The worst front desk I have faced from such a large chain. I was there for two weeks and had to request service to clean a room that wasn't properly cleaned before I checked in. Trash and dirty floors should not welcome any guest and when asked to get the items corrected it never happened. Asked for foam pillows due to allergies to down and all the pillows were down and requested the downs to be replaced and that was avoided by staff as well. Nice hotel just the manager of the front desk and her staff needs more hospitality training.
