When compared to the other Maruti Suzuki Service Centre, there is no requirement of being tensed about your cars. They have a well equipped service station and well trained staff who work hard to ensure the smile of the customer last forever
Very costly. Do not know whether all the work shown in the bill were really done.

Given my baleno for service but some items was missing in the car i complaint to manager.. manager responded well and took action and caught them and received my items.

Quality of service is not good. I don't recommend this service centre to anyone. Even a normal car wash is not up to the mark. I have raised this concern about vehicle cleanliness to the customer care when they called me for feedback, but no one turned up. I have been gone to frustration because of these guys.

Very very poor customer care no cleaning and proper client advice. On complaint the service engineer Anand Babu says it is the customer responsibility to check the cleaning work. customer has to supervise and get it corrected from the service shop complaints will not yields any results. Such behaviour i have not seen in service centers

Better not to opt this service centre. No body will take care of the vehicle and you may have to get it serviced once again as these people will create extra problems to your vehicle. Also very poor response for any complaint.
Fraud administration. Tech aspects is good. Admin doesn't even respond to calls n mails.
Do not go for AMC. Full of cheating

My uncle owns an alto, recently there was a starting problem which was highlighted at the time of service it was said no issues and same occurred second time again highlighted at the time of service, it was told no issue third time it occurred left the car at parking and was thinking to call the breakdown service but it started hence didn't care with the issue. Next day evening breakdown now called the onroad service it was noticed by him that one of the fuse was loose connection rectified and issue sorted as of now.
Two things 1, Why service centre people didn't notice this ? 2, How the loose connection rectified automatically twice and thrice.
Hope there are no issues in future.
For the past few years, I am regular to MSM, Chennai. Initiatly, they did great service but, in recent times their customer service is very poor.
I replaced my car batter in Oct 2015. They didn't give me the warranty card. I called them repeatedly. They always say that they will arrange a duplicate from the vendor but, 4 months has already passed till now, I didn't get it.
Now, I felt they are cheating me. I feel very down becoz of this issue.

Dont ever go here. Very unprofessional. Have been servicing my swift for almost 2 years here. Day by day service is geting poor. Each time they make new damages or defects to car, some lame excuse each time. No response from feedback team or anyone after raising complaint so far.

You can get any parts here, but service personal and consulting person attitude is worst , service and cleaning not upto the mark, they stole my mobile vaccum stand , when I escalated to the manager which is of no use. Issue 1) I had noise issue from the front part of my vehicle, they diagnosed and said ac compressor need to be replaced , it was perfectly working fine not sure why they asked to replace , but by their advice it's replaced done 2) after 5 days am getting the same noise again took to them asked to check found right front wheel bearing was the actual issue , this was the actual cause of the noise , unnecessary replaced compressor which cost me 25k :-( , these people are thief's well trained to snatch money from customers. NEVER Recommend MSM to anyone..
They were wonderful in servicing in the past. But, but anymore. For an accident claim i had to make frequent calls between there insurance advisor and msm. On top of it had to conference then as msm did not trust the statement i had with insurance advisor. With all this and they having my car for more than 10 days work was not completely done. Completely unhappy with service.
This is the worst place where one can service their cars. I have been there on enough number of occasions & not even once they fixed the problem. Rather they introduced new problems every time when we leave the car for service.
One of the worst.... They keep on delaying you like anything... The staff speak rough manner to customers... After complianing to higher officials... A staff named kannan, a old chap spoke in proper manner...

The service centre of appologies godown if found guilty but still uncorrectible. Although pre instructions given , still unworked bill items grows in invoice bill with customer support for justification over it . Rubbish and arrogant. Please think 10 or more times. Iam sure MSM lost 6 years forgiven customer like me and it still will grow.
Pathetic service provided to the customer in terms of everything. Actually I don t want to give even a single star for them. But there is no other option.
I have been using services of MSM from the year 2005 till now.
MSM stands for Mariti Service Masters.
Their service were excellent earlier.
Slowly it's getting deteriorated and it is worst now.
Unlike other service centres MSM is Maruti's own work shop, fully equipped to handle any kind of service of Maruti vehicles.
That is the main reason for my stick on with them for 14 long years.
Before taking a long ride on my vehicle, I first visit MSM for quick general service to assertain vehicle fitness level.
Most of their good technicians left them,may be for their better placements.
I enjoyed their association and their best technical advise and to keep my vehicle on the top notch.
The services were not only excellent & service charges were wery reasonable.
I introduced many of my friends to MSM.
Now it's all upside-down very bad service and charges are exorbitant.
Maybe all their service advisors were given a target to exploit customers. Less work more profit basis.
Maruti customers my use their own discretion to use their services at MSM.
Worst service, every time they say some parts to be replaced. They will not give real picture of the what needs to be replaced.
They never stick to time line, will not attached calls.
Customer service is excellent and the process goes very smoothly.

M S M is a company owned service station. It is too good very reliable and honest in their activities.
It was nice journey with Maruti service Master (MSM) past three years, There are some ups and downs but my experience is very much satisfied. In chennai I ever seen this type of services and customer care compare to other showrooms. Trusted people.

Not Good. No on-time delivery. Made me to wait till 8.15 PM. Car was not even washed properly. No information from them regarding the service completion. we need to call them and ask often. Also no feedback call. Everything is taken as granted.

Worst experience. Not even worth for the one star. Adhinarayanan the customer service representative has the most arrogant behaviour towards customer. Maruti service masters think their time is more valuable than customer's. Utter waste of time and worst experience I have ever faced spending hard earned money. I have seen cobblers with much greater work ethics than MSM customer service team. NOT RECOMMENDED, NEVER VISIT AT ANY COST.

Great customer care with mature employees . They keep records of the vehicles and assist during every service cycle. Sridhar , John are the good people so far visited in MSM.
These people just loot money from you. Twice they scratched my car. They broke my coolant tank which they havent informed me at all. They also misplaced the AC outlet and so water got into steering assembly. I had to change it later. One of the worst service station. I will never go there.

Good service in timely manner. I had a bad experience that they didn't fixed the ac issue in my car. Upon escalation they rectified very soon. Insurance payouts are taken care. They will ask you to take extra services AMC pack better get the clear knowledge and price before taking those.
