I had a wonderful experience working with the Mattson Resources group. Dana Stark handled my account and took care that all my recruiting needs were met. From setting up interviews to after interview review sessions, she was on top of the process for the complete time involved. They are an excellent resource and encourage anyone looking for a new opportunity to look to the Mattson Resources company to help in the job search activities.

Cicelle Domingo Thomas, is AWESOME!!! She placed me in a position very quickly. she assisted me from day one she contacted me until the day I was hired. I needed to find a job closer to home so I applied for a bunch of places and got no calls back. I applied with Mattson Resources and got placed with my recruiter, Joey Marsh. She's super awesome and extremely helpful! She called me in a couple days after I applied to set up a face-to-face. We met, she got me an interview with a company the next morning, and I got the job the day after! I've never worked with a recruiter before and I've heard horrible things about staffing companies from my friends but Mattson is nothing like that. They truly care and WILL HELP! I am still pinching myself to make sure I am not dreaming. I was recruited by Cicelle Domingo Thomas for an HR direct hire position. The crazy part is I was not looking at the time but was open when I heard more about the position! I have been dealing with Dana Stark at Mattson Resources for around two months and my opinion reflect my on-going professional experience with this Super recruiter.
In brief, in a scale of 1 to 10 being the best, I give Dana 11 and the same goes for Mattson Resources for being attentive to details, for following -up (really the Best) and trying to match you with the position that best fit your qualifications.
My experience with Dana & Mattson Resources far exceeds my previous experience with other staffing agencies.

From the first contact with Mattson Resources you are treated like a person who has something to offer. Keri Anderson makes you feel good about your self from the moment you meet her. The interview was about your abilities and what you have to offer an employer she also offered tutorials and tests so the employer can see that you actually can do the work that they need. She stayed in contact with me unlike other agencies and actually got interviews. She is one of their direct hire people but she also had the Temp to hire person interview me so she could look for those kind of jobs also. It wasn't long before she called me asking if she could send my resume for a temp to hire position which I agreed that was on a Friday. I had an interview on the following Monday and sold my self to the employer and started on April 1st. I am still working there hoping to be hired after 90 days. Keri still stays in touch asking how things are going etc. I would highly recommend Mattson Resources to anyone looking for a job and especially Keri Anderson. There are also a lot of other great people at Mattson and they all treat you with the up most respect and make sure that all your concerns are answered. If you get a temp job with Mattson the pay process is really great and you get paid every Thursday. If you need a job I would highly recommend that you call Mattson Resources.

I'm so glad I was referred to Lesley Peterson by a old coworker and now a good friend of mine. I contacted Lesley to setup an appointment with her and she was gracious enough to set up a meeting with me and her right away, and get more of a feel of what type of position I was looking for as well as pay (very important) and overall work environment, she really paid attention to my needs and was able to get me an interview that landed me a great job!!! I'm forever great full to her and would absolutely recommend her to friends and family.

I have never heard of Mattson Resources until I came across Lori Singer's internship opportunity. I heard from Lori within a few weeks after applying to be an HR intern as an undergrad student. She gave me the opportunity to learn more about human resources and the employment agency. This opportunity also allowed me to realize my career path options and helped me grow as a person. Overall, my experiences at Mattson Resources have been great so far because of Lori's enthusiastic energy and encouragement. She works hard and also recognizes other's hard work.

Dana Stark! What can I say? LOVE LOVE LOVE HER! I love her energy, her follow-through, her attentiveness. Any time I had a question about the process or anything else she was always quick to respond. I feel important...I feel like a person & not just a number with Dana. She made me feel right at home & I couldn't have felt more comfortable.

This was my first time working with Mattson Resources. Beth Bransky is the recruiter I dealt with and wow, is she a top notch professional! She kept in constant contact with me throughout the entire interviewing and hiring process, keeping me informed of all steps and developments. She even called me a couple weeks after I started my job to see how I was doing and if everything was working out. I appreciated her time and attention! Positive experience from start to finish. I applied for a position I found on a job posting site and the next day was contacted by a recruiter named Linda. She was able to review my resume and got me an interview the next business day and before I knew it I had a job offer and the start date was a week after the interview. Eddie was a very supportive and responsive recruiter, I was with the team only a few weeks before I landed a temp position, that has now become a permanent position.

The Mattson team was also very responsive if there were any questions I had regarding payroll and direct deposit, I also received an answer within a few hours.

I had a agent named Muna. She was amazing, very carrying and always on it. I'd say on fire. She always let me know when there was a job available and always trying to find me the job I want. I've been through other agencies and no one has been on top of it like her. I really appreciated her effort with me and always having a good relationship.

