Follow up So after my initial review mazda 2 20 resched out to me and made everything they could to set everything right. So very very satisfied here. Proved me wrong

Terrible service, the receptionist doesn't even let you complete your inquiry before saying "one moment please" and putting you on hold with absolutely no explanation. The receptionist is the front line of excellent customer service; if s/he doesn't take the time to listen to your request, I'm sure this speaks of the entire showroom. I will never visit this place. Google please allow us to rate 0 stars because this one doesn't deserve any.
Waste of time and money. Anywhere else you can find a better deal. Just sold me a CX7 with serious engine problems and they do not accept there even exist any problem although there is a certified inspection report showing all those, neither they take the responsibility to do the repairs and just wasting my time.
We are not human for half the world. With covid no understanding of the situation. Thought i have to say best salesmans ive seen in a while. Ask for Madame Vanessa, shes the best. Employees 5 stars. Mazda 220 1 star. At least its a pretty place 2 stars ..
Love the service here. The counter staff are amazingly friendly and knowledgable. The management is professional and highly customer focused. And I don't even own a Mazda! I bought a used Murano there with a 5 year third party warranty. They treat me like a Mazda owner regardless. Better service here than at actual Nissan dealers I have dealt with as far as I am concerned. Highly recommend.
Fantastic experience. My salesman, Lloyd McKay, was professional, polite, knowledgeable, and really went the extra mile to make the car buying process easy.
This place understands customer service. I will be recommending anyone I know looking for a car to drop in here and can assure them the same great experience I had.
Slow, inefficient service. Had appointment, but salesperson was swamped with other clients so I had to wait an hour and a half. Then it turns out the car I made appointment to test drive had a flat tire. So I left without accomplishing anything other than wasting time.
Sales person was competent but I had called them in advance about a vehicle and they said they had it in stock but then they later called me while I was on my way to go see it to say that they had already sold it before they confirmed availability. I still made my trip there anyway to browse cars but none fit my criteria so the salesperson abruptly ended our interaction and threw me out as a client like a used Kleenex.
In general excelllllllent service .... they gave me more that I askes for ... Was in good hand .... very friendly. They understood my needs ... .they took care of everything!
They gave me the necessary tools to acquire my vehicle .... they understood my immediate needs. On my part excellllllllent service!
My purchase to this new Mazda CX-9 was so smooth that I could hardly feel any pressing situation. The care taken by this team was excellent and they demonstrated all the required skill set which can influence any buyers. I am glad to have Ali Raza a sales person from this location to guide me whole process and also we had a good deal with them. I encourage my friends to go and visit the place and I am confident you will be happy with their services and quality.
I cant recommend Mazda 220 enough! We dealt with Loyd throughout our entire buying experience. He was very knowledgeable, personable, and made us feel at ease throughout the whole process. He went out of his way to get us the best deal possible. We would highly recommend Mazda 220 and Loyd to anyone looking to buy!
Offered a reasonable price for the state of a vehicle, was turned down. The car even had the engine light on, I was told they could disconnect it, but that they don't know what the issue is. Would you trust that? Because I would not trust this dealership (due to this let's hide what's happening instead of fix it) I give a 2 stars, maybe even deserves a 1 star, but the service was okay other than that. Although, the customer service was fine, and there was never any pressure which was appreciated.
Car buying is never easy. Hats off to the Director of Sales (Eric Boisclair) and the Director of Finance (Alex Fawal) at Mazda-220 for an outstanding, personalized customer experience and great flexibility, which surpassed all my expectations.
I rate them 5 out 5 stars for empathy towards customer, willing to listen to customer's needs and customer's challenges, enthusiasm to go over and beyond, tireless and positive attitude.
Inspite of their super-busy schedule as Directors and leaders, they cheerfully accommodated me during my multiple visits to their office.
I consider myself a demanding customer, wanting to know about every dollar and every combination of costs, so as to get a good deal. This puts a lot of pressure on the dealer and takes a lot of effort, time and energy and customer committment.
During the course of negotiations, I kept making many changes every day to what I wanted and went back and forth. But they still were very easy to work with, very accommodating and very professional in handling all my changes and questions.
