Robotic buying process, unfriendly, dishonest. When you go to a dealer, spend hours and ask for a price. You don't give me a price higher then what the Mazda.ca website gives. Dishonesty will never give you a sale.

*Shortly following my original review I received a call from one of the directors who was polite, friendly and clearly wanted to make things better.
