Marriott International - Renaissance Dubai Hotel Review

Excellent location, perfect service, beautiful rooms.

Staff are certainly why I will come back, also the rooms are v spacious, clean and comfortable, with nice room views
The outside window has not been cleaned for a while, but I could live with that, still a 5 star

The place is clean and tidy but the windows are very dirty

I would have expected a lot more from such brand and price.
There are much better options available in Dubai.

Location: The hotel is located in Business Bay near the Boulevard and Dubai Mall and overlooks the canal.
Staff: The best staff in terms of treatment and respect for privacy and understanding what the customer needs.
Cleanliness: exceptional and meticulous.
Rooms: The room is bigger than most rooms in Dubai and the design is very beautiful than the hidden TV with the woman, the table, the trunk of the wood, and the pool deck with a bathtub and shower:
Facilities: on the highest level of swimming pool and gym

The place is great and nice but the services are a bit far away

We booked at this hotel with my husband about 3weeks ago... I must say we had an amazing time, the room are spacious, with beautiful finishings. The service was outstanding right from our arrival to departure. the staff is always there for to make to that your stay is the most comfortable and satisfactory.
PS. A special thanks to Stephen for going all out to save the day when we experienced a slight glitch with taxi service.

This hotel is a haven of peace. The staff is very attentive, the room is spacious and has all the amenities (except internet which is not free). Bedding really at the top. If you have a trip to Dubai, I highly recommend it.

Words can't describe the level of star treatment I received. From check in till check out the staff was amazing. Loved it!

Very nice hotel.
Stunning rooms decorated with in a nice modern style with view on the canal.
Peaceful place to rest and relax.
The infinite pool is a must see and I recommend you to enjoy it for some shadow and freshness.
The mobile decoration above the pool does not feel the safest and makes an annoying sound but still worth to be in.
Friendly staff, easy check-in.
Probably one of my favourite hotels downtown.

The hotel is clean but its employees do not know exactly some of the rules for reservations ... which puts the visitor in embarrassment. Based on the check, because of my membership in the Marriott hotels, I was told that it was breakfast, and after breakfast I was told I had to pay because it was not I was told that it was within the reservation and there was no need to pay. On the second night of my request for the suhoor it was said that you must pay because it is not within the reservation ... which is not proper in dealing with the residents of the hotel,

Go learn how to make mojitos quickly, 3/4 ice cubes, 2 mint leaves and lime and no liquid what's the point ???? ah I just understood you have to wait for the ice cubes to melt ...... not stupid. Expensive for nothing

This is a new and distinctive hotel, located close to the Dubai Mall, overlooking the canal. There is a private waterway on the canal. The breakfast buffet is distinctive and the room is very distinctive and spacious. Its design is unique and funky, also in Europe. , In Dubai unfortunately do not find such a thing

An enjoyable stay..Great hotel by all standards..The rooms are spacious and clean and the room service is special.. especially the sophisticated and professional handling of Professor Sameh in the restaurant, which deserves my sincere greetings.

One of the best hotels I have visited, everything is complete, great service, attention to the finest details of your comfort, very friendly staff, and a quiet and comfortable sleep. Everything is fine from the other. The hotel is great and you can spend a full day of your trip with all the pleasure.

Very good hotel views and excellent lunch and dining options

A good business hotel, with a good selection of restaurants and location. The six sense spa is excellent with a new approach to treatments. The swimming pool and and gym are rather small though.

The most comfortable bed ever, anywhere, period! This hotel was nicer than any Renaissance we have ever visited! In fact, it is better than many other "Luxury" hotels. Rooms were spacious and well-appointed. Breakfast was extraordinary! Service was great! I look forward to staying here again, especially to take a nap in that bed!

The hotel's location is beautiful for recreation, and the walkway behind the hotel overlooks the lake very well .. Close to the Dubai Mall, but walking may be difficult to street intersections to reach the mall, but By car, it is approximately five minutes away ... the Gulf character of the hotel gives luxury and comfort to the place .. I recommend it and strongly to choose the hotel as accommodation for your trip or your visit to Dubai .. I thank the employee Ahmed from Pasta Restaurant for his interest and welcome and trying to meet my requirements in a very good spirit .. As for the hotel club, tidy and beautiful And the equipment is advanced and in a special part with free weights is excellent for those interested in sports .. for those interested in the swimming pool .. The pool location is very beautiful and is outside and overlooks the lake .. For those interested in breakfast, the restaurant has good options of eastern, European and Asian food .. The rooms do not have an external balcony (balcony), but The rooms overlooking the lake are very beautiful and obviates the presence of the balcony .. As for the precautionary measures and social distancing, the hotel is very interested in this matter and thanks to them I hope that it continues. This is by far the most underrated hotel in th business bay. It is one of the newest property in Dubai, and the interiors of the hotel and room are fabulous. One must consider over the usual options as its available at the best possible price. The location is also very convenient from the airport, as well as the staff was very courteous.

Fantastic modern hotel. Value for money was great. Rooms were huuuge and clean. Only issue its a bet of a walk to dubai mall and some taxis are hestent to bring u back so must use uber. Differently will comeback

Just stayed here for 4 nights on my way back to Australia from Ireland such a beautiful hotel with such lovely people working in it from the friendly people greeting you as you arrive to the amazing staff working in the restfor breakfast one guy in particular can t think of his name now but I know he s from Egypt one of the nicest guys you could meet and very helpful would definitely recommend here and not to far from the center of Dubai
