Extremely slow & bad customer service. It's been almost 3 weeks and I've yet to receive a quote after email & called them multiple times. Very disappointed! My salon is due to open tomorrow and i still do not have any coverage. I was promised that I will get covered before the salon's opening day but was mucked around by your company as I took your words for real!
Can't even imagine how long it will take to make a claim if this is the speed that you get for simply a quote.
