Didn't really find this place to be any help at all in finding work. I was contacted by Corina Geyer who had me come in and meet her in person to discuss potential job opportunities. After speaking with her she explained how she gets entry level accounting positions coming though all the time and that she only requested that I take an accounting assessment test to which she would email me. After about 5 days I followed up with her on LinkedIn and asked if she emailed me the assessment test because I hadn't seen anything in my email. She replied with "not yet". I waited another week and then followed up again and she said "yea that position is gone". Not sure why she never sent over this assessment test since she told me she receives "tons" of entry level accounting positions but I really felt like this was just a complete waste of my time and her short responses didn't really make me feel like she cared about finding me any kind of work. Never heard about any potential jobs from her and overall felt like she didnt really care. I can only speak on my behalf but I didnt feel like I had a good experience and it was all in all a waste of my time. It really didnt seem like she cared about helping me and I havent heard from her in two weeks.
MILITARY BEWARE: I walked into this place 4 days after being honorably discharged from the Air Force after 8 years active duty. Resume in hand, dressed professionally, hair combed and kept clean shaven and ready to seek employment. Receptionist hands my resume to the recruiter. I ll leave names out. So, the recruiter asks what I m here for. Im here to seek employment and told her what my expertise was in the military. After explaining, in a very condescending tone she asks well, what do you wanna be when you grow up? . I was thrown off by the question and then asks what I did before the military. I told her I was in high school. She smirks at me and says verbatim well it s gonna be difficult, excuse me, challenging I mean to find you a job. For some one as unique as you. There is so much more but I m not gonna continue the he said she said. I can clearly tell I was wasting her time. It s not like I just worked at a Pizza Hut the last 8 years. I was serving my country and to be talked to or treated like I was a child is very disrespectful. Idk if it was because of my age, race, gender or military background to be treated in such a way but I would refrain from using this agency. If your military and want to make your transition into civilian life easy and not be treated like you re a waste of time then PLEASE do not go here. You deserve much more than this. Oh btw, I walked into this place on Veterans Day.

I have been working as a Buyer for an Inflight entertainment manufacturer through Mattson Resources for 13 months. Dana Stark is my agent with Mattson. Recently I had an incident happen at work with my Supervisor that was very upsetting and uncomfortable. Thanks to Dana, I was able to continue my assignment in the last 4 weeks by being very supportive and positive. If it wasn't for Dana I would have walked out and not finished. Elle did all the hard work of connecting me to a company that best matched my background and skills, I only had to just come in to be interviewed! She even connected me with short-term one day assignments as we waited to hear back from the company. I am forever grateful for Elle, because now I can finally move on with my life and my new career.
Detailed Review: There aren't enough words I can say about the amazing services provided by Mattson Resources and Elle Cristobal, the recruiter I worked with. Before I connected with them, my months of job searching led no where. However, after my first meeting with Elle, progress was being made almost instantly. She communicated with me through both emails and phone calls each step of the way and really kept the process moving as quickly and efficiently as possible. My process will of course vary from yours, it could be shorter, it could be longer, but Elle went above and beyond to get that first interview scheduled as soon as humanly possible. To give a brief timeline:
Monday: I called into the front desk and asked how I can be connected to their staffing services, and I was told to email Elle my resume (I also included my cover letter).
Tuesday: Elle calls and asks me if I can meet her later that same day for a pre-screening interview.
Note: When I came first walked through the door at Mattson Resources, I realized this wasn't just any staffing agency, this was the big leagues. Mattson is a big company that takes up one whole floor of a very professional and ritzy office building, but Elle was able to provide me personalized attention and service. She was very prepared for our meeting, I can tell she looked over my resume and cover letter well in advance, and asked me the right kinds of questions to see which clients of hers I would be a great candidate for.
Wednesday: She calls me to let me know there are two companies she thinks I'm a great match for, and asks if she can forward my resume to them.
Thursday: She calls me back to let me know one of the companies is interested in interviewing me the next day.
Friday: First interview. Elle did a fantastic job matching me with this company, I really enjoyed the interview and felt like I made a great connection with my interviewer and with their mission and vision. If hired, I can see myself at this company for a long time. Not only that, as we waited to hear back from the company, she also connected me with a couple of temporary one-day assignments!
The following Tuesday: Elle calls me to let me know the company is interested in a 2nd interview on Thursday.
The following Thursday: The 2nd interview, and a verbal job offer was given. However, it wasn't an official offer unless I clear a background verification and drug test.
A week after the 2nd interview: My background verification and drug test cleared, and an official offer was made. I will start the following Monday.

So all in all, Elle was amazing, we were communicating with each other almost on a daily basis through emails and phone calls. She also facilitated all communication between me and the company every step of the way.
But most importantly, she believed in me. She kept telling me that I was a great candidate and to just relax and be confident. Before I connected with Elle, I was job searching for months without results so it was very easy for me to lose confidence in myself, but this time I had Elle in my corner who's got my back, and that really made a huge difference! Thank you Elle, I can finally start the next chapter of my life!!

I sent my name and resume to Mattson through Indeed and within 2 days I received a phone call from Lori Singer. She was very nice over the phone; she set up an interview for me the following day. I met with Lori on a Friday and everything went wonderful! She was so kind and friendly and HELPFUL. She suggested that I revise my resume and gave me some other great tips. That day she set me up with a temp job that would start the following Monday. I've been working at the temp job ever since (it's been 3 weeks now).
