Marriott International - Renaissance Dubai Hotel Review

This is absolutely the most beautiful hotel I've stayed. The service is stellar and food is amazing.

Went to Bhar for a coffee, was great amazing views, service was on point. Would definetly go back.

Very underwhelmed by this place. Service patchy. Rooms were nice though.

Splendid room !! Petit dej vary view beautiful staff at the top and small care with us ... I recommend without hesitation! Azzedine made our stay almost magical ...

A wanderfull place to stay with a nice walking area and not far from the Dubai mall.

It a fantastic hotel. Very worthy as a 5 star hotel.

This is one of the best in the Marriott Brand.
The Marquis is great in every respect but the Renaissance has the edge on location as its 15mins walk from the Burj Water fountains.
Hard choice but realistic.

I had an amazing experience at this hotel. The location of the hotel is next to the sea creek and next to all the key attractions in Dubai like Dubai Mall, Bhurj Khalifa etc. It's also in teh middle of the business bay area surrounded by all many corporate houses. If you wish, you can ask them to give the Bhurj Khalifa view or sea creek view depending on your choice and the staff is really accommodative of these requests :-)
Food at the Basta Restaurant was really good! Enjoyed some amazing pizzas here!

I went to attend a seminar on energy management by a UK based company. You probably get what you are paying for. The place was still not done up completely.

As Elite PSG member I must say I had a great experience. To keep in mind that you cannot just walk out and go somewhere by foot. There is nothing around.

Poor service, the AC in the room had problems and to change my room it tooks 2 hours . And their windows are horrible from dirts, the rooms over rating, the people on the reciption were rude

Always checking the mini bar at odd times . Should be alligned 2ith room service

Located on the 23rd floor the rooftop of the Renaissance hotel. Very nice bar with beautiful view on Burj Khalifa and surroundings.

This is by far the best new hotel in dubai. Great spacious rooms and nice eateries. Bahar is an amazing arabic restaurant recommended for those who enjoy arabic food with a contemporary style. A Special thank to Ambassador Lana who was very welcoming and friendly. I would like also to thank Mr Suhaib at FD who made my check-in and checkout easy-breezy.

Blu blanc....very nice restaurant in the Renaissance....french influence to the menus...great wine selection...very attentive service.....only let down by the over loud music which wasn't in keeping with the atmosphere of the place....chefs cook over a fire pit which is good to watch....pricey but good for a treat....there is a Japanese restaurant up on the 23rd floor with a nice terrace bar and views to the Burj khalifa... didn't eat there bit cocktails were nice and service good

It is run by managers who can call themselves the mafia.

Am Marriott member and I traveled a lot my first experience in this hotel.1st Not the room I asked for and they took too long to get my key. And when I asked for late check out I didn t get it. And I know that no one from there side going to reply my review. So think before you spend your money !!!!

A great hotel. The rooms are large and very modern. The staff is very courteous and helpful. Two options for breakfast. The French restaurant is more recommendable.

The recommended agency (the cheaper of the two) for a desert tour was not good. Better to take another.

We would love to come back.

Upon arrival we were treated like royalty our room got upgraded right away. Bathroom bigger than some apartments, pool and restaurant with an amazing view. Service with a smile!

The hotel is great. Fantastic value for money imho. Stylish, comfortable, clean and friendly - five stars for that. The only issue is the food. Between me and my date we tried six different items in their well designed main restaurant and found most of them disappointing and overpriced. ( exception - pizza). My recommendation: do stay there but eat somewhere else.

Spacious rooms, very clean and well maintained. Staff are very courteous and always on hand to help. Great view from the windows, especially that of the creek - room windows could and should be cleaner, though.

Very new 5 stars hotel. I stayed 3 nights in the suite 2207. I couldn't find a mistake. From the greetings at the entrance to the reception (Tommy - Hatem) to the room and it's view. Everything was amazing and definitely I'll stay at this hotel again. (unfortunately I couldn't took any pictures because I promised my wife that I'll be with her in this trip and not with the phone)

Very good hotel with very nice and spacious rooms with all mod cons. Staff does almost everything for you to make you happy. Club lounge is great and the restaurants too. Nice view over the canal with a very beautiful sunset.
