As Ento deleted my last review which they would rather do than address the problem. Here is a run down of why this software is difficult to use resulting in over time and lost time from your staff.
1. The numerous updates and glitches constantly mean the roster needs to be micro managed. We have 160 people on our roster that runs weekly, which equals a big task in itself.
2. The bi product is that this leads to long conversations with ento while our staff frantically wait to find out their shifts for the week, where some people travel long distances to work.
3. The support system from ento offers no support, it only offers a cut and paste message.
4. This week the update meant the 160 people on our system and others who no longer work for us ALL received unprompted notifications for shifts, while for others no shifts at all. Meaning half of our staff were unable to work this week as with every refresh Ento was still only showing shifts for some people.
