Absolutely love this practice. Kim Martin, my provider, has always been the sanity in my crazy autoimmune world. I would, and do, recommend her practice to everyone I meet.

This group takes such good care of me. They have worked me in when I ve called at the last minute and are very kind.

I absolutely love Kim Martin and her staff!! I work in this field and come to her because she is patient, and she really listens to you and your concerns. Her nurses Amber and Victoria are absolute angels. I wouldn t go anywhere else. They go above and beyond!

Loved Kim Martin, when I saw her several years ago, but now they will not let me see her and I'm considered a new patient. They say she is not accepting new patients. I've seen several other practitioners, but there seems to be quite a bit of turnover in in the female PAs. Right now, Katie Meyer is the alternate, and we have not had good experiences when I brought my kids in. looking to change practices, and I'm somewhat disappointed! Because I liked them before!

I have been a patient of Kim Martin's for years and I highly recommend them! This practice cares for my immediate and extended family and are the best!

I have been going to Kim Martin for over 15 years. Mrs. Martin and her nurse Deborah are knowledgeable and a true comfort when you are sick. I highly recommend this practice.

Gary Toppin is the best! Great knowledge and interest in me as a patient. Compassionate and listens. Sent my husband to him and very pleased with his gentle urging for complete physical and bloodwork to be done. I love this office. Keep up the good work!

This is a terrible practice! Not only did doctor Andy breach confidentiality, but I ve been taking my elderly father there to him for quite sometime with OBVIOUS health issues and rather than the doctor just admitting he didn t know what he was doing and refer my father out to someone who did, he just continued to lead him back and forth to this practice draining him and his insurance. We were never given ANY diagnosis, treatment, meds or med changes out of numerous visits, tests, bloodwork, xrays, mris, and cat scans. My father would ve been SO MUCH better to have stayed at home. I usually do not post reviews; however, I rarely receive THIS poor of service ANYWHERE. Save yourself some time, money and your loved one s care.

I should have known from my second visit that this practice was neither professional or knowledgeable when Dr. Emily Mackovjak didn't know what was going on with a painful callus on my foot. She had no clue and even had to call another doctor in to offer some kind of diagnosis. Then, after the other doctor left and I asked her more about it she stated with a confused look, "I don't know, let's Google it". My jar basically hit the floor, I couldn't believe what I had just heard. Anyone can ask "Dr. Google". I was shocked.... I thought I was here to ask a REAL doctor! On top of that I also had an issue with my insurance lapsing without my knowledge due to my credit card being compromised. After I received a bill from them I called numerous times to find out what was going on. After speaking with staff who promised to "find out what's going on and get back to me" and leaving numerous messages I received no call backs. Instead of simply calling me back to explain they sent it to collections! Overall horrible experience with this practice.

Gary Toppin is AMAZING!! Great Medical Practitioner. Has helped me with many things. Always diagnoses accurately. I hope he never retires!! Alyssa, his nurse is absolutely wonderful!! Always investigates for info to help and returns calls promptly. If I could give them 10 stars, I surely woukd!!

I've been seeing Danielle cray and she is great! She helped me with anything I ask.
But I'm not very happy with the front office or nurses... the women in the front office are often kinda snippy when they talk to me, I have no idea why when I've never been rude to them! And I'm not happy about the nurses because I had a dr appt and needed a shot, but they or someone had failed to call it in to the CVS. So it caused me to be very late back to work and got wrote up due to that!

Years of wonderful medical care. Staff very friendly and always do such a great job! Can't say enough nice things about this place.

Billed insurance for a procedure not done... Went to them when my pain management dr was on hiatus. Was on 60 October's a month and 30 Xanax. Tried to give me 20 .05 xanax and 15 Vicodin for severe back injury .

Probably could discuss the cost of exams before running it and charging u 800$.
If u have any addiction problems they will not look at u as a human, yet they will give u Benzos till your an addict.

Very impressed with this office. I immediately felt welcome and comfortable!
