Took the family for some beach fun and i dont think we could have picked a better place to stay. We got the ocean view room which was very nice and clean. The beds were comfy. It had all the amenities ie balcany 2 tvs, micro, kitchen, fridge, iron and spa. The entire staff from valet to checkout were very helpful and friendly. They lent out floats, toys, and valley balls for the kids to play with on the beach. The breakfast was basic but fulfillung. The staff there, especially Blanca, were very helpful. Without even asking her she put tables and chairs together for my family and I! Ive eaten breakfast at many hotels where the staff is semi-rude. Blanca is awesome!
Nice. Clean. Valet parking is $27. Close to the Pier and steps to the beach. Quaint Cafe across the street with a Starbucks well within walking distance.
Perfect, beach side location in Hermosa Beach ... mere steps to the sand, volleyball nets, and boardwalk, which stretches for miles in either direction. Our room had a fridge, stove, microwave, and kitchen supplies, but there's ample food choices within walking distance. Our weekday stay was relatively quiet, I can't say if the weekends are different.
Best Hotel on The Strand in Hermosa Beach! Extra clean and friendly Staff.
Rooms are very spacious and well appointed. My room had a small porch with chairs. Also there for business meetings, and the Pacific Room was very spacious, comfortable, and the food was good.
Best stay you can get in the pacific beach. Ocean front where you go or not. It's a bit overpriced though
I used to really like this place. However, we paid $800 for one night in an ocean front 1 bed studio AND there was so much pot smell everywhere, I thought we were in the wrong hotel. Not worth the money ..and they need to do a better job of enforcing not smoking weed.. it was literally smelly for 3 flights of stairs and in the hallways..what a disappointment
The Beach House at Hermosa was amazing! Wonderful location, large and clean suites, very nice staff, exactly what we were hoping for! Thank you for a wonderful stay, we hope to be back again!

Great hotel! My husband and I celebrated our anniversary here and I the Beach House exceeded my expectation! We had a full ocean view room and the view from bed in the mornings was gorgeous! Room are very clean and well equipped, great customer service and amenities. I've stayed at various beachfront hotels in So Cal, and the Beach House is my new favorite.

We just loved our stay here for 5 nights between Christmas 2015 and New Year s (where we drove onto Vegas to see in 2016 for 3 nights at the Mandalay Bay Hotel). We had a top floor suite overlooking the beach, where the accommodation was exceptional and very clean: with a good bathroom and raised sleeping area and a good-sized comfy bed as you enter the room and where you then stepped down to the lounge area with a decent sofa, tv above a fireplace with a gas fire and there was also a cleverly thought out kitchenette area containing a fridge, sink and useful items such as glasses, plates, cutlery and bottle opener etc. Fantastic views onto the beach and ocean - out of large doors leading onto a quaint balcony. Fantastic location for walks, shops and restaurants; where we also visited Malibu and Hollywood from here. The breakfast was good, the staff friendly and helpful and the hotel provided secure and good value parking facilities.

The room is gorgeous and I love the view. We spent a few days in the area and it was a real treat.
Near beach and pier. Bike rentals and miles of sand to be had. Rooms are self contained. Like being in your own small studio apartment. Perfect getaway. Staff is attentive and very polite.
We just left on Saturday, this Hotel is fantastic! The staff was excellent, from the front desk to the friendly valet guys and the hard working gals who cleaned up our rooms. The Ocean
front view was amazing! This was our first experience at this hotel and we will be back. It was so nice to have a coffee and pastry in the morning and enjoy the patio. We stayed on the third floor it was excellent, enjoyed watching the volleyball tournament, food in the area was great. I really can't say enough. If you stay here you will love it! This hotel is so over hyped. Such a basic hotel for such a high price. I booked an Ocean View room. It was a side facing view of everyone sitting at the bar. I couldn t even open my shades let alone see the ocean. The staff is unfriendly, and will hit you with incidentals at every opportunity. Two thumbs down!!
Horrible service, way over priced. No one ever wanted to bring us towels or any usual bathroom products . Simply terrible

Gorgeous. Excellent location, cleanliness, and staff. The breakfast includes bread, cereal, and typical beverages. If they offered eggs, bacon, or even a , I'd give them 5 stars. Not a fan of the studio style living, but the view makes up for it.

As close as you get to being at a beach house. The staff is greatly attentive and have attention to detail. Special shout out to Valet and Housekeeping. Stayed 4 days. Pay extra for front beach view and you will have most relaxing experience at your balcony. Redondo Beach within walking distance. Great assortment of restaurants, entertainment and amenities steps away. Will be coming here at least once a year.

Staff is accommodating and laid back. There is no gift shop or fancy hotel lobby but it's not needed. Excellent location. Many restaurants to choose from that deliver straight to the room. No need to even leave the room with the beach directly outside your balcony. The absolute best staycation for locals.
Beautiful beach view! The room was very nice and even had a fireplace. I forgot my purse and they shipped it to me. I was really happy with my stay.

This place is a gem that's hidden. Right on the beach and the pier within 2 minute walking distance. Been coming here since it opened in 1998 and still as beautiful as ever.

Immaculate room with a balcony overlooking the ocean, perfect kitchenette, and even sunscreen in the room. They also gave us 2 free drinks tickets! I highly recommend this place if you can afford it. It's walling distance to bars and restaurants and a bike rental store.

Beach House is in a great location, right on the boardwalk that goes through Hermosa, so you can easily access never great neighbourhoods like Manhattan Beach, Venice, Redondo. It's probably a little overpriced and the complimentary breakfast is pretty basic, but overall a really nice place to stay. Given location is so important in LA, you can't go wrong staying in this area

This place is PERFECTION. I wasn't expecting a room right out of a pottery barn magazine! Its a little more expensive than the surrounding places, but the money is definitely well worth it!
Perfect location right on the beach boardwalk. Rooms are well appointed and continental breakfast included. Unfortunately during our stay there were heavy rains so we couldn t go out on the beach, but reception was happy to arrange a rental car so we could explore LA. Will stay here again.

This location is absolutely Amazing. Located right on the Hermosa Strand you can get a beautiful view of the ocean at $300.00 witch is quite affordable. The staff is so friendly its insane smiles on there faces and super accommodating. They brought me a toothbrush and some toothpaste witch is awesome. Not all hotels have that type of serives. I love this place, The Beach house in Hermosa beach, wonderful amenities, complimentary continental breakfast, beach towels, beach chairs, they store your bikes and very hospitable and cozy, a few steps from the beach and from shops and restaurants, a wonderful quick getaway from home, a wonderful time like always, never disappoints.

If you are able, choose an ocean front room on the second or third floor. These rooms are just like your own studio on the beach. Room service options are excellent if you can t be bothered going out. Sunset watching is epic, but even if it s cloudy, it s fun to watch families and friends playing volleyball just in front of the hotel. Staff are excellent and requests for room cleaning are dealt with quickly and efficiently. Highly recommended.

This place is the bomb! Right on the strand, beautiful inside & out. Wish there was a pool/ cocktail lounge. All white, beachy theeme, can't beat the location & views. Good continental breakfast. Every gorgeous lifeguard in America on the beach in front of you!
