Not only was Mattson Resources the only company I felt comfortable with during my 2 year job search from 2014 2016; they actually cared about me as a person and it was 100% obvious. I worked with a number of agencies prior to Mattson but was unsuccessful at finding a job that was right for me. I consistently felt uncomfortable and pressured to accept positions that did not fit my needs and was not what I had expressed an interest in. Early 2015 I hear about Mattson Resources and decided to give them a try. I did not have high hopes as I had been disappointed with all of my previous staffing agency experiences. Hesitant, I contacted Mattson and was quickly matched with Roohi. She is amazing! I told her exactly what I wanted, and although it was a bit ambitious, she was determined to help me out. Due to my situation it took a while to find a job, unlike previous agencies I had worked with, Roohi did not give up. Often she would reach out just to check up on me and see how I was doing. After 9 long months of dedication, Roohi helped score me an amazing position that I love! I am extremely grateful for Roohi and the team at Mattson for their support and dedication. I do and will continue to refer all of my friends and family to Mattson.
