I'm a little overdue to write this review, but better late than never.

I was contacted by Erla on behalf of Mattson to fill an engineering position in orange county. Throughout the process Erla was always in touch, providing updates and asking how things went for me in the interviews. The company I was transitioning to did not provide any relocation assistance so she helped me acquire some help through Mattson to get a small amount of relocation assistance in the form of a sign on bonus.

Erla was always cheerful on the phone and made this transition very smooth. The sign on bonus didn't disperse until 90 days into employment and she contacted me near the 90 day mark to follow up and made sure I received my check. It was a good experience.