I needed a used a recent model. Although most dealers price their used vehicles similarly. I found 2-20 had the most extensive selection of used Mazda as well as other recent models from other manufacturers. The service was good and the agents are present for you.I
Needless to praise Mazda, but Mazda 2-20 is simply a friendly, smiling, welcoming and punctual place providing professional services at moderate prices. I love it
My experience all started when I had bad news; the subframe was rusted on my car and wasn t safe to drive. I brought it in to Mazda 2-20, they took a look, and wouldn t let me drive it. They said they would get me a rental, and after a few days they did. They were waiting for the part, but weren t sure how long it would take. So they continued to pay for my rental.
I went in one day to speak with the manager, Wroc, and he connected me with one of their best salesmen, Andrew. They knew there were issues, and they weren t happy about it, and they wanted to make it right.
Keep in mind, this was my first experience with them, as I had bought my used Mazda 6 at the ford dealership.
Working with me to find a vehicle, Andrew and Eric looked at my budget, and found the best fit. I ended up with an amazing 2015 CX-5.
They knew that Mazda had done bad with the fact my subframe was so rusted, and they knew they had to make it right, and they did.
The service was amazing, polite, courteous, and on point with everything.
I ve brought it in to service, and they have made sure that everything is taken care of, and they have been polite.
I am very happy so far wkth amazes 2-20, from the used sales team to the service department.
I was served by Michel. He is very well behaved and experienced guy. I had no experience of buying a car. That guy seemed to help me a lot but I bought my 2019 Mazda3 with MSRP.
Overall they were good, they were not pushing me at all to buy their car which I faced in ille Brossard.
We had an excellent experience purchasing our car with Lloyd. He was very friendly and patient, and answered all our questions honestly. He made us feel at ease throughout the process. He was so nice and friendly and it really helped us feel comfortable. We would highly recommend buying from Lloyd and Mazda 2-20 for your next car purchase.
Went in needing an upgrade from my previous car, and found exactly what I wanted. The sales reps (in my case Alex St-Pierre) were extremely polite and courteous, and helped with any inquiries I had. They listen to what you need and show you the best options accordingly.
Alice from finance was also a great help and extremely accommodating to what I needed for the car. No headaches whatsoever with any of the paperwork and they walk you through everything that needs to be done with ease.
Overall an extremely enjoyable experience- the staff is very polite, extensive selection of cars, with a fast service.
Big thanks again to Alex & Alice who were a great help, awesome job.
My son bought a mazda 3 at your dealership in October 2017, he is still raving over his car, keeps it looking new, and services it at 220 also. I was with him when he bought it, liked your dealership, the sales rep who worked with my son was quite helpful. I will be in the market in late 2019, will definitely pass by. My second vehicle is a mazda 5 i use off work hours, still runs like new. My primary vehicle used for work will also be a mazda in the upcoming future.
I just broke my lease with Mazda 220 and I will never get another car from them ever again. Just to get intouch with someone was near impossible. I wouldn't get calls back, when I would ask for certain information to be updated it wouldn't be and I found some of the staff to be very rude and unprofessional.
Regarding the car itself, I had my Mazda 6 for roughly 3 years and put less than 25,000 km on it and the brakes had to be replaced twice! It was just an all around bad experience and Im happy I have moved on.
I gave a depod on a car and it took three me before receiving my check. After several phone calls without answer. So I find that there is a communication problem.
Mr. Boisclair has shown great professionalism on loan to me with his sales team. They were able to advise me and answer any questions I had in a clear and honest manner, which only strengthened my confidence in this dealership. The human aspect is taken into account and you don't feel like a number to them, I will be back for sure.
Vanessa is the greatest!! She gave us a very good service and she is very friendly!! Actually everybody over there were friendly, and they were very patient with my 15 month old running all over the place. Will definitly go back to them if we need an other vehicle. Thank you Mazda 2-20 !! Keep up the good work
Nice dynamic team. I did not know the Mazda brand but the Mazda2-20 staff in Pincourt introduced me to the brand, especially Gabriel Gagnon who is a dedicated representative to his customers. He listens to their needs and respects their expectations. A big + for the team and to choose when buying a new vehicle
Had a very good and smooth buying experience with Leo Li. He regularly checked in on me during the entire process and even picked me up and drove me in to the dealership when it was time to get the vehicle. Service above and beyond. Thanks Leo!
I really liked my experience at Mazda 2-20, I recommend this dealership. Also, a big thank you to the seller Lloyd, he was super professional and he was able to meet my expectations. No selling pressure!
