Billed insurance for a procedure not done... Went ...

Billed insurance for a procedure not done... Went to them when my pain management dr was on hiatus. Was on 60 October's a month and 30 Xanax. Tried to give me 20 .05 xanax and 15 Vicodin for severe back injury .
