Bought a 2014 ridgeline there in July and traded in my 2007. After the usual back and forth of the haggle process I have to say that they delivered on all the promises they made. Matt, sales manager, was helpful and prompt whenever I contacted him after the sale. Have no reason not to recommend them.

Honda of Turnersville failed to inform me that a used VW I purchased had an aftermarket suspension. A few months after purchasing the car, a loud clunking noise started from the drivers front wheel. I took the car to an authorized VW dealer who told me that the car was unsafe to drive. And also that car was sold with barely acceptable tires. None of this was disclosed at time of sale. Returning the car to stock cost thousands. I called Honda of Turnersville and ask why the modification wasn't disclosed. They basically said, gee we're not a VW dealer. I asked how the car passed it's pre-owned inspection. No response. I asked if they would consider taking the car back. They told me the sale is as-is. True, but I thought they may reconsider given their negligence. I'm not saying my experience is typical, but I caution people about buying a car that's not a Honda from this dealer.

These people won't stop sending me junk mail at my house every month. They said that they only needed my address for the record and now I get junk mail.

My experience was great. The person who handled my paperwork was professional and my oil change and tire rotation was done in a timely manor.

I had all the help i needed before purchasing my new Honda Hatchback. I went thru online asked for the color to the heated seats that i wanted. I was told they had a few there. do not buy cars from this dealer.i bought brand new crv in 2012.they lied to me on the contract.they show me diffrent prize.next day i went to lawyer he agreed with me but i did not take any action against this dealer becauce of time and cost.later on i went dealer and told them to cancel my contract but they did not listen to me,also honda customer service and honda finance never give attention to their customer.i drove 3 honda and all of them gave me transsmission problem..so,dont buy honda,if u want reliable car,buy toyota

Great place! Awesome staff!! The only little tiny thing I got annoyed at, they moved my seat! That is such a pet peeve of mine. They re not in my car for more then 5 min, so why move my seat!? It wasn t moved a little, but a lot! All the way to the floor and back. I m a short dude . Otherwise, great experience and service!

Wonderful experience at Honda of Turnersville! The dealership is clean, comfortable, inviting and just beautiful ! Everyone I interacted with was attentive and professional. I received excellent customer service from Salesperson Eli Afanador. He spent plenty of time explaining my options and working out a good deal. We found a great 2015 Accord, my first new car! I will definitely return to the Automall (which is also amazing - it feels like you are in an Orlando amusement park lol) and will refer friends and family to this Honda dealership. It's worth the trip !

I would not recommend a Honda Odyssey as a family car or this dealership. My 2016 Honda Odyssey had a defective rear sliding door locking mechanism that I needed to replace after only 2 years of normal use. They recommended replacing both mechanisms on both rear sliding doors (because they thought it was under warranty). Why on earth would someone do that? Either there are known defects that warrant replacement at the manufacturer's expense or there aren't. Bottom line is that I would expect this quality and type of service from a Kia dealership not a Honda.

WOW! What a Great experience. I thought the deal I got at Willis Honda on my 2012 Accord was unbeatable but Honda of Turnersville topped Willis Honda. They sold me a 2014 Civic at an absolute unbeatable price. No other dealer could match them. The Finance Director Janine Rogers was the best. She was funny and down to earth . My salesman Matt Rizzolo was honest and hard working. He made the experience fun and pleasant with no pressure. I am now a loyal customer of Turnersville Honda. They put Burns Honda to shame. Don't go to Burns Honda, only go to Turnerville Honda, they are the best. This is my first time ever writing a review of a car dealership. But I wanted everyone to know how great Honda of Turnersville is. Trust me! Go to Honda of Turnersville for the best deal!

