Outstanding service and professionalism in a market where plenty of other agents only care about closing the deal regardless if the client is happy or even convinced. I dealt with Arsen for years and I recommended him to a few friends of mine and lately to my parents. He listens to what you want and asks a lot of questions and when he has gotten all the information he wants, he gives you a list of filtered options that feel tailor made for what you've asked for. He will also do his best to get you the absolute deal and during the whole process, he is always smiling and patient and most importantly, honest.

Simply the best! Johanna is not what you think of when you think of an estate agent. You will not get a pushy sales person but instead someone you genuinely cares about finding you an apartment that is right for you. Sadly our apartment fell through with her but not through any fault of Johanna's but through the contractors themselves. We had to (unfortunately) use another estate agency Gulf Sotheby s who as soon as they (Dimitri) received our commission cheque was never to be seen or heard from again!! I'm still in touch with Johanna to this day who actually is helping us push through our Ejari...not even our own estate agent could be bothered to answer our emails or indeed numerous phone calls regarding this!!! Thanks again Johanna you are simply the best!! :-)

Dealing with McCone Properties and with Johanna from their team in particular was a breath of fresh air in an otherwise uneven residential agency market in Dubai. The agency lists properties with clear landlord mandate, I was shown a representative sample of properties and they reflected what I was looking for. Johanna is knowledgeable on the market and there was genuine brokering of terms happening. In addition, McCone helps with utility contract registration making their service a true value added end-to-end process. Comes highly recommended.

McCone Properties is one of the most serious and professional turnkey solution real estate company in UAE.
For many years, I had to deal with the very dedicated Mc Cone team and specially Amna Sultan who I trust blindly.
From renting to selling apartments, going through all the legal, admin and financing processes, Amna has always demonstrated a very high standard, a top quality and an integrity in her job. Without her, I (with few friends) would have never achieved what we have done in the real estate market in Dubai!

First of all let me tell that I do not live in Dubai or UAE for that matter. So for a person like me dealing with property issues when one is overseas is not easy. Yes, it is not easy unless one can rely on someone in that field who is extremely competent and also excels in what she or he is doing. Fortunately for me I found these qualities in the person of Ms. Amna Sultan.

I have been working with her for the past many years now. Just to give an example of her dedication and sincerity that at times in the past I had sent some money through the banks for property related issues and the money would arrive a few days late than promised by the bank. Now it was at that time that Ms. Amna would step in on my behalf and make the payments herself for the interim period thus saving me from possible fines in the shape of late fees and so on. So working with her has given me peace of mind with all my property related issues.

Ms Amna is working for McCone properties and so naturally she becomes the interface for me to this company. If McCone Properties have people like Ms. Amna working for them then I am sure this speaks volumes for the kind of talented pool of people they must have at their offices and the quality of service they are offering.
