On a Sunday (11/1/20) morning I m watching a 6 man crew/ and vehicles stand around for over one hour now and haven t started the job of fixing a small water leak on a residential street. This is doing nothing to keep our water rates down. I can t imagine how much this job is gonna cost to fix a 1 pipe pinhole on a Sunday morning. ($$$)! The problem here isn t the crew, it s lack of supervision and management.
When you have a few minutes, look in to how much these people get paid, their benefits and how the customer gets screwed. They just approved full dental coverage for all employees.
Horrible. We have been customers for 15 years and we are having some financial issues right now. Our bill is due on Monday,Friday is payday and they will not give us a few extra days to pay our bill. POS company.
Needed water shut off at a property for a plumbing job, the gentleman that helped me was so nice and got water shut off and on quickly and we were able to let the plumber do his thing with no issues.
They are NOT opening loveland reservoir or giving an explanation for not opening it
Your high water bill is directly based on their salaries. If you look at those salaries+fringe benefits it explains why the water rates keep going up.