I purchased a 2010 Honda FIT from Honda of Turnersville in April. The sales staff was quick, professional and friendly-- all you could ask for when buying a car! When I pointed out a few blemishes on the car, they immediately took it back to be detailed and within minutes had it out looking brand new. They were able to answer all of my questions, and even helped my dad with finding the best brand of tire shine for his car while my paperwork processed! I have recommended them to all of my friends and family who are looking to get a new car.

The experience at the service department was great. The service advisor, Mike, is the main reason. He always goes out of his way to make sure that everything is explained to me and he is always professional. He is a credit to your company and please put this comment in his file.

I leased my car from this dealer in 2016. I have only ever serviced the vehicle at the dealership. They are always easy to work with. I usually wait there for my car and the wait is never unusually long. The last time I went, I told them I thought I needed brakes. I know very little about cars and they very easily could have replaced my brakes and charged me for it. This is an honest place and I would recommend service there.

The entire experience was great.Tee Phiathep was wonderful, in fact, I will recommend him to everyone who is interested in a Honda.

We are very disappointed with this dealership. We saw a car at a certain price on their website, so we called in and set up an appointment. Magically the price increased about $2,000 in a few hours, which they initially neglected tell us until we asked them to confirm. They refused to honor their original price. It was a waste of time. We feel like it was just a scam to lure people to their dealership. So do yourself a favor and go shop anywhere else...

My family went here just to see how the new Odyssey looks like and how it compares to our current van, long story short. We ended up walking away with the new van. Anyway, I bought my 2008 SI here way back! The sales customer service is top notch and they will really give you a good trade value! Tim approached us as we parked and showed us around, we are picky when it comes to sales people because some are really pushy, but we really felt that Tim was eager just to show us, we already told him we are not planning on buying but just looking. The Van blew us away. so after talking to him and actually working the numbers we ended up taking the new van home. I recommend this dealership!

I contacted the dealership to arrange an appointment to test drive a CR-V. I have not yet been contacted regarding the appointment (in view of current situation), but the internet manager send me email offering an LX trim at "special" pricing. Now I have not even spoken with anyone, nor even been in a CR-V, why would I purchase one? I have already built one online. I would gladly provide that information to the dealer if given the opportunity. Very poor response in my book.

I sell cars for a living and I can appreciate a good salesman Keith is a good salesman.

So three years ago we traded in an 02 civic and was given a good trade in price and off we went with an 2013 civic. Experience was great but yesterday we turned in the lease. Sales manager would barely work with us so we went with another brand in the complex. When I went back over and turned over lease the manager was insulting. Guess he's just mad he lost the sale, well guess what he lost future sales too. Honda is a great brand just a shame he had to be a pompous jerk. If I were to go back to Honda I'd goto burns!!!

Bruce was my salesman and he was great. I felt respected and more importantly that he was really giving me the best option available. He laid options on the table for honda, but helped me size out the differences between Honda's SUVs and other companies. I am very happy with both my service and my purchase. Go in and ask for Bruce!

I highly recommend talking to Robert LaFlam when looking for a vehicle. He was very patience, honest, and helpful. He wasn't like a majority salespersons i talked to who make unnecessary comments to persuade customers buy a vehicle.

They are always pleasant and attentive to your needs.

Service for a safety recall was fairly prompt and courteous. Lounge very comfortable and snack machine was full of good snacks. Free upscale coffee in individual cup coffee maker.

Good work done with coupons to make the work affordable, accepted 2 coupons for 2 services. Only problem was that they estimated it would take 1 hour and it took 2 hours.

I recently bought a new 2018 Honda Civic hatchback and while I love the car, the service was extremely rushed. Nothing is explained to you when going over the 5,000 packages they offer, nobody was capable of showing me the features of the car, and even the "detail" job was rushed. When I buy a brand new car I at least expect it to be cleaned like it's a brand new car.

Their selection is great if you are looking for automatics. If you want a manual, like me, you're going to have slim pickings.

I'd recommend it if you are in the area because they have a cool test track, but otherwise you can probably find the same service and cars at any other Honda dealership.
