The Customer Service Manager for Air Canada and his staff at the desk that were working in the evening on Saturday March 23 was the worst. I won't get into details now but thank God for Rita at Air Canada the next morning who was able to put us on the next flight. My issue is with Air Canada but this all happened at this airport and I hope the manager sees this. You put us on a flight that was fully booked and the connection was so short that american airlines wouldn't have let us do that even if it hadn't been fully booked. Worst experience travelling.

Outstanding hotel at the best travel location poss...

Outstanding hotel at the best travel location possible: the departure level of the airport. The entrance is literally in the departure hall. Their idea is "travel brilliantly" by starting your holiday a day earlier, stress free. It is. It will. Best idea.

Rooms are spacious. Well kept. Views are excellent, especially if you pick airport view. Sound from the airplanes is not a hazzle.

Staff, from reception to cleaning, is outstanding.

Convenient location and helpful staff. Slight con is they don't have 24 hr food available so make sure to eat dinner if you are arriving at midnight. Rooms are decent size and clean. Not musty smelling with plugs and HDMI external connectors which connects to TV.

Nice clean and quiet room. Nice view of the airstrips. Cozy bed. Excellent service at the reception and at the Bijou restaurant bar. Thank you Dimitri and Georges for your good care!

Expensive to spend a night, everything is paid in the room, from the water bottle to the wifi connection. Breakfast and meal overpriced. Pb communication in French with some employees. Bathroom with hand shower and bar badly fixed.

The staff was great, the food was delicious, the issue was our food took about two hours to arrive. To be fair, this was Christmas evening so things were insane but two hours is a long time. The wait staff were very apologetic and even comped one round of drinks. If not for the wait this would be an easy five star.

My wife and I got married here in September 2011 and could not have been happier. The service from the beginning was professionnal and super friendly. During the whole planning of the event, our coordinator Zeina was amazing and patient. At the event, their service was beyond reproach and accomodated our every need. We highly recommend this place for weddings as it is practical to have a room available to get ready and also have guests stay over whether they are from out of town or not :)

Was there for a work conference. Besides the outrageous price for parking, it is convenient, good sized rooms for several hundred people and decent catering services for corporate events. Also super convenient for out of town guests being inside the airport.

I was delayed at the Montreal airport on February ...

I was delayed at the Montreal airport on February 12, 2018 due to a snowstorm in Montreal and Toronto. There were zero accommodations at any hotel or Air BnB. This hotel has a large reception area which is empty most of the time. A number of delayed passengers found themselves there as they were familiar with the hotel, and felt safe resting on sofas and chairs in the lobby. At midnight their security and night management insisted that all 15 people (all adults and seniors) leave as we were not paying guests...stating that it was Marriott policy to send people away even at times of distress. I understand that this is private property. However perhaps Marriott should consider that they were not being a very sympathetic member of the community during what was a crisis for many...definitely not a hotel with a heart. When I attempted to discuss my concerns with the Marriott security (who seemed to have an exaggerated opinion of his importance), and the night managers (Nazy Ager and Adrian Coutee were the names provided), all three were extremely rude, and would not hear our pleas. There was absolutely no symapthy. Only rude sarcasm was offered. The others in the group were quite taken aback at their lack of empathy and terrible lack of customer service skills (as some of us are corporate clients). Very sad. As a Senior Vice President and major shareholder of my firm, I will be introducing a motion at the next BOD meeting to end our association with this hotel group.

This hotel was so good. The staff was amazing. The room was fresh and up to date in tech. I have never seen wall mounted video ports that work with the TV in an hotel before. There was about 10 USB ports to charge devices. The bed was comfortable. The pillow top was a little soft for my taste. The whole room design was excellent. The bathroom was spacious and clean. Good job Marriott. Amazing hotel!!!!

**Nice restaurant (pre covid).

Due to Covid no restaurant or coffee shop open. No room service. No fitness facility. Limited amenities. Please like my review if it was helpful.

We love this hotel, fantastic rooms nice atmosphere great staff. We overnight here every February on our way from the UK to jonquiere, you won't even know there's a airport nearby if it wasn't for the view out of the room window. Food is very good and the breakfast buffet is something we always look forward to. We only meet up with friends on the evening were there for drinks, but I would say it's excellent for business meetings.. 10/10 from us..

The room itself was nice for a layover. There was no need for a taxi, or to even leave the actual building of the airport. Check-in was extremely quick and we were in our room in just about 5 minutes. The biggest downside is that only the main restaurant/bar was open and everything was extremely expensive. We chose to instead to eat the snacks we had in our suitcase.

Was very happy with our stay at the Marriott in YUL airport. Dimitri at the front desk was exceptionally helpful and courteous. The room and bathroom were spacious and clean. I would highly recommend this hotel.

The price is a bit higher than an out of airport hotel but higher rates are to be expected at a in terminal hotel!