Extremely disappointed in the service at 220. I call to make an appointment I m transferred and hung up on, I call back and then I m left on hold On an open line where I can hear people Chatting, then they hang up. I call Back again and the reception is rude and says well they re all Busy. I get transferred and hung up on again. Pathetic service
I was concerned about buying another used car having heard of bad experiences in the past, but mine couldn't have been better. Lloyd Mckay took the time to get to know what I needed and found me the perfect fit. I know exactly where to go whenever I need my next car. Thanks Lloyd!
i dont like their service department, very very expensive, i was expecting a discount with my own engine oil, they charged for oil anyway. they charge 45 dollars + tax for tire change (i have my winter tires on the rim already!), and for 24000km check they should take off the wheels anyway! i will never never never ever go back again.
update: after cotacting the owner, he offered me a refund and a free next service, he agreed there was a mistake, and apprently he took the responsibility and fixed the issue, i was very happy with his attitude.
Robotic buying process, unfriendly, dishonest. When you go to a dealer, spend hours and ask for a price. You don't give me a price higher then what the Mazda.ca website gives. Dishonesty will never give you a sale.
*Shortly following my original review I received a call from one of the directors who was polite, friendly and clearly wanted to make things better.
Today I went to the service and I have an exceptional service from Guylaine! I wanted to emphasize the good customer service of the whole team too !!! I recommend Mazda 220 to everyone !!!!!
Ultra friendly experience with a group of authentic and pleasant sellers. What more could you ask for as a first experience at a dealership. Thanks to Lloyd, Alex, Stephane, Andre and Emilie for this incredible service!
TLDR: The experience prior to purchasing the vehicle is great, but they have abysmal service after-sale, even if they market themselves as a "big box benefits with small box attitude" dealer. There was zero follow-up after the purchase of my vehicle. Avoid Mazda 2-20 if you are looking for a trustworthy, customer driven dealer that can continue to support you throughout your vehicle ownership.
Let me start by saying that I purchased a car from this dealer one month ago. Before making my purchase, I was impressed by Mazda 2-20's service to potential customers. The salesman with whom I worked, Jeff, was knowledgeable and patient with me as I chose which car and accessories suited me best.
All of this great customer service ended as soon as I signed the papers. I was told (have it on paper), that the car would be delivered two days from my signing date.
I tried to call the adviser who was supposed to help me pick the warranties, Carol, multiple times the day after I signed to ask some questions, but it always went to voicemail. I found out the hard way when I finally reached Carol that the pickup would be delayed. I had already gone ahead and pre-paid for my parking pass ($65 lost), and I was forced to rent a car to get to work (another $250). I later received an apology from Carol stating that she had too many customers to take care of, and that she was unable to return my calls to alert me of this delay in a timely manner.
If this was the case, why would Jeff not have contacted me to let me know that the car would be delivered late? I'm also disappointed in this Mazda 2-20's ethics to sell to more customers than they can properly take care of. Because of this, I lost more than $300!
When it came time to choose the warranties, I received a call from a third employee, Sylvain(?), who was extremely helpful in helping me understand the different options and the coverage included in each option. This was one of the few positive interactions I had with Mazda 2-20.
When I came to pick up the car almost a week later, Jeff told me that if he had known that I needed a car, he would have happily granted me a courtesy vehicle. Over the phone, I had made it known that I needed the car ASAP, but nothing was done to accommodate me when I needed it, only after the damage was done. Jeff also assured me that this was not the type of dealer that would sell me a car and never see me again. I was promised that he would personally be there to answer any questions I had, or to help me deal with any issues that came up.
I received a letter from Mazda thanking me for my purchase, and that was the extent of their so called looking out for me. I tried to call Jeff this morning to ask about one of the extra warranties. The call went straight to voicemail, but literally two minutes later I receive a voicemail (no missed call!?) from Carol saying that Jeff had passed my message on to her, and she would be addressing my questions. No message from Jeff acknowledging my request, asking if everything was OK, or if I had a good experience with the car. I called Carol back immediately, but, what do you know, it went straight to voicemail. I left her a voicemail, and when I didn't hear back, I left a message with the reception. Carol finally called me back, and was not certain of some of the requirements for the warranty I was sold, so she told me she would connect me right away to the correct representative. It has been an hour and I have still not heard back.
I'll reiterate that the process prior to buying the car was great. But I wish Mazda 2-20 held themselves to a higher standard of service for the customers who already purchased their vehicles from them. Their motto is "big box benefits with small box attitude", but this is absolutely not true in my experience. I will not purchase a future vehicle from this dealer, and recommend that others avoid Mazda 2-20 as well.
