I am really unhappy and disappointed that after spending days and hours looking for a car, I finally found the one I want and despite reading some of the unhappy reviews I said I could be just some bad lack with those customers. So, I wanted to make sure that the car I want is available and I called multiple times the dealer to confirm availability, I talk to at least three sales people over the phone and one of them told me to make sure to fill up a financing application and I did, then I confirmed again before I had out to the dealership to make sure that the car is still available. The customer service in the sales department even gave me the name of the sales person that I will meet with and indeed he sent me a message with the appointment time. I would just mention that despite having a medical condition that makes me more cautious of COVID-19 and stay away from crowded area, I decided to take a chance and travel miles to the dealership to buy the car that my family and my kids loved and all of us stated dreaming about trips that will be making with it, only to be greeted by the designated sales person and be told to wait because he was helping another client. I didn t really mind waiting , but to my disappointment, after waiting and waiting he came out to tell me sorry the car was just sold an hour before I got there, the he said it was sold in the afternoon, and when I got upset he tried to tell me that there are other good deals they have that I should look into them. When I told him that I was specifically interested only about that car and asked why he made me come all the way and wait if the car was already sold then he apologized again and despite that he may seemed genuine, I felt like they just take my information, made me apply for financing, and drive all the way there to try to lure me into buying another piece of their inventory without respect for my time or choice.

I had the WORST experience with this business after being a loyal customer for 5+ years. I purchased 2 vehicles, leased 1 vehicle, referred a friend to lease a vehicle, and this last vehicle was a lease to own that would make for 5 cars in the last 5 years. As a recent college grad I thought that this would be a good spot to do business since they had been good in the past, but this time something changed. When asked about prior accidents to the vehicle that was a lease to own, they said there had been no major accidents and only some "minor bumps." After having some issues with the vehicle, the CarFax revealed that there had been 2 major accidents in which 3/4 corners had been impacted, and airbags were deployed. This information was concealed by this dealership even though the manager stated he "always checks the CarFax," prior to selling any vehicle. I would not have purchased this vehicle after hearing this, and I ended up being overcharged for the last 16 months and put $2,000 down on the vehicle. The situation was brushed off by the manager as he boasted about how many vehicles he sells but refused to help a loyal customer. I WOULD NOT recommend this place to anyone and I hope that as many people see this as possible so they do not have to go through the same situation.

We went there to look at a used car, decided to give this place a chance. The location is very crowded. The car inventory is in a very cramped parking lot, forget about a test drive. We spoke to sales person who was just not very pleasent. We visited 2 other dealers in the area, the Toyota and the Acura dealerships, both were much more pleasant.

I called Martin Honda about scheduling an oil change this morning. Never thought I should be so difficult. I spoke with Nicole and asked if I could drop my car off Friday night and have the oil changed on Saturday. Nicole told me " I guess you can, but we prefer you bring the car in and wait." So I asked, if I left the car Friday night, do I just fill out a form and leave it in the door. Nicole told me again, that she guessed I could... but they preferred we stayed. I tried to tell her that if the car is there all day, they can do it when ever they wanted to, I don't think she understood. I tried to explain it was a win- win, I don't have to sit around and wait (in the past it was always more than the promised one hour or less) and they can do it at their convenience. She still did not get it. She actually asked what time Friday night I would drop it off. I told her 10:35 PM. She circled back to her original statement.... It shouldn't be so difficult to give a company business, I had to hung up.

I have never been to a worse car dealership in my life. Went there to checkout a 2017 Honda Accord coupe. Not ONLY was the car dirty inside and out, but it had exterior damage which included rust. The car itself was overpriced and I had to twist their arm just to come down by 200 dollars and even then, there were other honda accord coupes that were much cheaper in the area.
On top of that! They sent out loan requests to ten or twelve credit unions (I lost count with all the mail I was getting about this one car loan) WITHOUT MY PERMISSION. I don't know what kind of business they're trying to run but they're doing a really terrible job at it. Definitely some sketchy stuff going on behind the scenes. Don't buy from these people.

