Fuel Theft Masters from the customer vehicle.
Whereas, they will use your Car AC while repairing work also, taking out for their personal work.
One of the worse service center. In addition they will not support you when you are in emergency situations. They need your Car whole day for changing a small bolt or nut.

Customer friendly workshop. I always utilise their impeccable service, for my Gypsy. Very few service stations have competent technicians to attend this SUV, in this part of the country. Hats off.

They just step on your seat with boots and they do...

They just step on your seat with boots and they dont clean .. They wont let you fill the feedback .. They will get your signatures and fill it on their own .They do a mistake they wont agree unless you escalate ... If you give your car under insurance then they wont give you a quote of estimation and expect us to talk to surveyor directly and get the quote .. They argue with us with expectations we dont know about the car

Very pathetic service. I am disappointed that I cannot give 0 rating. At the time of pickup they said they will let me know the actual amount through but not even called me once till evening and they are simply saying vehicle will be delivered tomorrow. I don't know whether the service desk support there are educated enough to handle customers.

Gave for self starter issue. They took whole day to say battery was not charging. New battery cost was exorbitant close to 5k. Any service you ask them they don't reply directly. A target for them is to bill you atleast 7 to 8k. better not go here.

I srviced my Maruti Ritz two months back. ( TN 11 D 4186. They charged more than Rs 19000/.When I handed over my vehicle they took me for test run and said that there is problem in statrting of vehicle as the engine started after three or four times. The person who checked the vehicle assured that the problem would be solved. But in the month of June when I went to Jeyankondam to attend marriage my car didn't start. It had self start problem. As it was early morning I found it difficult to find out service personnel. After 2 hours only I could find a battery mechanic who helped me for jump starting. I couldn't attend the marriage on that day.
This is the service standard of Maruti Service Masters Ekkattuthangal Chennai.

I told Maruti service masters Ekkattuthangal to take my car for Car wash, Wheel alignment as a coupon for Free check up was available with me. They have taken the car and contacted me over phone informing that there are so may things to be done for the Car with an estimated value of Rs 15000-00. But I am not prepared for all those what they have told, as I am driving hardly 20 kms in a day in Chennai. Hence, I told them to go for only Oil change and Breake check up.Then Some one else came over phone and told me so many things to go for AMC which will cost me some thing around Rs8500-00 and some concession I will be having in the regular bill. As I was in the office, I was unable to take talk elaborately and told them to go ahead. Then I received a call from the Body shop one Mr. XX and he informed that there were some dents in the doors of driver side. He lured me it can be attended with an Insurance claim and he told that he will send the claim form and I have to sign and return. Accordingly I have done. Like this I was receiving so many calls from different persons from the same company with different departments. I was unable to remember all those names and as I was busy in my Office Work. After some time I received a call from a person and he asked me how the dent has caused and I explained actually what had happened. Then only he revealed his identity as Surveyor of Royal Sundaram Finance( I thought he may be from the Maruti Service Master who wanted to fill up the claim form what I have signed in blank) . The surveyor of Royal sundaram told me that my version and the reason for dent in the claim for were different and he can not consider the claim. Then I contacted Mr XX, Body shop in MSM, Chennai not to proceed with that body shop work and to send back the car. I paid for AMC and an additional labour charges and some other service charges resulting in a bill amount of Rs10300. That the car was delivered after 4 days. To get back the car I was made to run from pillar to post as I was asked to contact so many people with false promises that my car will be delivered within another 15 minutes, as my residence is hardly less than 4 Kms from service centre.
To sum up:
1. The staff of Maruti Service Masters are excellent in marketing but not in service.
2. Before billing u will get lot of calls from too many staff, there will not be a single person to coordinate.
3. once u paid the amount , you will kept at dark. U will be forced to contact so many persons.
4. Staff are very effective in giving sweet coated pills and very very loyal to the service centre in getting income but without any courtesy or service to the customers who are paying.
and so on and so forth.
Unfortunately I have opted for AMC and I am thinking of how to get out of that.

Good place to service Maruthi cars. Only service and no sales motive.

I have given the car recently and they have done a great service.

The moment you enter, the car milage is noted. You then meet the service executive who will take the service coupon and do test drive your car along with you to check the status of the car, as well as any other faults in it. He will note down the complaints and give approximate estimations.

The car will be serviced and delivered on the same day for routine services.

They accept cash or card payment. The place has a good lounge for customers to relax. There is a rest room too. They give free tea or coffee for customers.

Ridiculously pathetic service station. I had my vehicle with my engine guard hit. It took them one hour to even check the problem, that too after constantly nagging behind them. There are a lot of service people and lot of engineers, but no use..

Had very pathetic experience. I gave my car to do service for my battery,but, they asked me to change it. While giving my car for service had only battery problem.while returning the car my car key was completely bend. And there was breakage in leg room. When I asked about this they were accusing me saying we broke and he can't take any responsibility. He was so rude and rough towards me. This is the second time am facing this problem with MSM. Last time they changed the break drum saying some noise is coking from there. But even after changing it the same sound came. Then they said it's not drum problem.
One of the worst service centre I have ever seen.
Can onyone from management team take care of this???

I wish there was an option to rate them -5 (negative 5). Worst service and very bad attitude I have ever come across. Maruti seriously needs to review this Maruti service masters at Guindy. They don't even allow you to register a feedback or complaint. Their system to register feedback does not work and they were not able to find the feedback register. If you ask for numbers to raise a concern they say they do not know.

They just ruined the car in the name of service.

I request people in Maruti responsible for after sales service to take some corrective action at this service point.

Didn't like the service they provide.

Didn't like the service they provide.
1. Took almost 2 weeks in repairs.
2. Multiple items stolen from vehicle during that time.
3. Broke tail light. Had to call them up and ask to fix. Even in that they took almost 3 weeks.

Day by day quality of service is degrading, esp for the cars out of company warranty. Some advisors are good but next level workers are horrible. Mgmt just looking at bills & timers at each work bay not the quality of output

One of the worst service they are giving there is no response from them once we gave the vehicle.

Its not an service center its an water wash center.Just they will clean the vehicle and delivering the vehicles.every time we need to call for 2nd time to service our complaints its my personal experience. As of now I gave more than 4 time s for service my car every time I called for 2nd time since they are not at all looking which we giving the complaints at 1st time.
