Rooms were very clean and pleasing. Very comfortable pillows. They gave memory foam pillows. The service from the employees was great as well, they were very kind and helpful. The halls were also large and we're decorated to look perfect. Only problem was that the elevators were all bunched up in one area so I had to walk a lot fromy room to the elevators.

Very pleased, Clean rooms, lobby area clean. Breakfast buffet was good but not worth $10.00, I did not know a full menu was available as I was not given the option to look at a menu and I was unaware at food tickets and no one explained them. Make to ask about Buffet Tickets.

Nice conference hotel. Modern but comfortable decor. The service was on par for Marriott. However I would expect more luxury amenities considering how this hotel is branded, ie an on site spa, etc. Room service was acceptable however the fee is disproportionate if you're dining alone for breakfast. Overall, the location and price suited my needs and if probably return if I needed to.

We were attending a cheerleading competition. Rooms were nice, conference center was nice and was connected to the hotel. Hotel was close to a lot of shopping areas. Parking at the hotel was probably the worse thing. If there is a big event you may have to park quite far away (several blocks). They do have valet parking if you want to pay for that. In our case the event was not real big and parking wasn't too bad. The other thing I didn't like was you had to pay for internet. It should be included with the room.

As someone who doesn't get to travel terribly much, the Renaissance is certainly one of the most gorgeous building I have visited. The rooms to stay in give all the necessities, although customer service was not in our favor, waiting up to 12 hours to finally get the Roll-Out bed we requested. The convention hall is massive and great (as well as the smaller "meeting" rooms) for any event one may be attending. Pricey, but worth it.

We went to the Mechum auction there and the convention hall was perfect for the venue. Unfortunately the parking is less than optimal. We had to resort to off site parking over a mile away at Woodfield Mall. Still, there were enough bathrooms and concessions, and it was well maintained.

We just checked out of the Renaissance Schaumburg convention center and all we can say is, WOW! From the moment we walked in to this hotel, we were treated with exceptional service and a very friendly atmosphere given the size and scope of this hotel. We especially want to commend the lady at the front desk, named Sandra, who definitely models the essence of hospitality and professionalism. Our family that has two kids thoroughly enjoyed the large swimming pool and amazing hot tub. This Jacuzzi was one of the best we have been in, all those small, it s temperature and Jack pressure is amazing! We also enjoyed dinner at Sam and Harry s where we found the food to be above what we would normally expect. We returned on Sunday morning to Sam and Harry s for a fantastic breakfast buffet. We had no problems in requesting a 1 PM late checkout and would highly recommend this hotel to our friends and will definitely be back again to stay.

Awesome hotel, what you would expect from a 4 star hotel. Very accommodating to any need. Very clean. To get free WiFi make sure you are a Marriot rewards member. Good room service. Very detailed housekeeping. Television is internet connected. Bathroom lighting isn't as good as some other hotels. No counter space in the bathrooms of some of the rooms. Typical cheap small bottles of soap, shampoo, conditioner branded by Aveda. Linens and towels of good quality. Comfortable bed. Amazing outdoor water and light features, Grand main entrance, and luxurious lobby. Business center not seen or used but available. Bar, steakhouse, and more onsite. Nice indoor salt water pool, gym, locker room, and hot tub. Conference rooms seem to be really nice as well. Overall would highly recommend.

When I say this place tops them all, I mean it! Well, maybe I m exaggerating a bit, but I really love the place.
It s nicely decorated and the rooms are comfortable. You don t hear hallway noise or people in the next room. The pool area is clean and the dining options are good.
My husband was so impressed, he will not stop talking about the next staycation we have and how we re going there.