Main line honda is way overcrowded and overpriced for how good they are. They charged me 900 dollars on routine inspection repairs (300 bucks to change 3 fluids, 200 to align tires, 60 bucks for an emissions inspection they did not do, as I have a classic car with low mileage), and they didn't catch a major problem in my steering column 20 days ago. My steering column needs to be entirely replaced now. I think the work they did would have cost HALF as much at another mechanic.

BEWARE!! NOT TRUSTWORTHY! I went to have my honda accord passenger airbag fixed because of a recall. When I got back my car the check engine light was on! This car had never had a problem with 80k miles. In addition to the recall fix they do a mandatory complimentary inspection. When i confronted The customer Service guy, Corrada WHO lied to me saying they didnt pop the hood or touch anything. When i infact got a receipt of all the mechanics of the car that were inspected and those mechanical inspections require the hood to be popped. HE LIED STRAIGHT IN MY FACE AND WANTED TO CHARGE ME $100 TO CHECK THE LIGHT! These guys are not to be trusted. I FELT COMPLETELY SCAMMED AND TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF.

The customer service was excellent at MainLine Honda. Steven Bloomer, Jr. was extremely helpful in each and every way he assisted me. He was patient, kind, and his approach was truly genuine. Honestly I was dreading the car-buying process, since I've never gone through it personally. What's even better is that after informing Steve I was a recent graduate with a limited budget, he worked that much harder to ensure I was getting the utmost value from my investment. It was a memorable experience I'll never forget, thanks in large part to Steve.

Really horrible in customer service. First they didn't like the fact that I'm bringing an Acura to Honda dealer but at the end they both manufacturers by the same company. Then they quoted me for one price on the phone and then when I went there they were trying to charge around $$220 more than what they quoted me on the phone. Finally when I told them that I'm taking my car to someplace else because of their over pricing service they were trying to charge me for diagnosis fee which I think is unfair because I already told them what was wrong with my car. So there's no point of them to diagnos plus instead of fixing my TPMS they were telling me to buy a all 4 new ones which sound unnecessary. Manager caught a really nasty attitude because I disagree with his suggestion.

Don t say I didn t warn you... The main reason I chose to step foot into this dealership was that the receptionist Carey claimed that they are known for offering up to 20% more for trade ins... this isn t true (BAIT & SWITCH. ILLEGAL?!) they actually offered me 5% less than every other dealer that I met with for my immaculate trade. The actual transaction left me feeling as though I d just made a deal with a corrupt foreign government. Two times salesman Roman Tobak went back on his word during the sale of the vehicle I purchased. First, he insulted me with one of the worst offers I d had all day, So I walked away and returned a few hours later, because I really liked the vehicle they were selling (the only positive in this story). He conveniently had amnesia about the price we agreed on earlier that day and tried to put $1000 more in his pocket by claiming his buyer didn t want to pay the same price for my trade anymore. The truth is he didn t speak with a buyer , it was 9pm. Second, we finally make a deal that the dealer will pay for fees and I will pay for taxes plus the agreed upon purchase price. I was half way through signing the paperwork when he went back on his word again and tells me the dealership doesn t have the $280 to pay the fees that he agreed to pay. He also conveniently failed to omit a $30 documentation fee from the contract he printed up. Had I not spent 16 hours today searching for a vehicle that I felt good about driving home and if I didn t have a 3 hour drive home tonight I would have walked away from this classless dealership. Ultimately, Roman Tobak and Manager Joe Seeker decided that their integrity, or lack thereof, is worth $280 measly dollars. Slimiest sales people I ve ever encountered, and they have no shame in sucking every dime they can out of you even if it means going back on the agreement they shake on.

Allan- I had no issue understanding the negotiation process. I made myself very clear during the sale what I was willing to pay and your salesperson agreed to it. Perhaps you can provide a written explanation here as to why it is ok for one of your salespeople to agree to very specific terms and then not deliver on that very specific agreement.

From the moment that I submitted an online request and expressed interest in leasing or purchasing a car from Main Line Honda, the service was both prompt and courteous. My salesman, Tony Longo was very patient, knowledgeable and professional. He took the time to answer all of my questions and presented me with many different cars to choose from. He also worked diligently to help me acquire a financing option that fit my budget. That was extremely important to me. Overall, it was a wonderful experience! Thank you!

