Marriott Montreal Airport Review

The service is the understanding of the agents is very appreciated when we do not know the new operation of the devices.

Superb luxury hotel. We had an incredible view of the Montreal airport. There is virtually no noise in the rooms with views of the airport. By cons rooms overlooking the parking lot that are also the landing corridor you will necessarily hear the sounds of aircraft. The staff are friendly and courteous always to satisfy our needs and make our stay as pleasant as possible. The rooms are super comfortable well appointed. The rooms as well as the hotel are really very clean. The hotel is super well maintained and all facilities are incredibly clean and as new no signs of wear.

Undisclosed parking fees, undisclosed preauth/deposit, way overpriced. Service and room was bland, no shower door. Will not return or recommend.

The front desk staff was quick and courteous at check in. The room was fantastic, comfortable and clean. The location is great since it is located inside the airport terminal. The restaurant was wonderful and my food was perfect. I would recommend staying here anytime you are in Montreal.

Very convenient location right in the YUL terminal. The rooms are very nice and modern and clean. Comfortable with all amenities but slightly pricy. Very pleased!

Upon check out, they wanted to charge us 150$ more than what they had confirmed in their reservation email AND what their staff also confirmed when we checked in. The reason for the price difference was a mistake on their reservation website that didn't take into consideration an increase in price due to the fact that it was a reservation during an event. We were never informed of the price difference until we wanted to leave. Even though, this was entirely their mistake, they still haven't agreed to charge us the amount confirmed in the email and simply charged our credit card without our agreement. We wasted about an hour talking to their staff at the reception desk and about 30 min over the phone talking with a woman called Anne-Marie who treated me absolutely terribly. This is the most frustrating experience I have ever had with any hotel and customer "service"!

Clean airport . Good service. Traffic is bad on rush hour

Super convenient, comfortable, great service, delicious food from the on site restaurant, large, modern rooms. Would definitely stay there again.

Excellent location within the airport, good service and very friendly

The dishes are expensive. The flank steak was cold, the pizza inedible and the mini burgers without seasoning! I really expected more from this restaurant at the price it cost.

Our server was excellent though.

Do not recommend this restaurant.