Did a stage here once for school. Learned alot as all the mechanics there were the very best at what they do. The wash bay wasn't short on performance either. These guys make a scrappy car look brand new. If I'm ever in the market for a new mazda or used car, this is where I would go for sure.
I look forward to sharing my shopping experience at Mazda Pincourt. Definitely, above my expectations! I was served by Mr. Michel Faubert (an extraordinary person) with professionalism, respect and transparency. I would also like to thank Mr. Jean Michel and the whole team who prepared my car, as well as Steve Cloutier from the technical department for his commitment and courtesy to his customers. An exceptional experience from A to Z and even more!
I drove all the way from Toronto to get my mx5 2020 Miata, the dealership offered us good price for the vehicle and the sales people were very humble and honest Got my car agreement done in 30 mins. Highly recommended.
Bought a used car here.. be careful what you purchase they told me they put brand new breaks and they broke within 10k km and my mechanic said they are the cheapest discs he s ever seen, they told me they fixed a leak and it came back after a few weeks. Furthermore the car has had several problems since purchase that could have been seen in a real inspection before they gave me the car and I went to their mechanics to get something fixed and they charged me 100$ to diagnose my car and tell me what the next problem is just for my mechanic to say that they where wrong and never even looked into the engine to find out what the real problem was. This dealership has plenty of good looking cars but if you are going to purchase from the used lot do yourself a favour and get a thorough inspection with your own mechanic and unless you have a mazda I wouldn t recommend their mechanics either.
Thank you Mazda 2-20 for the great experience I had when purchasing my 2020 Mazda CX-5. More specifically, thank you to my representative Michel Faubert for his transparency and authenticity throughout my shopping. The test drive was just as enjoyable. All team members were helpful and patient. Having driven Toyota vehicles for 25 years, you converted me. I will return to see you for my next vehicle, that's for sure!
Their service is friendly but their prices are absurd. I've been told I need a new cabin air filter ($120 for a $12 piece that they've already removed to inspect so zero extra labour for them) even though I changed it 4 months ago and mazda guide says to change it every 40k or 24 months. They also told me I need an engine air filter when Mazda guidelines are 56k or 36 months. I've had the car for 32k and less than 2 years. Not impressive that they don't follow their own guidelines and insanely expensive. Love my Mazda, don't love my dealership service center.
Horrible! I called for appointment left a message no one called me back! Waited for 4 days called them back no one picked the phone. Service department should work on their soft skills. I rather use other dealership.
Went it for an oil change and change of tire. 6 months later I went to another mechanic and told me that my oil was most probably not changed 6 months ago since it has very thick and dark. Also, Mazda mixed up my tires and gave me back one tire of someone else's car.
Give an appointment at 1h45pm for a change of oil and the woman at the service tells me the car will enter the garage between 2:30 or 3:00 pm I ask him why take an appointment ??? She answers me the time of the appointment it is for with the technical viewer wow I left my wasting my time I have a schedule to charge me too I work appointment first time service and never again !!!!
I have no hesitation in recommending Mazda 2-20, I bought a used vehicle there last summer. I did business with Vanessa used vehicle consultant. She was able to find me a vehicle that met my needs as much for the type of vehicle, the mileage and my budget. Vanessa demonstrated professionalism and efficiency. I was served with a smile and never felt rushed or under pressure. I have no hesitation in recommending Mazda 2-20 !!
Last summer I was looking for a used vehicle, Vanessa used vehicle advisor received me professionally, she paid attention to my search criteria (price, type of vehicle and mileage). She found me a vehicle that met my criteria. The transaction went very well and I am satisfied with it !! I recommend Mazda 220 without hesitation, Thank you Vanessa!
The dept service is excellent, kind and welcoming. I did not have to wait a long time to do a recall on my car, etc. but the very high prices for repairs as simple as brakes remind me why I will NEVER make repairs to this dealership. I pay 50% less at my local mechanic who does a great job.
