Liars in the service department- We bought the car new there in 2008. I was repeatedly told they did not have the parts to service the airbag recall. After waiting 8 months for a call back, and 2 in person visits to inquire about the issue, I called Honda corporate in California. They said all dealers have the parts. Clearly, they don't want to give up cash paying shop time to do a safety repair on a customer's car. Honda told me to go to another dealer and not to do business with them. Sickening.

I have had better service in a McDonald's drive thru. Very poor communication. I get told I'll be receiving a call back in 10-15 minutes and wind up never receiving a call back. So I call them to ask what's going on with my pre-approval, and a gentleman answers the phone without saying hello, I get greeted with "yeah?" and as I'm letting him know who I am, he cuts me off and says in an annoyed tone "I know who you are and I know what car you want we told you we wanted a bigger down payment and we have no one here to negotiate that until tomorrow." To which I replied, "Isn't that something I should be communicated and told? I don't know why you have a hostile attitude." As I was talking he was talking over me. I told him I didn't want the car and took my buisness elsewhere. I tried to buy a car that has been in their inventory for 4 months and counting I tried giving them my money, but I'm happy to take it elsewhere. I hope the car sits there for 4 more months.

One of the worst car dealerships I have ever dealt with. Bought 2 cars from there. They are wonderful cars but oh my god is the service horrid. Every time i went in to service my car, my car ended up coming back with significant damage, please watch out for there outside lifts as well, they damage the sides of the cars, and it s something they are aware of but try to hide, Ive had my car clawed 3 times by it. I also took my car in for an oil change and the tech forgot to tighten the drainage cap so I was leaking oil for months and had no idea. I m so thankful I switched over to Toyota.. avoid this dealership at all costs, you all have been warned!

This review is only intended to point out that the WIFI in the waiting room is awful. I tested the speed and we're looking at a .2 mbps. For reference that is approximately 100 times slower than normal, in-home WiFi. Don't expect to get work done in the waiting room.

I walked into this place 3 times. Once for a possible upgrade to an SUV and twice for parts. First of all, no one smiles and makes you feel welcomed in this place once you take a step in to the main part of the dealership. Actually, even the guys outside loading/unloading vehicles for the dealership were much more friendlier. Also props to the parts guy, who made me drive out there 45 mins to find out that he did not leave the part at the reception for me to pick it up after hours as we agreed on the phone. Well done d-bag. For the reception lady, yes it was not your fault and you were not disrespectful, but have you ever heard something called customer service? Telling me "Nobody left anything here" and trying to send me on my way is not how you deal with a client. Forget about how to greet a client, at least learn to apologize on the behalf of your colleague. Believe me it wont make you less of a person.

I liked everything about it! The sales team was great, the general manager came up and greeted me and made sure my experience went well, the financial guy (forgive me for forgetting names) was nice, and Manny, the technology specialist who showed me how to operate the car's features, was super friendly and made things clear and easy to understand. But the best part was driving away in my new Accord, which I have thoroughly enjoyed for the past two weeks!

First thing that comes to mind is professional staff. Every one in the service department and the reception area were very curtious and nice. I was very happy with the quality of work on my HRV. Best of all was the cost. Start the car! Back on the road.

ABSOLUTELY HUMILIATING

I come from a strong Honda family. We have had more than 5 Hondas over the last 10 years and bought at a few different dealers.

This was my worst car buying experience ever. While we were negotiating an offer, the Sales Manager came out of his office and yelled at us in front of everyone. He yelled that they were going to throw us out if we didn't like the offer!!

It was so embarrasing and extremely unprofessional. These people don't know how to run a professional organization. It's a sad excuse for a Honda Dealer. Absolutely shameful!!

Come here if you like getting hung up on by the managers. Manager Mike was extremely unprofessional and single handedly caused me to purchase my car at a different dealership. Come here if you like to be treated like a second class citizen for wanting to buy a $47k car and have the audacity to want to negotiate.

A good showcase of this dealership s lack of professionalism is the response they leave on negative reviews. Take a read through and decide for yourself whether you believe this is an honest and reputable place of business.

Liars!
Received a letter from these people that I have been "Selected" for a deal in which:
-They buy back my car 13000
-I 'll receive 6000$ on top
-I'll get 50 $ gift just for showing up
-and bunch of other offers on sales...

