Marriott Montreal Airport Review

Three room was modern and clean. The breakfast was great. And the front desk was very helpful.

After a long week of touring Montreal, we decided to give this hotel a chance since we could get some sleep. If you love people watching this is a great place, the airport chaos is brought to life right in front of your eyes. Goodbye kisses to the kids acting crazy while dad tries to carry the luggage etc.

The hotel check in was easy as can be, very nice and easy to reach. The rooms were very nice, and the beds were comfortable. The lounge was also good and had a good selection of drinks and food to snack on. I would say at the end of your trip is a good place to rest your feet,
so you can take the stress out of the airport the next day.

Only 3 US customs personnel working on a Monday morning. 1.5 hrs to get through line

Not bad for an airport. I travel 4 times a year so far. I hate the landing there... takes forever to get out of the airport building. But oh well

Parking is a big hidden cost, restaurant prices are ridiculous especially for the very mediocre food.

Very good service, employees are knowledgeable and helpful. It is very convenient for overnight stays due to its closeness to the airport.

Only went to attend an event. Great place though a bit on the pricey side for drinks.

Very spacious, clean. Mostly use for the airport office space.

I ate at the Bijou restaurant last Friday with my team. The service was ok. The prices are ok considering the quality of the food.

However, we asked for water, and the person serving us determined that we wanted to drink bottled water without asking if we wanted tap water or paying for bottled water. Tip: Specify what you want as it looks like you're being given the highest paying option for catering.

There is paid parking on site.

The airport is clean. However, there are not many restaurant choices for international departure gates. The worst is Wifi connection. It keeps dropping every few minutes.

Our event was in on of Marriott's Confirm room. Layout of the room was ideal for our event. We were revised with wifi which the reception was very strong with excellent speed. The food we ordered was healthy and fresh. The quantity though was on the lean side. The audiovisual set up was good no problem connecting and interfacing with our laptops. It was convenient to have parking for the local attendees. Overall I would rate this experience as very good.

I have imagined many stores to spend time on the connection. But not. Just a bunch of restaurants. Staff very attentive.

Nice staff, great valet service, Proximity is key, the restaurant in the hotel should be tried every time. Tip them good they deserve it !

My partner, and I were being sued for over $1.7 million (USD) dollars regarding a building we purchased on south beach. Good place. In terminal, so you don't have to leave the airport or worry about transportation

Stayed for a work recognition gala event. The valet service was impeccable from arrival to pickup. The event hall was beautiful and clean. The table service was courteous and quick. I would definitely go back.

Would be 5 stars but watched 2 TSA agents make a girl cry for no good reason

We were into our room 2 hours the toilet had an issue they moved us to another room with out asking and offered free breakfast for the inconvenient.

Stayed in one of the newly renovated rooms - lovely. Great hotel if a little expensive and super convenient for departures. Charming staff

Beautiful Hotel, excellent cuisine, and world class service.

They definitely need better bag check in procedures. Took as long to check your bag as going through security. That whole do it your self is not expedited at all. Not to mentioned only minorities where selected I almost missed my flight back to the US.

I stayed here during a work conference and was sharing a room with someone I didn t know very well. The frosted glass window in the shower over looking the bedroom made it uncomfortable as you could see the outline out the person while bathing. Check that out before booking - they I offer rooms that don t have this feature. Beds were super comfortable with lots of pillows.

The staff and convenience to the airport cannot bd beat!

This hotel in my opinion is the best place to stay before you step foot on a plane! A hotel inside the actual airport!! The runway is within throwing distance of the rooms, yet they are quiet. Rates are decent, and if you have a flight at 5am, its just a matter of fall out of bed, get on the plane. Easy. No shuttle busses, or driving around in circles at 3am. Just do it! You wont be disappointed.

I attended a conference and can only comment to the meeting rooms as I did not stay at the hotel, nor eat there. Facility is easy to get to, parking is convenient and the lobby and meeting rooms are clean and nice. I would recommend it for conferences where guests are flying in.

The gate at the new end (65) was really comfortable and clean, very clean bathrooms

On May 9, 2019 at your restaurant where we met to celebrate reunion after 60 years of separation we ordered 4 salads Cesar, and what a disappointment seeing only the salad, and nothing more ... All this for the modest sum of $ C 91.98 !!!! (without wine etc). Is it normal for a hotel of this category to pay the head of customers from Europe to serve such a pittance! What do you think?

Sunday morning is the happiness of passing to security and customs. No waiting!

Access to terminal pain, cost prohibitive parking .... it's small for an international airport ..... Nothing will replace Mirabel ....

Very clean and modern airport hotel. Connected directly to airport and no shuttle bus needed (entrance close to US/Canada check-in).

Rooms are large, modern and clean, large washrooms as well. Lobby is very nice with restaurant in the same location.

Staff are friendly and courteous. You pay a premium for its location (like all other airport hotels.

Noisy rooms: random clanking noises outside the window at 1 AM, wasn't able to sleep for some time. Showers are modern and pretty but dysfunctional, no shower door and frosted glass make for some awkward experiences for people inside.

I find the Selection of Restaurants to dine while you wait for your flight are only great on the International flight side....The US & Domestic flights side needs some improvements

Attended a corporate meeting there. Excellent service from the hotel staff. Nice conference rooms, very convenient location at the airport. I would highly recommend this location for holding corporate meetings where attendees are coming from all over...

It was a lovely spacious room however I hardly slept. There is a frosted glass wall between the bathroom and bedroom area so whenever the light is on in the bathroom it lights up the entire sleeping area. To make matters worse, they have a motion light in the hallway which automatically turns on under counter lighting in the bathroom presumably as a way to help people see if they get up in the night to use the bathroom. All this does is light up the bedroom so the other person is woken up too. In addition, it takes many minutes for that light to eventually shut off. Impossible to sleep in a bright room like this with lights going on and off. The motion light also makes a clicking noise whenever it goes on and off adding to the annoyance and it would sometimes go off randomly during the night. I could find no way of shutting the motion light off and finally gave up and slept with eye shades but didn't have earplugs for the clicking noise. I was exhausted the next morning from such a terrible sleep. Would be such an improvement if the hotel would remove those motion lights.

Free Wifi is a plus and toilets for little wow ... they are wonderful

The restaurants of the departure terminal to the USA are good
But a lot of walking to plan back to get out of the airport ...

They have a priority lounge but unable to access it of traveling to the US......

Really nice hotel. I've stayed here 5 times this year already. It is an easy walk through the airport. They have a nice coffee bar near the front desk. They have a restaurant near the front desk that sometimes have local acts playing live music. It has a great view.
