Excellent service, open to offers, but only reason...

Excellent service, open to offers, but only reason why I do not put 5 stars is that in the end they offer me the car with finished summer tires and winter tires too! And they say that the winter tires they give are still at least 2 years old. (their policy) Watch out ... for your safety!

Good service to sell a vehicle, BUT to fix problems, they deserve no star. After 2 months on the purchase of my first car at home, I had a problem that consumed power when my engine was off. So after 2 days without driving, my car did not start anymore. So I went to see them being on their 5 year warranty and they told me that the battery was not good. I had to change it. So I went to see the place where I bought the battery and they said that the battery is good according to their tests ... So I went back to Mazda and they finally confessed that it was a problem in connection with a remote starter badly positioned by them when I bought the vehicle. Everything seemed fine when they fixed the problem. I'm coming out of Mazda and I realize that my car has no Klaxon !! No, but ... wait ... I just came out of your house and you create another problem ... In short, I had a very big loss of time going to see them. I will never buy a vehicle at home again.

Excellent service! The sales rep, Alex Saint-Pierre, was both knowledgeable and helpful. Claude Brosseau, from Finance, solved an issue that came up, in record time and with top-notch professionalism. They went above and beyond. :-)

Nice staff, always interesting to speak with the representatives. For service (Maintenance) it is impeccable except for maintenance which seems a little too hasty depending on the mileage of the vehicle.

If you're looking for a new car definitely check out Mazda 2-20 and ask for Andrew, he provided an excellent service and was extremely helpful when finding the right car for me. The service depart is just as helpful when I would go in for an oil change or change my tires. They go above and beyond so make sure to check them out.

After 3 months I had problems, and the service told me it can do nothing to the cause that did not read the codes in the system. But how does he do the inspections to sell?

Lack of professionalism, my truck was carried for repairs and had no updates for almost a month and a half. Always a new excuse from the departure of their employee of the service. Never had any honesty from the start. Very disappointed. Not recommended.

May be good for new tanks ..... but for their section $ 7000 and less ... a single word ... CROSSER ... I made 3h30 of road, traffic, construction etc to be very disappointed at final ... I ask the general condition of the vehicle ... I am told inspection to dismount finished tire, conpressor a / c finished and tie rod lousse ... OK I arrive down after 3h30 of road I see that the valve cover piss the oil ... ok ... the vehicle was already starting at my arrival .... I had an appointment at 9 am and acose traffic I arrived at 10:15 am so I presume that the tank was demarer since 9h in court because .... after the test I stop the vehicle and restart and guess what .... check engine lights .... the seller told me not to try to hide this but was already at current that cetais the 2 oxygen sensor which was scrap ...... short my ider in my head was already doing it one tries to hide it while hoping to sell the vehicle to someone who would have nothing rega rder de ca ... in short, it would not have bothered me if the vehicle would have been at $ 3000 but unfortunately it was $ 5000 and really did not live up to its price because it was already $ 1000 more than those to walk so I mattendais a very beautiful condition but in the end cetais a solid lemon AND the fact of having wanted cache a check engine (where the vehicul already running to my arrival) is an outrage for a dealer seriously a beautiful proof that even the big dealerships are not so good and trustworthy as a little .... want to lose your name by hiding a kosher aims that was worth $ 200 ... you can check it on your list it's done I DO NOT RECOMMEND IN NO CIRCUM the group autoforce BUT THIS IS NOT ALL the salesman has only to speak of his MASTER mechanic of 25 years of experience who made the inspection of the vehicul ... but to forget to measure the gasket of covered valve and the check engine ... and bin ... the same mechanic who was I'm trying to repair a lot of vehicle with pitch when I'm back in the garage at the end of the seller .... donmage that the 0 star is not in the choices

And very seriously to take the world even more for cons ... the seller shows me a record exel of all the costs of vehiculs user .... what conssessionaire would asser con to show its true cost to the customer looooool

M. J. Pritchard talked to Anna with respect, took care to listen & offered her choices.
She'll likely be purchasing a different car then was on her radar.
I believe the parents will be as happy as Anna with her salesman, & the choices offered.