I was hesitant to go because I have a very busy schedule and it's a 40 min drive for me. Finally I decided to go because the deal was so appealing.

When I got there I had to wait 1.5 hour and they changed three different representatives. Finally one took me to show new cars despite I insisted that I want to know about the deal first and otherwise I am not willing to trade my current car.
after another hour, the guy told me that I can trade in my car for 10000$ (because of some scratches on bumper!) and I can buy a new Honda (with no considerable good deal!)
When I asked about the 6000$ thing the guy was shocked and knew nothing about it! He finally brought his manager (who was very rude and unprofessional) and he said: "This is in case you buy our 40000 blah blah model"! (said nothing on the letter!)
They didn't give me the gift card as well.
These letter are not true deals, and they only want to drag you there so that they can force you to buy their stuff. I lost 3-4 precious hours that day.

I regret that I was deceived by their lies and I promise I will never be again!

I was having problems with my safety features and went to get it checked out. So the first time I went they told me to set an appointment OK then. I called and spoke with a lady who is amazing she was so understanding about my problems and she told me to come in the next morning first thing, mind u they were booked up to 2 weeks in advanced. I went early 7 am the next morning Lucas was my Service Writer which I must say he's great. The service was not a long wait. I must comend him for his customer service he kept me informed as to what's going on with my car when I left it there. I must say Thanks to Lucas, Andre in parts, the lady who helped me out and the mechanic who worked on my 2018 ACCORD and the others. I really appreciate it.

This dealer is ridiculously small! They have all the cars jammed packed together like an impound lot. They have to move it out for you to see. I don't recommend this unless you want to be talked down to like a child by the sales manager. He is arrogant and forceful in making you buy the car with smart sarcastic comments. They expect me to pay more money than a certified car of the exact same specs. Get out of here you're insane. I was told to sell my car on my own and no trade in.

OWNER IF YOU ARE READING THIS!! PLEASE DO SOMETHING ABOUT YOUR OLD LOOKING DEALER AND ESPECIALLY THE UNPROFESSIONAL SALES MANAGER AND SALES PEOPLE!! THIS IS WHY YOU ARE NOT MAKING AS MANY SALES AS YOU WANT. GOOD THING YOU ARE IN A RICH NEIGHBORHOOD OTHERWISE NO SALES FOR YOU!

They show no efforts in making a sale since they are located in an area with easy pickings. Kind of like fishing with dynamites, just sit there and wait.

Ask for Steve Knopf, he s absolutely the best! I had a great experience purchasing a certified pre-owned vehicle at Martin MainLine Honda. The process was stress free and pleasant. From the moment I walked in (by mistake) to the end; Steve was efficient, very thorough and extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle itself and the whole process. It s been almost a month since I made the deal and I m still very impressed with their customer service and quality of the vehicles sold at Martin MainLine Honda dealership. I highly recommend them!

I had a terrible experience here. It was my first time leasing a car and my fears about shady dealerships came true at Martin Main Line. The main problems I encountered here:

1. The agreed upon price of the car I leased was increased by $150 between the negotiation and getting to the finance office. No one told me. I noticed when I got home and re-read the lease and immediately emailed the salesperson, Mitch, who replied I don t know what happened. I ll ask my manager . I never heard back from him despite sending a follow up email the next week. I guess I m naive for assuming the agreed upon price would be the price listed in the paperwork. I didn t notice the price increase in the finance office because I was rushed through signing everything on an iPad, where the manager knocked on the door about 5 times telling the finance guy to hurry up. He did not greet us once.

2. I initially purchased Honda Care, then decided I didn t want it. I called the dealership twice, left two voice messages with two finance people, and sent two emails to salespeople I had worked with prior about how to go about cancelling it/how the refund would work. No one answered at all. I ended up cancelling through the Honda Care headquarters phone number.

These are just a few of the issues I encountered but I think they demonstrate the complete lack of customer service and professionalism this dealership displays. They do not care about the customer at all once you walk out the door and they have your money. I would never go to them again and would never recommend them to friends or family. Stay away from Martin Main Line.

I went to purchase a car during covid w my 7 year old. Which was a terrible Idea I know, but he terrorizes sitters.
My salesperson Steve Knopf was very helpful and make my experience very quick. Our agreement was he d have my new car thoroughly cleaned and delivered w the stereo issues all worked out before delivery. Fast forward to next day, car arrives vacuumed and looking polished on the outside, but there were coffee splashed all over the driver side door and the radio AND reverse camera still don t work. Not a huge deal right? Wouldn t be if I could get my new car looked at immediately. I I bought it on the 9th and I can t get it into service until the 25th.
Overall a good experience if I could ve gotten My car issues resolved quicker.

