I can't recommend Lynne Castro from Mattson Resources enough! I've worked with recruiters from other agencies a few times in the past and my experiences have been largely negative - they've been unhelpful, nearly-impossible to get a hold of after they've sent you to an interview, and sometimes even blatantly rude. I had the complete opposite experience with Lynne, who was a complete delight to work with from the start! She's kind, professional, helpful and very friendly. She was able to make me feel comfortable and confident throughout the whole process and it was clear that she made the extra effort to be available whenever she could.