This review is regarding the service department at Martin Main Line Honda.

Simply said, these guys rock! I had to drive from Boston MA to Philly to visit some colleges with my teenage son. I took my 2008 Honda Accord because it was the most reliable. Soon after the trip started I realized that something was wrong with the brakes and that the maintenance light was on. We had appointments so I had no choice but to make the trip with the car in that condition. After the days visits were over, I searched for a local Honda dealership, ended up at Martin Main Line Honda on a Friday night at 4:40PM. As I approached the service desk I overheard that while oil changes continued into the evening, all of the mechanics were leaving at 5.

I told the service person (Marc F.) my situation and he said he would have a tech look at the brakes. Mind you most Honda dealerships charge for a brake inspection. They took the car right in, did a quick evaluation, including pointing out that the rear brakes were metal-on-metal. I looked at them rather sheepishly and asked them what they could do. They said they would fix it, along with some other repairs they noticed that were needed, in about an hour. Somehow they arranged for the mechanics to stay on site until the job was finished (about 6:30PM).

Here's how I look at it: it was dangerous to drive the car with virtually no brakes, these guys bent over backwards on a Friday night to make sure I was able to drive back to Boston safely. Most places would have told me to make an appointment for Monday. But they came through and took care of an out-of-state customer who would probably never return again. Great stuff not seen these days.

Thank you Martin Main Line Honda, I may not make it down to Philly with a car that needs service again, but I can leave a rousing recommendation for you on the Internet. You are the tops and you'll always rock in my book!!!

They told me on the phone "whatever quote you get via the website, if you come to the shop you can get an additional discount." They also didn't reply to several of my emails regarding questions about the quote . Their service is really bad. They don't even remember who talked with me on the phone when I got there. You should double check with the dealer to make sure the price is applicable for you and can get the discount. Do not visit them without confirmation from the dealer.

Nico went above and beyond for our recent purchase. He was able to locate the exact car color and trim and had it delivered over the weekend for Monday. There was a flat tire 24 hours after driving away and they accommodated me immediately and patched it up. Overall a good experience!

David Tierney was an amazing salesman. My mom saw the car before me and he was kind to her and when I went to see the car a couple days later, nothing but kindness and 0-pressure.
We got fair price for the car with our offer.
Our offer stood, the manager agreed (after some back and forth of course), deposit, we got the car the next day.
David made sure I got everything i needed and the car was squeaky clean the next day. The paying process was less than an hr. Bob was funny and great.
Overall, no bs, time total with test drive was easily 2 hrs.
Im happy with my Accord!

Now if they could just make the lot bigger so these poor workers dont have to move all these cars to show a car haha

Little to no customer service. Extremely rude and unprofessional staff. Makes car buying much more stressful than it has the be. Buyers beware! Instead I went to the nicer Toyota dealer right next door and was treated as a person rather than a number. Definitely worth it and I spent even more than I would at Honda. Just goes to show if you treat your customers with respect they are more likely to buy your products despite the higher price tag!

Now I see, why people has given such a low rating for this dealership!!
Very Unprofessional.
Don't treat the customers well.
They don't want our business.
Both the Sales Manager and Sales Consultant really needs to improve on treating customers well.
Will certainly NOT recommend buying car from this dealer.
Better dealers are around this area - Conicelli Honda and Scott Honda, Though their prices are bit high, you can certainly negotiate and atleast they treat you well.

I reached out to look at a Honda CRV. I was called in the morning to schedule a time to test drive so I scheduled it at 6pm after I get out of work. I was called around 2pm and was told that the car needed maintenance done and that it wouldn't be finished that day. I email them the next morning to see if I could come by to see the car and was told it was already sold. The salesman tells me that someone came by and test drove it on the day I was told I couldn't test drive it. I continued to receive follow up emails about the car afterwards. I was very disappointed in the fact that there was no communication about another buyer. I believe the situation was handled very poorly.
