Absolute major 5*** service! Would recommend best in town! My first experience with max mobility and will never go anywhere else again! My day started off in hell I had found out my nans mobility scooter had stopped working and being nearly 90 (still young) she relies on this day in day out to help with mobility for the normal shopping trips. I have been past this shop in the town centre and I have never thought to go in but I had a leaflet through my door recently and gave it a try. At first I was greeted by a guy called Colin and what can I say me being the mess I was that day Colin certainly answered my questions promptly and very very politely! I didn t know what I was looking for and he offered for a colleague to bring out some scooters to my nans house and demonstrate everything about them which is when I met Shaun who was absolutely lovely! He was so polite and caring answered every question and if he did not know the answer he was honest and said I will find out for you which he did! They were both so patient as you can imagine dealing with my nan Shaun took his time weren t in a hurry didn t throw it at you, nothing seemed to be a bother! They both put a big smile back on mine and my nans face when she found out the new scooter she was going to get and be back on the road that day. Absolutely lovely chaps!

Mom bought her scooter a few months ago and there was a fault with battery and they tested it and changed it for us moms really happy about the service provided :)

brought a stairlift about a year ago. best price around and installed with in a couple of days. just had its annual service and couldnt be happier

Great place to shop and they have a great range of products available in the shop and if you can't find it they will order it for you as the staff are very friendly and helpful to everyone who shops there

10/10 service I received from max mobility. I came into the shop enquiring about a scooter due to my old age now it will be easier getting around and oh wow I was not wrong. I have had my scooter now 2 months and from the moment I went into the shop to the moment my scooter arrived I have had good service from the team at max mobility! This still continues if I have any questions or enquiries I know Shaun, Colin and Scott will be Happy to help!!! I have been so pleased with the service, quality of the products and the price I have paid. Definitely 10/10 would recommend to anyone.
