Great customer service compared to the self serve machines at the box stores.

Wonderful family owned business. Perfect results every single time for several generations. They do beautiful work to your specifications, or you can do it yourself with photo sftware on their computers.

I would give a higher rating if not for the manager treating me like my concerns about the photo didn't matter very rude and disrespectful. He wanted to charge me more money to make the picture the way I wanted it also no one notice that my daughter's eyes were closed until I finally got to go back and talk to the person who did the work on the picture. She was the only one that made me feel like it mattered how the picture looked.

I am very disappointed by the customer service I received. I live an 1-1/2 away wanted to give a local company my business rather than shopping online. We were going to purchase a Nikon D7500 camera along with 3 expensive lenses including the New Tameron lense ($650). A $2600 purchase! The gentleman working was unwilling to contact a manager who was not in the store at the time. All we wanted was a bag thrown in since we found the same camera online that came with a bunch of items incl. The same camera, a Nikon bag, 64G memory card, tripod, etc for the same price. A cheaper Nikon D3400 at Harolds Photo, came with a bag but they were not willing to throw one in for our $2600 purchase. I called the store today, to speak to a manager, and spoke to the General Manager, David, who was very sarcastic with me telling me they "should just start wheeling and dealing more, to make us happy!" Instead of trying to make the situation better, he made it much worse! I had enough of his sarcastic behavior and hung up on him! Not only did they loose the sale on a camera and 3 lenses, but after speaking to the GM David, they have lost any future business with us if we ever decided we wanted to upgrade our camera or purchase any other lenses! I am very disappointed and will not ever shop at Harolds Photo because of his rude behavior!

Excellent customer service. Very helpful with photos on cellphone. Lots of sale prices.

Great people to work with. Explained the process I needed done and gave me great results.

I was visiting from out of state in February 2017 and had a problem with my Canon camera. Marty checked out my issue, and reassured me that the problem wouldn't impact taking some really important family shots the next day. It was so nice to talk to a knowledgable, friendly and kind man when I was so worried! I was able to purchase an accessory for my camera that my own local shop doesn't carry and was very impressed by the selection at Harold's.

Good amount of options for random accessories. Good for a quick stop, but really out of the way if you're just driving through.

don't let them buy your camera because you won't receive money and you got to wait for a check in the mail and it could take up to one week or more

Lots of quality products, prices are reasonable and staff is fairly knowledgeable and very friendly.

We had personalized holiday greeting cards made st Harold's. Their patient, individual service was appreciated. We got exactly the quality we wanted. The excellent result was worth paying more for versus the self service offerings on the internet.

I had very prompt and informative service. I had questions about a certain product I was looking at and have since purchased it from Harolds.

I love Herold's Photo. They are always friendly and willing to help! A little expensive but not too bad! It's nice to have somewhere to go when in a pinch!

If you need anything done with a photo or video, this is absolutely the place to go! They are very knowledgeable and very helpful.

They were able to develop film that was over 20 years old and the pictures came out great!!

They do photos in a timely and professional manner. I've never had any issues while ordering and printing photos. However, the same cannot be said when I tried ordering custom business cards.

I was a bit nervous bringing my toddler in with me to develop some photos. Well, let me just say, it was a breeze due to the amazing service! Thank you!

Was from out of town went in to grab a quick camera cleaning kit. When I opened it there was brown junk all over the cloth and qtips.

Had found some old negatives for pictures. They were able to develop them for me, also put them on a disc. A little pricey but we'll worth it.

Harolds made some DVD copies of a funeral service for me. They were very helpful and did a superb job on the getting those precious DVDs safely made. I was pleased with their service.
