For the past few years, I am regular to MSM, Chennai. Initiatly, they did great service but, in recent times their customer service is very poor.

I replaced my car batter in Oct 2015. They didn't give me the warranty card. I called them repeatedly. They always say that they will arrange a duplicate from the vendor but, 4 months has already passed till now, I didn't get it.

Now, I felt they are cheating me. I feel very down becoz of this issue.