I ll update once my car is serviced.

We are a return customer of Martin Honda. Bought a new Accord a few years back. However, today is the worst car shopping experience we've got. We called this Martin Honda to schedule a test drive of an used car. The staff Joanne confirmed car availability and appointment. We drove from out of state to the dealership to find out the car was sold the day before. A classic dishonest bait & switch, they pulled you to their store to sell you other craps. Wasted our whole afternoon, traffic in Ardmore is horrible in rush hour.

On the way out, that Joanne lady met us and told us it's not her fault and "the car is still on our website if you want to check it right now". Rubbing salt to the wound right? Our family will never set foot in any Martin Honda locations again.

Our salesman was attentive and sought to find answers to questions he didn't know the answers to instead of bs-ing us or blowing us off. The management and all of the staff we encountered were cheery and very pleasant and easy to talk to. We only spent max 3 hours there and test drive 2 cars and took our new car home at the end.

Took my car in on the advise of a retired honda tech. He told me what to expect for a 60 k service. My car is beat up on the outside but runs very well and a hybrid. They returned with a report for two major repairs and some minor costing near a thousand dollars. Thing is, my radio had an error reading, my brakes was not holding over bumps but was not mentioned in the report. I took it back to find out what was going on. I was told that was natural for the brakes to do that on bumps because of winter ice. They reset the radio error. The car still gives a rolling sound when i pause at a stop light but that was not mentioned either as a problem needing fixing. My brakes is definately still not holding now there is no ice on the ground. I tried to let this go all these months but its eating at me. I feel like i was hustled because my car looked old and they did not give it the care they might have given a newer car. I wish i had gone to pepboys for regular service, for thats what i got. Not a 60 k major service.

A very nice place; Friendly atmosphere and employees were willing to help. I have to mention that Mr. Ali Alyasiri was so kind and helpful. He was so patient with me although I asked him many questions regarding my leasing procedure and what type of car I should buy. He gave me the chance to test drive two cars and take a look at other models and compare them. He advised me to choose a certain model. Even though I was hesitant to buy it in the first place, I didn't regret taking his advice. It was the perfect car for me. Mr. Ali made the leasing procedure smooth and easy. It took me 3 hours to decide what car to lease, and then the next day I went to the dealership early in the morning to finish the paperwork. By 12 PM I was all set. I would highly reccommend Main Line Honda, and Particularly I would reccommend Mr. Ali Alyasiri.

We were sold a service contract but not actually given a contract. We have no information about the terms or what is included or excluded. We cannot get in touch with anyone and even when we went into the dealer we were told "they don't have time for you."

My wife and I had the best experience dealing with Martin Mainline Honda! Our sales rep Ted was amazing! He treated us with the most upmost respect and care. Ted had great energy and knowledge on the cars he displayed to us. Most of all he listened to our needs and wants instead of just pushing cars on us just to make a sale! He was extremely patient and friendly, going beyond the call of duty to make sure we were satisfied! We ended up purchasing a 2009 Honda Accord which is a beauty! So if you need a car, truck, or SUV please go to this dealership the atmosphere is amazing and they treat you as a priority! Especially my main man Ted!!!

I went to the parts department to buy an oil filter for my 2015 Honda Civic SI. While on a job I happened to be in the area to stop by and purchase a filter. My only day off, Sunday. I bring my car in the garage to change the oil only to realize they had given me the wrong filter. The filter is identical on the outside but has a different thread pitch and does not fit. The part number is also different. I cannot return it because they're closed on Sunday. I had to go to Walmart to buy a Fram filter so my car can be driveable. I can understand how someone can make this mistake, however I expect the Honda dealer to get it right considering they specialize in Hondas, that's literally all they sell is Hondas and they have every Honda part number at their disposal. Huge inconvenience, very disappointed.

