There is free parking. Hard to find though. Located on Auburn Ave.

It reminds me of collaboration and respect amongst races in a country. Hopefully one day some groups of people in where I m from will start to understand, recognise, accept that Taiwan is the one where is always their home.

I learned and had a great experience at Martin Luther King, Jr. National Historical Center. I recommend everybody to visit.

I was in tears most of the time I was there! Brought back bad memories! BEAUTIFUL, THOUGH- ESPECIALLY NOW WITH THE FOUNTAINS!!!!

Love all the MLK historic district! Especially the serene memorial with the tombs of Martin and Coretta in the pool, with water cascading over his beloved quote "We will not be satisfied until Justice rolls down like water and Righteousness like a mighty steam." Take the time to revisit the principals of nonviolence etched into the walls and the eternal flame. Also sit in the old Ebenezer Baptist Church and absorb MLK's words as they are piped in. Powerful stuff!

Amazing free attraction. Very interesting with lots of information, photos and artifacts. Highly recommend people stop by.

This is a nice tribute to Dr. King. All the historical sites are within walking distance of each other. Overall it's very moving and informative.

Has added more since I was there in 1997 when they first built it and was still implemented the inside and surrounding. A good place to visit.

Moving, emotional, inspirational. You must come to pay your respects when visiting Atlanta. Thank you to the National Park Service volunteers for wonderful and knowledgeable explanation of the events that took place in Dr. King's life as well as the people who worked with him.

Awesome experience....very knowledgeable from MLK first day until his last. I left this place pretty sad....memorial is extremely moving. It's free so no funds needed at all so if your ever in the area don't hesitate to visit and learn something.

An unbelievable place the understand what it was like 50+ years ago and those who made significant changes.

Great tribute to MLK along with the Civil and Human rights museum.

Even though the public buildings were closed, the grounds were beautiful and peaceful. Our entire family appreciated the solemnity of the memorial areas.

Beautiful memorial site for MLK. Enjoyed walking around and reading about the history. It is under renovation for the 50th anniversary, so lots of areas you can t wait and the reflection pools are currently empty.

Beautiful. Was here a number of years ago and it has been developed since then. Stop by to see and enjoy, the park is clean and his inviting.

Excellent exhibit that does not shy away from the horrible nature and tragedies of segregation. It brings to light the sad period in our history that should never be forgotten as well as illustrate how far we've come yet how far we have still to go. Each exhibit contains artifacts and video commentary with historical clips of the fight for equality and the brutal nature of racism.

I expected it to be a more exiting and informative place . But in all it was ok to see MLK Jr place of residence. Wish they had more authentic pictures of him and his family

Beautiful Place To Visit Everyone Needs To Go Apart Of History So Much To See Lovely N Take In Loved It

The tour was over when we (friend visiting from Wichita,KS) arrived at the birth home. However,within a few minutes, a tour guide with about 30 students arrived and she began to explain the history in Deutsch. That was very special because we could understand some of the words having lived in Germany as a US Army Soldier and my friend as a child of a Airman. US Air Force--we had a hearty conversation about our experiences in Germany for sure. The guide also shared that the next stop would be in DC at the African American museum and how special the students were to lbe selected to visit and learn American history. All in all, we enjoyed the visit to the site, the store and the beautiful reflection pool. I am proud to know that the next generation of Global Citizens value and respect the sacrifices that African Americans have given the world!

The experience of being there was very exciting and touching. I would certainly recommend this to all my friends.

There is so much history here, it s very beautiful and well managed. Salute to the king!
There is also a kids play park behind the building!

Amazing experience, learning about the culture and history of Georgia was the the best part of this visit.
