Marriott Quorum Review

Flight was tired but found the mattress here is very good. I don't want to get up.

Been there 3 weeks ago and got over 40 bedbug bites all over my body!!! When I called the hotel a manager told me that "coincidentally" the day I checked out the room was scheduled for lights update and they stripped it all out. I spent two weeks itching, taking medicine and fearing that bugs will be transferred to my house?!? We washed and sprayed everything we have. This was my worst travel experience ... How many other rooms are infested?

Allen or Alan was the best Concierge & Host Ever....I felt like Royalty. I will never stay anywhere else when I visit Dallas...and the daily "Full Breakfast Island Bar"*****is above & beyond what you can possibly imagine or comprehend, unbelievable servings plus freshly prepared daily. Me & my Daughter's stay was from Thursday afternoon,September 22,2016 to Monday checkout..My new home & Alan/Allen made you feel like the Marriott Family!!!!!

Great hotel, comfortable rooms friendly staff. Shout out to Devin for taking such good care of me, thanks again for making an unexpected stay in Dallas a good time!

I've stayed here a few times and even though they were under construction in part of the hotel the experience was nice! I enjoy the fact that I had a champ that met the basic needs. I would say that on the weekends it seems like there's always a soccer, cheer or some othertravel club type of orgainzation at the hotel also which can make things a little strange in the hotel lobby/bar area at night.

Rooms were kept clean and the service was great for the work event that I attended. Beds were comfortable, towels were a little rough.

Easy access to freeways. Enough parking and ballrooms for large parties

Attended professor network seminar located in the Bent Tree room ....no complaints at all.

Not happy at all. DO NOT and I repeat DO NOT use the shuttle service and expect them to deliver on said time to be present. Mediocre at best service.

Love the layout of the hotel. The banquet food was not all that great. The customer service was on point!

The 1841 Restaurant stayed open until midnight, which is greatly appreciated by us late night travelers. Beyond that, the food is great. The lobby and rooms are what one expects at a Marriott being bright, lively, and well kept. The Concierge Lounge gives a wonderful 11th floor view of the Addison treeline.

The staff is great and the accommodations are great. I wouldn t recommend anything else to you other than this place.

I believe its a tad over priced no breakfast as far as continental and the bar was way over priced for normal drinks domestic beers and house liquor room was great nice layout but a touch too much

Yes 5 star service from this place. Lena, LENA, LEE-Nah, the young lady who served us for breakfast EVERY morning...FANTASTICAL IN ALL HER SERVICE .She made our last morning blessed with her service and well wishes for an anniversary and fellowship within our group. A true gem in an unlikely place. THANKS to the MARRIOTT for a wonderful stay, beautiful rooms, fruit water, chocolate covered pretzels and great food service. Also to the lady at the omlet station...#GRACEunderPressure...

Everything is clean. Amenities are abundant and in good condition. Service is cheerful and attentive.

Stayed here for a 3 day conference. Hotel seemed to be well managed. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms my be slightly dated, but clean. I would recommend staying here if you are traveling to this area of Dallas.

I had gone there for a wedding reception and everything about this place was 10/10.

I just finished meps and that was the best part of being in dallas very very nice place highly recommend trying!

The room is just okay look a little dated the bartenders are friendly make you feel like a local bar that you would hang out after work to unwind and the employees are very helpful and pleasant

This hotel was the bomb. The room was huge, the shower was amazing and the bed was top notch.

Nice rooms, but cheap for a Marriott. Linens didn't even properly cover the bed. Good location. Neat some affordable restaurants, which was good because the motel food was outrageously priced.

For starters, we were told that we wouldn t have housekeeping because we are staying 3 days. I have never seen this before. So we had to keep calling for shampoo, towels, toilet paper, etc. One bed had a comforter and one bed only had sheets (another parent in our tournament had the same thing in his room). The place was dirty. At this price point I expect much better service and cleanliness. Definitely not a 4 star hotel.