I came in at 9:30am to get my A/C issue diagnosed and fixed as per my appointment. I was told it should be done around noon because the job should take about 2hrs. As 1:00PM approached and no one called for me, I went to get a status update from the front desk. Turns out they weren't too sure who was working on my car because my service advisor, Lucas, was out and my car was just left in the garage, not being worked on, for hours... So then they got someone named AJ to work on my car. Told me to wait another 1.5hrs and it should be done. I ended up leaving with my car at around 3:45PM. Over 6 long hours of waiting... This place is so disorganized... I won't be coming back here... I bought my '19 Civic here and brought it in here a few times for service with each time leaving with an unpleasant experience. I've had enough of giving this place a chance...

I brought my 2001 Accord to this dealership Januar...

I brought my 2001 Accord to this dealership January 2nd 2010. I was noticing clutch issues and asked them to look at the clutch. They looked at the clutch and informed me that it was in 'fine' condition and didn't need any work. They also suggested I get the 120k mile service done. Feeling that I just saved money by not having to worry about the clutch. The service amounted to $600.

Within two weeks I found myself and my car broke down and stranded on the side of a highway. I had my car towed to a different dealership where they informed me that, low and behold, my clutch had gone and needed to be replaced. The total work they did amounted to $1300.

The kelly blue book value of my car is $2100. In the month of january I spent 90% of that amount fixing it. I, an it consultant, have 0 training in automobiles, was able to successfully diagnose the state of my car's clutch while a CERTIFIED HONDA TECHNICIAN wasn't. How is that possible? I tried to contact the service manager (steve bloomer) about this. Each time I called (and was able to get through to him), he said he'd see what he could do and call me back the next day. Never once returned a phone call. Save yourselves the trouble and take your business elsewhere. This place is a joke. They're getting one star because I can't leave that blank.

I just traded in my 1998 Honda Accord at your Main Line Honda and you have serviced my car fantastically for 18 years and I have received excellent service. Rudy Davis (your man on the front desk) always told me, "If you are good to Honda, Honda will be good to you. A true statement. No one has ever gone under my hood but Main Line Honda, even when I needed windshield wipers I brought my car to YOU.
What can I say, but keep on with your total satisfaction. to your customers. My 18 years of enjoyment , never had a flat tire, for when the tire needed AIR I brought it up to you, If the tire needed to be replaced you took care of it. YOU'RE THE MAN...My Answer to the No. 1 Question is EXCELLENT

Unprofessional and uncaring to customer needs. Right hand don't know what the left hand is doing in their service department. Lies and deception. Attempts to increase revenue by gouging unsuspecting customers. Scheduled repairs and fail to have known parts on hand. Can't even provide an ETA of the needed parts. Known failure part back ordered with no known available date. Honda is a crap company to begin with now that filters into their employees too. Will NEVER purchase another Honda and will NEVER give patronage to this business again.

I researched the vehicle I wanted for a long time before I started shopping around. This dealer was the only one that had the Passport that i wanted with a factory-installed tow package. I saw it online and was sucked in by the great price!

I went here late on a Friday evening so i didnt have to feel pressured to talk numbers.

THIS WAS A TOTAL BAIT-AND-SWITCH JOB!!! The car was advertised on their website and autotrader for 41g. What these internet prices did not indicate was the 5g in accessories! I drove an hour to get to this place, past five dealerships, to find out THEY LIED ABOUT THE PRICE!!! No apology or explanation either.

I waited for at least a half hour to meet with a salesperson. Not a big deal because the place seemed pretty busy for that late on a Friday night.

We sat down after viewing the car around closing time. They were pretty overbearing when it came to me buying the car on the spot!

I messaged them a few days later for an out-the-door price and got no response.

Do yourself a favor...go somewhere else! The lot was cramped and small; the waiting room for service was droll, small and uncomfortable. Take the ride to Keenan Honda in Doylestown. The place is a palace and they treat you like royalty.

Overall good experience. The salesperson was very nice, direct and honest. He negotiated in good faith. We came prepared with internet quotes from various dealers obtained through TrueCar. There were a few charges added on last minute that should have been explained or negotiated before the final deal was made such as a number of charges related to registration and doc fees for a cash deal that equaled those for a loan. But otherwise the staff were very nice, responsive and pretty quick.

My experience is always great! My salesperson John Merringer has always been very helpful. He has been my salesperson since 2006 when I purchased my first Honda. How ironic he was my salesperson again when I purchased my 2013 Honda. They say third time is a charm, and it was. Purchasing a automobile can sometimes be stressful, overall everyone made me feel at ease. No pressure, Manny was also helpful in connecting my phone with my car and explaining the many technical functions, which can be mind blowing! Also letting me know I can call if I need help anytime. I have never had a bad experience from the service dept. to the sales dept.