Rude seller hides the real problem of the vehicle and insults customers when we check the condition of the car since it is a used vehicle that supposedly inspects. .. rubbish by asking him what service engine soon means he replies to me simply to advise that the oil change is required but he does not have the machine to erase the code summarized in brief and very much the content of the contract purchase and sign with a subtle feeling of going ten pus ca oresse.wow c what ca? The worst is a lack of respect to the customer who inspects the car before buying it tells him that with more money he has more beautiful cars and that at this price there is a need for a personal inspection and ... brief view that I am not asser rich to buy from the new department well I buy what I am worth. .. in short I expect pissitive if legal procedures will start not to go ...

My girlfriend brought her 2016 Mazda cx-3 with 420...

My girlfriend brought her 2016 Mazda cx-3 with 42000km into the service department because of a transmission issue. They replaced the whole transmission (which should not fail at that low mileage) but they told her that the car needs an alignement (due to replacing parts under warranty) and that she has to pay 87$ plus tax! This is not how warranty service works. I know this because I have worked in the business . So spoke to the advisor myself to explain that what they are doing is wrong and she put me on hold for 2 minutes and she said : Ok it will be no charge.

After speaking with the service manager, I understand it was a mistake by the advisor. The car is ok now.

Excellent seller/client communication. There were a few issues, however Dennis did his best and successfully resolved each issue to my complete satisfaction. I would highly recommend Mazda 2-20; the staff are honest and work hard for you ! And BTW, great car with lowest sticker price. My sincere thanks go out to Dennis (used car sales) and Maxim (Finance agent).

Overall great experience at this dealership! The sales representative, Lloyd McKay found a car that ticked everything off my checklist and was patient with all of my questions. He made the transition from my old car very easy; within a week I was sitting in my new car! Fantastic ambiance from all other staff members as well, I would definitely recommend Mazda 2-20!

I like Mazda, but found a different dealership to make my purchase. This place lied two times about whether they had a specific model in stock and told me drive all the way there, just so they could try to sell me a different car! Very frustrating and I am strongly against their misleading sales tactics.

Today we are collecting our sixth Mazda. This time a beautiful CX5 GT! We test drove all equivalent others and this one came out on top as best for us! Great comfortable seats and the drive is amazing! Also the technology package for additional safety features is brilliant!

Absolutely great customer service. Our windshield wiper broke down on our way to Toronto, we ended up here. Despite the busy holiday season, they had us back on the road in a half hour. They kept us informed the whole time and even gave us popcorn and hot chocolate while we waited. Service with a smile, everyone was very polite and helpful.

I had an emergency, my usual dealer, despite my explanations were not able to understand the urgency. I contacted Mazda 2-20 and all of a sudden he understood, my expected and was able to fix my emergency when my usual dealership could not do it before Tuesday. From taking appointment to reception I was very well understood. Despite I am not a mazda, I will remain faithful to their values and services. Thank you and especially a big thank you for understanding the urgency.

Wow 5 star for the seller Andrew and John and for Francois Trottier and another person of the direction who knew how to give an outstanding service and it is in these moments that we see the difference between dedicated people who make a trade for pleasure and not just for need of $$$. BE VERY CAREFUL! I bought my 2017 CX-5 from this dealership and had a very good experience with the sales staff. My issue is with the service department. I did all my recommended inspections here and thought they were trustworthy, until my most recent visit. With 42,000 KM on the car, they told me my rear brakes were finished and needed replacing. I was shocked but I authorized the brake replacement anyway because I didn't want to risk it. WHen I went to collect my car, the woman at the service desk (Guylaine) said, "It's completely normal. You see, the brakes engage the second you take your foot off the gas, even before you press the brake. You can expect to replace the rear brakes twice during the life of your car." WHAT?!?!?! Afterwards, I checked with two independent mechanics and they both agreed that she was feeding me a ridiculous excuse. I won't be going back there.

I went to Mazda 220 to buy a certified pre-owned vehicle last week. After reserving the vehicle, the seller guaranteed that the dealer would make the necessary repairs to my vehicle before I acquire it, as well as a 160 point assessment of the condition of the vehicle. However, when we took possession of the vehicle a few days later, we asked for proof that the promised repairs had been made, only to realize that this was not the case. Then, when we asked to see the 160 point evaluation of the vehicle, it had not been done either. In addition to having left me a vehicle completely empty of gas when taking possession of the vehicle, the promised repairs had not been made. I am very disappointed with my experience and I do not recommend this dealer.