They are totally unfair. They gave me appointment to come see the vehicle and I came all the way to see that vehicle and on my way I was chatting with Richel. She said don't come because of this virus and we can't even show you that vehicle with inspection. But I came all the way because I knew that she is laying. I came to the dealership and she refuse to see me. The other salesman told me that we sold this vehicle to some one else 1 hour ago. Please don't waste your time on this dealership because they are not honest with customers. They are totally waste of time. Thank you
Came to buy our new car and had the best experience with Joey! He made us feel comfortable and validated in our choices. I have never had such an experience! Thank you Joey for providing us with our wonderful vehicle for our next chapter in life.
Excellent service from start to finish! I loved my experience, professional and personalized service. I felt no pressure from my seller. I highly recommend this dealer.
I tried to make an appointment to see a car and they told me it was still available and that my appointment was all set up . When i got there no one was aware of my appointment and the car that i was coming to see was no longer available even though i had called just hours prior. Obviously annoyed by the situation , they ended up showing me another car that was a lot higher in price than the one i had initially come to see . We were able to negotiate a price because of the inconvenience and i ended up buying the car . I came to pick up the car and not even 8 hours later , my car started making a screeching sound and my car wouldn't even turn , almost resulting in an accident. I brought it into my mechanic to do an inspection and was told i have over 1000 dollars worth of repairs to do on the car after not even 24 hours with it .Its going to cost me almost the same amount of money to fix the car as the amount they took off , so not only am i not saving any money after the inconvenience they put me through, but they gave me a car that needs so much work it isn t worth what i paid for it. Incredibly disappointed and disgusted that they would let me leave the lot with a car that was unsafe to drive . They should inspect their cars more thoroughly, i will never return to this dealership
I was looking at used cars and had the great pleasure of talking to Loyd, who is both personable and passionate about Mazda- exactly what you need when looking for a car!
He took the time to show me multiple cars, provided me information that I did not find online and even convinced me that my prior beliefs about preconceived notions about mazda vehicles were entirely wrong.
I wasn't able to find an appropriate vehicle but I will surely be going back and asking for Loyd!
I must say I did feel a little low balled for my trade-in but Loyd made up for that by speaking to the evaluators to give me options!
If your looking for a second hand car or even a brand new one. Visit these guy's. I just got a 2012 Rouge second hand SUV. I've bin to a lot of dealerships and some of the sales rep have an attitude problem. And give nothing for your car. But when I went to Mazda 2-20 in Ile-Perrot they were awesome. I know some comments on here states that they are not cool. But I had not one problem with them. I told are sales rep how much I can spend! He went above and beyond. Then ask what is your favorite vehicle! So my reply was? " Any SUV but Nissan Rouge is #1 first ". They had and made it happen for me. Thanks Mazda 2-20 in Ile-Perrot . The pic is my new second hand vehicle with winter tires. It was a bonus from last owner of car...Lloyd your the man!!!! Tell him I sent you!! Here is an update of having the car for a week now. I went from 5 stars to 3 now. Now there is a sound coming from the engine. Sounds like they air compressor is choking and knocking. Well see when you buy a second hand vehicle. Always get an extended warranty...I did!!!! Now to call are car rep. I'll keep you updated on this situation. " Update " Well they got a 2 star now! As the warranty did not cover that part. And they wanted 1,000 + for the part and labour. They work with me. And made a deal on it. We agreed and waited for the SUV to be done with. It took them 1 hole week to have it done.. So my total advice is for this. You buy a second hand vehicle. Don't let them inspect your vehicle or your garage. Bring it to a CAA car inspector where they will hit every Nick and cran on it...Pay the 100$ plus...Plus to end it all. The plastic gard to protect the bottom of the engine. They should of put new plastic plugs in to hold it in place. Well having it vibrate . I had to put a tie rap as a washer to hold it tight. Now no noise coming from no where. Piece and quite ! Parents are happy again....
Excellent service. Staff Very helpful. Got a great car for a good price. Will be giving them more of my business. Stephane Mercier did a fantastic job getting what I wanted in a short time. Thanks to the rest of the staff for there help too.
I echo every comment Dan wrote below. Same thing happened to me. Glad I bought my Mazda at another dealership for even LESS than the price Mazda 220 said was impossible to get.
Bought a used CX3 paid 15,000$ for it and the lights have condensation in them was told they would order new ones and change them (I m still waiting) called left a message no answer. Paid 550$ for rust proofing, and there is rust on the trunk and they forgot to spray some near the engine. I even referred a friend, and they leased a CX5. They are really nice when you buy a car but they disappear when something is wrong. So disappointed with the service.
UPDATE: they did change the light, will update when the rest is done
