Vi at Mattson Resources was very understanding and accommodating during my move back to CA. She followed up every week with potential employment opportunities and to see how my move was coming along. Great experience with a wonderful recruiter! I was approached by Recruiter Lucrecia Alcosser about an opportunity which seemed like a good fit. I was already employed so she was very respectful of the fact that I wanted to just learn about the opportunity first, with no pressure.

However, I have to dock one star due to some communication challenges - I got stuck out east due to a snow storm and was going to miss my interview the next day. I gave Lucrecia a heads up ASAP but when it came time to rescheduling the interview the hiring manager took over the whole process, even through negotiating my offer. I submitted my resume and met with Lori Singer in November of 2015. She called me the same day and had a position for me which I started two days later. When the initial placement ended, she had another opportunity for me within a few days. She placed me at a medical device company back in January of 2016. She was not only extremely helpful in guiding me and directing me along my career path, but also so helpful during my placement time at the company. She was always available for questions and/or concerns and was quick to get back to me easing any problems that might have come up. She also did a wonderful job at placing me at a company where I could utilize my education and skills to make a difference in the position for which I was placed. I recently had to quit a tutoring job and find a new one. A friend of mine had used Mattson's services and found a job within 3 days. Not only was Mattson Resources the only company I felt comfortable with during my 2 year job search from 2014 2016; they actually cared about me as a person and it was 100% obvious. I worked with a number of agencies prior to Mattson but was unsuccessful at finding a job that was right for me. I consistently felt uncomfortable and pressured to accept positions that did not fit my needs and was not what I had expressed an interest in. Early 2015 I hear about Mattson Resources and decided to give them a try. I did not have high hopes as I had been disappointed with all of my previous staffing agency experiences. Hesitant, I contacted Mattson and was quickly matched with Roohi. She is amazing! I told her exactly what I wanted, and although it was a bit ambitious, she was determined to help me out. Due to my situation it took a while to find a job, unlike previous agencies I had worked with, Roohi did not give up. Often she would reach out just to check up on me and see how I was doing. After 9 long months of dedication, Roohi helped score me an amazing position that I love! I am extremely grateful for Roohi and the team at Mattson for their support and dedication. I do and will continue to refer all of my friends and family to Mattson.

I can't recommend Lynne Castro from Mattson Resources enough! I've worked with recruiters from other agencies a few times in the past and my experiences have been largely negative - they've been unhelpful, nearly-impossible to get a hold of after they've sent you to an interview, and sometimes even blatantly rude. I had the complete opposite experience with Lynne, who was a complete delight to work with from the start! She's kind, professional, helpful and very friendly. She was able to make me feel comfortable and confident throughout the whole process and it was clear that she made the extra effort to be available whenever she could. If you're looking to find a new job, give Lynne a call!

Monique Herrera has been a great help to me, I went on an interview this morning and came into the office to fill out my paperwork and before I left the office she advised me that the employer wanted to hire me. I have never had that kind of a turn around with an agency. Monique has made me feel like my well being was as important to her as it is to me.
