I've interacted with a few staffing agencies around the OC before, but none as friendly, approachable, and caring like Mattson. Some staffing agencies are just concerned with putting forward as many names as possible whether you suit the position or not and don't really follow up much with you. At Mattson, with both Natalie and Erla, I genuinely felt that they cared very strongly about making sure that my needs were met and so was the company's they were trying to place me at. They were both very approachable, encouraging, eager to help, were super quick to respond to any of my queries! Erla had fantastic interview prep before each interview...giving me super helpfu tips about what to say and do that really helped me get an offer! I'd definitely recommend working with Erla and Natalie at Mattson! I'm so thankful to them -- they helped me find and get placed for a great opportunity! :)