I went to 5 different recruiters and out of all of them I only had faith in one person...Beth Bransky at Mattson Resources. I knew this within 5 minutes of meeting her. 3 weeks later, with her hard work and caring personality I accepted an AWESOME job where I could not ask for more...really till this day I still can't believe it happened the way it did. I have worked with several agencies in my career, some have been bad and some have been ok. A few weeks ago I signed up with Mattson Resources in Costa Mesa and met Ms. Vi Luong. Vi is amazing! She really takes the time to listen to you and she does not sugar coat anything. I have received calls from Vi at Mattson and have been happy to know that she is not only working for her clients but for me as well. The right job has not come along but I am now confident that Mattson and Vi are on my side. Mattson Resources is amazing! I had been looking for work after graduating college to no avail until I was contacted by Lori Singer from Mattson Resources. I can not express how awesome she is! After my interview with her she had me out on an assignment within a week. Once that assignment was up she had me lined up for another one. I'm a little overdue to write this review, but better late than never.

I was contacted by Erla on behalf of Mattson to fill an engineering position in orange county. Throughout the process Erla was always in touch, providing updates and asking how things went for me in the interviews. The company I was transitioning to did not provide any relocation assistance so she helped me acquire some help through Mattson to get a small amount of relocation assistance in the form of a sign on bonus.

Erla was always cheerful on the phone and made this transition very smooth. The sign on bonus didn't disperse until 90 days into employment and she contacted me near the 90 day mark to follow up and made sure I received my check. It was a good experience.

Sean Goulding at Mattson Resources noticed my LinkedIn profile and matched me to a position available with Edwards Lifesciences. The process was very smooth and seamless. Thanks to Sean's ability to pick the right candidates I have accepted the position.

I was recruited by Suzie Hoang. I found her to be very professional and extremely responsive. She contacted me through LinkedIn. She set up a phone interview. I had a Face to Face the following week. I was offered a position the next week. I couldn't be happier with the service at Mattson and Suzie in particular.

My recruiter, Roohi Birla was extremely helpful and responded to my emails or phone calls right away. She fit me with a company right away but I was offered a position with another company that I subsequently took. That position did not work out, I emailed Roohi and she was still able to place me with the original assignment she had for me. She was great to work with!

I worked primarily with Kevyn Cole and he was one of the top reasons I decided to work with the company they put my in contact with. Every recruiter is primarily employed and paid for by the companies, I as a candidate never pay anyone. Most places make you feel like they care 95% about the companies they're placing into and 5%, at best, about you. Kevyn always made me feel it was a 50/50 split and gave me great feedback all along the process.

Also when other people at Mattson Resources were brought in on conference calls I felt the same kind of attention to my needs so whoever you work with I am confident you will have the same great experience I did.

Erla Isaac from Mattson Resources is the best staffing agency I 'd ever worked with. She contacted me a few days after I posted my resume on Monster. She arranged an interviews for me in the following week. Then a week later I got an offer letter. What a fast hiring process. She has a good way to push both sides to coordinate well.

Erla is fantastic. She ended up contacting me for a position that needed to be filled. The position was with a huge top notch company and helped me get an interview with the panel, along with tips on acing the panel, and even who would be on the panel. It took me some time to get hired, but she always gave me a phone call to give me updates on their status with hiring and always checked in for a timeline. Erla did a fantastic job.

The Lunch 'n Learn opportunities that they offer to customers put them in a class above other Temp firms as they provide learning and resources to help your HR staff keep current.

Among other agencies like AppleOne, Robert Half, Kelly Financial....Mattson Resources was the one has helped me get my foot in the door with accounting job opportunities. I just got a job offer and have been working with one of their clients in Irvine. I have been helped by Corina Geyer. She provides exceptional services in regard to interview instructions and/or appointments, job detail and dress code, pre and after interview follow up. I gave Corina feedback at the end of my day 1 and the end of week 1.

Everything has been going well. To compare with other temp-to-hire agencies, Mattson Resource is a lot faster in term of interview schedule, and job offer. The truth is, one cannot just rely on one career agency. I threw out my resume and applications to multiple one and I'm so glad to work and have my current job opportunity via Mattson Resource & Corina in particular.

And I'm telling you, I tried myself apply directly to some of the companies in the past. The position is not always available for apply even though agencies like Mattson Resource can still get you a position. I'm still in temp period, but for future job opportunities, I would definitely choose to work with Mattson Resouce and Corina particularly.

I've interacted with a few staffing agencies around the OC before, but none as friendly, approachable, and caring like Mattson. Some staffing agencies are just concerned with putting forward as many names as possible whether you suit the position or not and don't really follow up much with you. At Mattson, with both Natalie and Erla, I genuinely felt that they cared very strongly about making sure that my needs were met and so was the company's they were trying to place me at. They were both very approachable, encouraging, eager to help, were super quick to respond to any of my queries! Erla had fantastic interview prep before each interview...giving me super helpfu tips about what to say and do that really helped me get an offer! I would recommend this temp agency to everyone! My agent was Muna and she has been the best by far! I've been through a lot of temp agencies and by far this one blows all of them out of the water. They don't treat you as a number, they genuinely care about helping you succeed and achieving the goal of finding the job that best suits your needs and experience. Muna was able to find me a couple of jobs within a week, something others couldn't do in a couple of weeks or a month.
