After "shoping" around at other staff agencies i came across Mattson and of course I read the reviews and decided to give them a try. I was assigned to Muna Darwish who was very helpful and kept in communication with me about job offers and starting date. They give false promises and don't do anything to help you. I had been calling every week and I just get the run around. Lie after lie. Not straight forward and no eagerness to help. I had interviewed for a position the client really liked me offered me the job, but Shelley just kept saying they haven't given me a start date. No reason no explanation. I spoke to the client personally and was told they were planning on not working with this agency as they don't think they are professional. The client asked that I apply directly with them. Worst agency I've ever used.