Very clean and organized. Hotel is easy to navigate. Beds are super comfortable and the rooms are spacious. Great stat so far. Close to several great resturants.

Gloria s tortilla was amazing!! All the staff at the breakfast are very nice and friendly.

The room was comfortable with absolutely lovely pillows. The staff was friendly and helpful. The exercise room is very well equipped and very clean. Wifi works throughout the hotel.

Attended a social function here. Everything seemed nice. The food was only okay though.

Good clean hotel, great staff. I went their on a bad day for the hotel as they overbooked, took 4 hrs to checking at midnight. Customer service didn't offer any compensation.

Very nice upscale/onscale hotel. Good food and on sight car rental is available and open 7 days a week. You will need to reserve your car before you actually need it because cars here are very good but will be in high demand all day long. Instate rentals only ""

Good room, reasonable rates. The front desk staff could be a little more welcoming. It's a good location, a lot of fun places to visit nearby.

Very nice and clean hotel. Meeting rooms were very large.

The attendant that checked us in on the night of the 28th was both rude and disrespectful. I will admit I did make a mistake and I did make reservations at the wrong Marriott. I asked him if there was any way he could help, he rolled his eyes and told me there was no way he was going to help me. I was there because my son was there, he was shipping out the next day. The lady at the wrong Marriott was extremely helpful. I don't know what his problem was, but he didn't have to make his bad day my bad day.

Great hotel, very clean, excellent staff. My only complaint is there is literally 1 outlet in my room. Most people, including me have more than 1 thing to charge. I need to charge my phone and my computer. Of course there is a double outlet in the bathroom, which unfortunately is where my computer is charging. I prefer to be able to continue to work on my computer while it's charging. I'm not going to work from the toilet

Clean place and love that they have a little shopping store and Starbucks inside. They also have a bar too. The times I ve come here I noticed that there s a lot of flight attendants that stay here. There s also multiple restaurants and shopping stores in the area. The movie theater is also across the street if you need something to do.

Hotel staff is very friendly. Overall hotel is excellent, the hotel had big renovation and rooms are nice and comfortable, 50+ restaurant in all kind around the hotel, big shopping area near the hotel and free shuttle bus takes you there.

We are here for a large event and the hotel is unprepared in many ways. Rooms were not ready. Our bathroom has mold and the ceiling is peeling off.

The worst front desk I have faced from such a large chain. I was there for two weeks and had to request service to clean a room that wasn't properly cleaned before I checked in. Trash and dirty floors should not welcome any guest and when asked to get the items corrected it never happened. Asked for foam pillows due to allergies to down and all the pillows were down and requested the downs to be replaced and that was avoided by staff as well. Nice hotel just the manager of the front desk and her staff needs more hospitality training.

Always a pleasure to stay here for business and pleasure. Excellent location with easy ingress/egress. Helpful staff takes ownership of your issues and does what they can to help.

This is a very beautiful hotel and the staff is excellent. The only thing I would add would be items to clean off the fitness equipment in the fitness center

A Great hotel. Clean with lots of aminities. Great breakfast with an omelette station and waffles, a bit pricey but good and fresh. Large outdoor pool and full exercise room.

I am a loyal Marriott customer, but totally disappointed with this Marriott. Glorified courtyard with a high price. Don't bother with this hotel. It's a rip off and a total waste of money. The rooms are small, the concierge lounge is a joke. You had to pay for the drinks. The worst Marriott I have stayed in. The plumbing on the bathroom was bad, toilet did not flush well, the towels were old and dowdy. The bathtub was dirty. Never coming back again.Glas I only stayed for a night. I went to another hotel.

Attended a work party there. Clean and nice venue. Separate bathrooms were nice. The bar selection was pretty limited but they had two open so service was quick. Access and parking was convenient. Nothing amazing but solid across the board.

They were very helpful when I got stranded in Dallas due to a cancelled flight. The staff were very understanding and made things so much better.

Attended my company's holiday party at the Marriott. The catered food was great and the room was setup wonderfully.