Car buying process was very easy. It helped that I knew exactly what I wanted and they had exactly one of that model available. I shared concerns about COVID before going to the dealership and Mitch helped me get almost everything done over the phone. Im shocked by these reviews. I contacted Martin Main Line Honda earlier in the week about a van I was interested in. They said it was still available, I said I was going to try to sell my car this week and then be in asap to look at the van. I sold my car and the same day called to see if the van was still available. It was, so I left immediately. I didnt get there until 5 pm, they closed at 6 pm but they werent rushing us at all. We test drove it, talked about it, even made small talk. I got $1500 off the "lot price" because I brought in the online ad. I got a great deal! I dealt with Joe E. and Mike, and they were great! Both very nice guys that always were around. They closed at 6pm but kept working with me until 630 when the deal was done, and they didnt seem rushed. They were great.Got my car washed and cleaned out before I drove it away. It's "as is" since its a 2003, but It looks in great shape!

The wait time for service has always been shorter then expected. I always stick with my service advisor Corrado who does a consistently excellent job.

My sales guy Amir Ansari was great! He was very helpful and friendly. He made the entire process very easy for me. This was my second time leasing with Honda and he helped me both times. I would recommend Mainline Honda to anyone. All the guys there are helpful and pretty hilarious too!

I bought my Honda Pilot here, so I've had this dealer service my vehicle for the last 4yrs.
The only thing I don't like is how they constantly try to get over when people get an oil change.
Piazza Honda charges 36. for a synthetic oil change and I have to bring that up every single time I stop in to get my oil changed because they love to charge over 40 bucks.

Worked via phone with salesperson Amir, going through as much of the car buying process as I could remotely due to quarantine protocols. Amir was very professional and courteous, going the extra mile to try to work within my limitations, and responded quickly to questions. My deal did not work out, sadly, but I would still not hesitate to reccommend this dealership.

I went in to explore, not sure of what I wanted. Steve asked the right questions and helped me figure out what I wanted. We then explored several options and found the right car for me. Everyone was extreamly gracious, from the front door to the back. Steve even personally showed me how to use all the great features in the CRV and made buying it a stress-free transaction. I have dealt with several car dealerships in the last 6 months of car searching and have found that Martin Mainline Honda to be the most honest and the best in Montgomery & Delaware Counties. My salesman (Bob Plotnick) made me feel comfortable and he did not push me into buying a car I did not want. He was very helpful in the purchase of my now new used car.

Well, i don't know where to start. ...

I purchased 2 cars thru Main Line Honda, but I don't think I will do it again!

Sales: extremely pushy and annoying sales people!(with 1 exception..but I don't remember his name). The sales manager should NOT be a manager or working in sales , because he has no customer service manners (or any manners!) whatsoever. He kept pushing us to make a purchase right there on spot. I am sorry but I don't like that! It's my money and I HATE to be pressured when spending approx $20k on a car. BUT no problem ... Main Line Honda - YOU lose this way customers and money.

Maintainence: almost every time we brought the car for oil change, etc - we left the dealer with small scratches on the car. Unacceptable!

I rarely ever write google reviews, but this is probably the worst dealership experience I have had... ever. I have leased 4 cars in the last 10 years...

I called into their sales department and asked for a lease quote on an accord and/or civic and proceeded to give her all the information (10k/27months, 0 down...the usual) and the lady on the phone (Joann?) was super aggressive... everything from "we dont have time to waste, if you have a quote from another dealership, we will beat it"... "here let me quote you the national offers"... "like i said everyone is busy, we sell over 400 cars a month"...... In response to my request for a customized quote for zero down...she told me to come in and someone will help me.

So, no, Joann, I won't come in.... I wasn't trying to pit you against another dealer.... this isn't my first rodeo when it comes to leasing so you dont have to explain how leasing works, and lastly -- I was looking to close the deal today... now I'm calling other dealers in the area who are likely to get that business... so Main line Honda, even though you are the closest dealer to me... you lost your deal because of this person.

Disappointed doesn't begin to describe my feelings toward this organization. I thought they were a class act. Silly me. Never again. NEVER. Hard to believe I spent >$30K to be treated like a piece of gum stuck to the bottom of someone's shoe.
