all the info I need for being a new patient, called us on time for appointment, the nurse and docter took very good care of my two month old, explained everything, and listened to my concerns. When we went to a separate room for his shots the nurse explained every shot that was going to be given and had a one on one small talk with my son which was adorable. Clinic was clean, organized, when scheduling appointment it was fast and easy. The only thing I did notice was from seeing the first nurse and the wait time for the docter to come in it was longer than expected, but Dr. Richardson was great definitely recommend her!
I take this opportunity to express my appreciation for the excellent/outstanding customer service I received from Melody Neal. She was extremely attentive and caring when I was nervous and panicking when picking up medication for my husband, who is a recent transplant recipient. I hope everyone who works at your facility has and provides the same high level of compassion and customer service as Melody,
nasty customer service. I came in check in for my appointment everything good to that point I have a full cover facial on fine I set and I heard they lady talking to they Soldier and duty very loaded about someone need to read policy etc. I did not know she was talking about me when my doctor nurse call me l told wow is that they wsy emoyees talk about other employees so I explain to her what was said we discussed that it was not nice dint not know she was they head nurse for family clinic talking about patients which it was me she was talking about please show her some good discipline 09/01/2020 at 1050a
Not all doctors are created equal, and that is the case no matter where you go. We have been going to Kenner for nearly 10 years now and I almost always have a better experience there than I did at any civilian clinic. Regarding the other reviews about bad attitudes...it makes me really wonder about the attitudes of the people who are complaining. Most of the staff at Kenner are great, and aside from the sometimes long wait at pharmacy (where we pay no copay!), most of the time, clinic waits are minimal.
