The staff is friendly, helpful and consistently available. The premises are neat and tidy, the architecture elegant and the amenities superb. An excellent hotel that I would recommend to anyone.

Fantastic place to stay. Customer service at the restaurant was exceptional. The steak sandwich was out of this world.

I went there to eat on June 27, 2014 for my birthday and the entrance was terrible, I was not able to eat it, yet it was an eggplant caviar with shrimp, a bad taste left me in the mouth, I could not wait for the main course to arrive, as I did not eat meat I ordered a pizza cheese and tomatoes, it was not cooked!
In addition she tasted bad too.
My husband's steak was full of water and his fries were frozen, same for my son, we certainly eat better in a place where we sell hot dogs!
I was disappointed, such a beautiful lakeside place that I am proud of and serve food of such low quality.
The waiters did not know their job, they did not even know the menu, bad service, extreme slowness and more than poor cooking, I am ashamed for them!
Having such a beautiful landscape, and serving as bad food, it's incomprehensible and you pay a crazy price to go back empty stomach so it was bad.
I do not recommend this place to anyone.

Great evening at the chateau Vaudreuil pavilion for the Costco employees Christmas party. The places are beautiful and the food was exceptional.

Great rooms ....bed very comfortable.... But the restaurant is over pricy for what you get and food is not that great

Always loved it in the past but not for this brunch. Prices have gone up and service has gone down. No main meal served at the table, the green salads were limp, our waiter was below standard. When tea was ordered, he placed an envelope of Red Rose tea with the cup. No choices offered like in the past. I had to ask for better choices only then did he remembered the coffer. 3 times, when he replenished coffee cups, we ended up with the bottom of the pot. Gee, couldn't he make sure he had coffee in the pot before? Very disappointed!

While staying in town on business I always love my time at the Chateau. The staff is kind and courteous, and the rooms are beautiful. It s a really nice reprieve from the same old same old that you get at a lot of other places. It s a beautiful location as well, right on the water where you can grab a boat and go for a nice paddle. I highly recommend it.

Food used to be better. Always been expensive that didn't change...

Went for an engagement party. We had the brunch with was very good. I had some great pasta. As for the main dish, I tried the chicken but it was overcooked. Wifi connectivity was very spotty.

I WAS IN TEARS after arriving to find that reservations we had made were not in their system, they sent us to the Holiday Inn but that is not what we booked or expected, all our friends were staying at the Chateau.

The grass was entirely filled with dog poo! Could not walk on the grass without stepping in it! This is supposed to be a high end hotel. Interior very nice. Great outdoor views but stay on the sidewalks.

This is a high quality place for accommodations, food and relaxation/recreation. Beautiful location on a tranquil lake in a large urban setting. Also a great place to have a large wedding reception.

Great room! A little far from downtown Montreal and close to expressway, but overall very good. Showers are phenomenal.

This Resort is by far one of the best places I've ever stayed! The room is beautiful the bathroom is elegant. I just totally cannot say enough about my stay there! The service was just as amazing as the resort! There are so many things to do there, you are not even going to want to leave your Resort. I had the opportunity to get on The Kayaks in their self made Beach. Had such a wonderful time, the only regret that I have thing here is that I stayed two days and wanted to stay another but their rooms were all booked for that following Saturday. If you have the opportunity to stay here you will not regret it. Totally recommend!

Very pretty and very comfortable. The rooms are big.

Went there for a big wedding. The staff was incredible. Very courteous. The grounds are gorgeous with great views of the lake and weeping willows along the shoreline.

Beautiful location, close to the highway. The rooms are spacious and the lake view is quite pleasant. The restaurant had very good food and service. My lamb was cooked to perfection. The breakfast buffet was also better than average. The pool area looked nice and the garden is well kept. I would recommend this place to anyone!

Lovely location, beautiful premises and building. Good service. The 4 course meal served was delicious however waiting time between each course was ridiculously long.

On the reception room, dinner very ordinary (beef very very fat). Bar price a lot trops up ($ 12 a beer). Staff do not know the prices on the bar. Unhelpful staff. Really bad experience

Service can be slow and unprofessional. The rooms are clean and nice, along with the front desk.

Airport gave us the night here because of a layover. Really out of the way but the place is beautiful. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Rooms were spacious and clean. Didn t feel like a commercial chain hotel. Highly recommended!

Service and staff are excellent: very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. The location was disappointing: the hotel is on a lake, but the town of vaudreuil actually consists of nothing more than restaurants and shopping centers on an industrial site, and it has no atmosphere.

Great place . We went there for a wedding and also stayed in the hotel for 1 night.

It's a beautiful hotel and a nice place to stay, but with this current pandemic, the hotel is currently closed in some sections and limited. Summer 2020 will be a memorable season for all of us due to the pandemic. I wish you all safe and healthy.

Fantastic grounds, beautiful facilities, but showing signs of aging. Although we saw no evidence, note in our room stated that they are beginning renovations. Otherwise, a 5 star hotel.

What an AWESOME place to stay! So very attentive! 1 of the 2 TVs weren't working. They had a service technician drive all the way from Toronto to fix it. Without asking they gave us key cards to another room so we could swap rooms. We decided to retain our room as we would not be watching TV anyway on our vacation... The food at the restaurant here is phenomenal! Their rack of lamb and steak are not only tender and juicy but are perfectly proportioned! The waiters are all top notch and very personable! The swimming pool is large and the rooms are large! From Tuesday through Saturday they have live entertainment a phenomenal singer! He takes requests. Sings everything from Lionel Richie to Frank Sinatra songs. His voice is so good and he sings song after sing without a break! Eating dinner or just drinking wine, coffee and desert while listening to him adds to the ambiance! Bravo all around! This is a must stay at joint! Five star hotel... 30 years ago. Everything was outdated. Still a beautiful place, but in desperate need of an upgrade.

Rooms: No outlets on both sides of the bed (it's 2019, people have things to plug in), tiny televisions with low functionality, outdated furniture, etc.

On the way out, we saw one of the rooms that was being renovated and it looked beautiful. At least they are aware, and are looking at modernizing the hotel.

Food: Great filet mignon, melts in your mouth, but served with very little mashed potato (which was delicious.) Duck leg confit was great, as was the club sandwich. thanks

Staff: Polite, helpful, not snobby like other high-end hotels. Very welcoming.

Fabulous service and amenities. Amazing setting for wedding receptions or other occasions.

A main dish brought to our table while one collects his salad and dessert .
My main dish was a filet steak and it was very good . Before that I got salads and smoke salmon . Large shrimps .
It was an enjoyable meal .
At 75$ a person including tax and tip , it's I think expensive but I will go again.

I really love this place and appreciate how every detail is planned and executed. It's always a nice treat coming here, the staff are wonderful, warm and knowledgeable. The rooms are top notch, the restaurant is delicious, the facilities are lovely. You won't be disappointed. Our second time here and we will be back.

Love it. I stay for business but would certainly come back for a romantic get away or even a ladies only weekend to shop in Montreal. The grounds a beautiful and access to Montreal is not a problem if you can handle highway driving. The price is very reasonable.

The place has great facilities. Rooms are spacious and clean with a nice decor. Staff was extremely pleasant and helpful. Service could not have been any better. The restaurant and food was excellent. We were very pleased with our stay and will definitely be returning.
